Chapter 4



"Grandmother has contacted her restaurant manager, you don't have to think about your job. You rest first, son, your face is still pale" said the gentle grandmother.


Nisa nodded, she was crumbling her body right now she felt a little dizzy. Grandma pulled out the blanket and covered part of Nisa's body.


"Have a break, grandma will come down for a while" he said as he stroked Nisa's head with a smile.


He left the room and closed it again.


Not feeling the time so quickly passed, Nisa woke up and immediately sat down she saw the clock that was circular on the wrist had shown at 10 pm.


"Geez, why did I sleep all this time" said Nisa.


He rushed down from the bed and picked up his bag and he went out of the room to find the grandmother who had helped him, but he did not see her there was not even one person in the house.


He went to the kitchen hoping to find someone but the results were the same. He went back up the stairs and saw there were some rooms he was confused which room he should knock on.


“Jeez, there are so many rooms here. I was confused, which room should I tap,”" Inner Nisa.


Not long after hearing a foot walk up the stairs, he saw a burly man climbing the stairs.


"Sorry sir, I'm looking for a grandmother to help me. I want to say goodbye ,” Nisa said.


"Let me between the ladies, the big lady's room is at the very end,” Sahut.


Nisa followed behind the man, she knocked the door of the room not long before the door opened.


"You've woken up son, Grandma went to your room but you slept really well so grandma didn't have the heart to wake you up" said Grandma.


"Yes Grandma, sorry Nisa overslept," said Nisa.


"Where are you going, son?" Grandma asked to see Nisa carrying her bag.


"Nisa wants to say goodbye to grandma, later Nisa's father is worried looking for Nisa,” Nisa said.


"Why don't you come home tomorrow, son? it's very night.” grandma saw the clock on the wall showing the clock ten past.


"Next time, grandma, thank you grandma for helping me. May Allah repay the kindness of grandmother,” Nisa said taking grandmother's hand to kiss her hand.


"Dear, you be careful on the road" said the grandmother stroking Nisa's cheek gently.


"Let the driver who drove you home, because it's late at night very dangerous for you to go home alone,” Grandma said.


He drove Nisa to the front of the house.


"If you have time, come back again. Grandma is alone at home you already consider like a granddaughter of her own grandmother," said grandma.


Nisa nodded, as she wanted to step out Grandma called out to him.


"Son Nisa,” Call grandma.


Nisa turned to face grandma.


"Yes, what's wrong, Grandma? Does grandma need anything?” Nisa Sahut.


"Can grandma hold you?" Ask grandma.


Hearing the words Nisa's grandmother nods a smile directly hugging grandma. Grandma returned Nisa's embrace tightly, she was like reluctant to let go of Nisa's embrace.


"No promise to come back here again, to see my grandmother" said the grandmother after letting go of her arms.


"Yes Grandma, Nisa will be here again" said Nisa looking at grandma.


Her grandmother smiled seeing him look Nisa's eyes she remembered someone very precious to her and now had left her for good.


"Nisa, do you have a problem, son?" Ask grandma she saw Nisa sayu's eyes.


"No grandma, Nisa doesn't have the same problem" Nisa told a lie. Nisa couldn't possibly tell her problem to someone she just met.


"Well, Grandma, Nisa has to go home because it's late at night, thank you so much for helping Nisa" Pamit Nisa again.


"Be careful on the road, son, Toni will take you" said the grandmother pointing towards Toni.


"So his name is Toni, so stiff,” Inner Nisa giggles.


Nisa kissed Grandma's hand back and stepped towards the car. In the car with no one to speak, only music broke the silence.


"Where do we turn, miss?" Ask Toni.


"The front turn there is an alley just enter, not far from it. Oh yes you don't call me miss, call Nisa instead" Nisa said.


"Nisa is good." Short words Toni.


Not long after they arrived in front of Nisa's house.


"Thank you so much for driving me" Nisa said.

Then Nisa opens the car door to get out of the car, Nisa sees Toni's car away. Then he went into the house, in the guest room his father and mother were waiting for him.


"Where have you been?" Asked her mother while folding her hands, looking at Nisa cynically.


"So, as you speak, Nisa just arrived can you ask politely!" snapped husband.


"As far as you are, you always defend the child not knowing in this profit," snapped his wife and left Nisa and her husband, he walked towards the room.


"Where are you from, son? dad caught up with you at work, but said your co-worker, you didn't go to work today. I'm so worried about you, son," said his father.


"Sorry father, today Nisa did not enter work, when in the middle of the journey to work Nisa passed out, lucky there is a good person Help Nisa," said Nisa.


"What! You fainted? are you okay, son?" Ask the father while examining his son's hands and feet.


"Nisa's okay dad, there's a grandmother helping Nisa and she takes Nisa to her house. Nisa is not allowed to go home, and it turns out that it is the owner of the restaurant where Nisa works," Nisa explained to her father not to worry anymore.


"Thank God you're okay, I'm so worried. All right now you get changed for a quick night's sleep, " Dad said.


Nisa nodded and walked up the stairs to her room, as did her father he locked the door first then climbed the stairs and entered her room.


Two weeks have passed but Nisa has not got the money she promised you yesterday


Today was the last day to get the money, and two weeks also he had not met the grandmother who helped him at that time. Nisa had visited her home to bring her own food but grandmother was not at home, her housekeeper said that the grandmother was abroad at the time.


In the afternoon Nisa had gone home from work, she saw the same car when she came two weeks ago, the car was parked in her yard. Nisa took a breath and threw it away.


"Hopefully the decision I made was not wrong" Inner Nisa.


then he entered the house and saw his father handing over the keys to his house to the Master and saw there were several bags of clothes.


"Assalamualaikum," Nisa said in greeting.


"Waalaikumsalam," Sahut his father.Nisa's mother gave a sharp look to him.


"Dad, where are you going? why are our bags outside?" Ask Nisa.


"Because I'm the owner of this house!" interject.
