Chapter 47 The Soulmate

"Mom can't wait for your wedding day" said Atikah stroking her daughter's hair.

"I'm getting married, why an impatient mother" said Jeny, drowning her head in her mother's chest.

Atikah smiled, she felt happy for her daughter.

Her daughter is very mature, maybe if in her village, Jeny has got the title of spinster.

Atikah had not been home for a long time, she lived in the city because she felt lonely as well as Jeny, and her daughter asked to stay.

"Finally you've met your soul mate, son. I thought you were gonna be-."

Jeny lifted her head and interrupted immediately, not wanting to hear her mother say anything else.

"Isn't everything destined, Mom. God has defined the lifeline of man and his creation. Life, death, sustenance, a soul mate are determined and arranged by God."

Atikah smiled hearing that, he should have said that. He hugged his daughter back.

"Let's get some rest" his mother asked.

Jeny nodded.

They walked into the room and immediately lay on the bed.

Morning time.

"Sir Heru came to the office today" Anton said, warning Davin to be more self-disciplined.

"I know," said Davin flatly.

Davin got up from his seat and walked out of his room.

"I can always count on you" said Mr. Heru suddenly.

Davin was surprised, not usually Sir Heru came to the room of his subordinates.

"There is a bonus for you, please check your account," said Mr. Heru again make Davin smile.

"Thank you, Mr. Heru."

"You can go home early, from yesterday you're overtime."

Cheers of joy adorn the heart of Davin, how not, go home awl and get a bonus, huh everything paid off.

"One more time, thank you, Mr. Heru."

"Hm."

Heru left Davin, and Davin turned back into his room and packed.

Anton who was still inside the room watched his boss in surprise.

"Where are you going, Mr Davin?" ask Anton.

"Of course pick up my wife and my two daughters" Davin replied excitedly.

"You sure?" Anton wants to make sure, will not be a problem later.

"Sir Heru himself said it, I can go home early" Davin said.

"Greetings to them yes, sir. Have fun" said Anton, smiling at his eager boss coming home.

After Davin left, Anton also passed from Davin's room. Of course he'll be heading to his lover's place.

From a distance Jeny was already smiling sweetly to welcome Anton, until finally Anton arrived.

"Are you going to accompany me here?" ask Jeny happy.

"Honey, after all, Mr. Davin has come home, I have nothing to do," replied Anton and sat next to his lover.

Honey, Jeny smiled to herself looking at him, Anton was indeed fickle to call out to her. Sometimes baby, ay, honey. It always sounds sweet in the ears.

Jeny is refocused and Anton always helps her.

In between the time, they steal each other's eyes, laugh small until they almost fail to focus on their work.

"Hey you guys," call the employee next to them.

"Yes ma'af Brother."

Jeny becomes embarrassed herself until the rest of the employees are distracted.

"That's diem, don't be noisy" said Jeny glancing at Anton.

"You are noisy" said Anton pinching the lover's nose.

"I'm sick to know." Jeny pretended to pout.

"You again." Anton seduces.

"Can you just shut up" jeny annoyed.

"His staff will not be silent either" Anton chuckled. It's not that both of them don't want to be quiet, right.

"Are you guys done?" ask the employee next to them to reprimand.

"Yes, ma'af again."

This time Jeny was so embarrassed, she pouted and would not look at Anton. He took over everything Anton did to help him.

Anton smiled seductively.

"I just go home, nothing is done" he said, playing a pen.

Rest Hour.

"It's lunch time, let's eat first" Anton asked and then got up from his seat.

Jeny glanced at her lover then looked down back.

"Come," Anton asked again, and he pulled Jeny's arm until she stood up. Jeny simply complies and follows Anton's steps.

The company canteen.

After ordering food, Jeny started eating, but Anton just looked at her lover with a smile.

Jeny who realized only alone pretended to frown.

"Why not eat?" jeny looked at Anton.

"It's full, '" Anton replied still looking deeply at Jeny.

"Have not eaten why is it suddenly full?" jeny asked annoyed.

"Because seeing you makes me full" Anton teased.

"Not funny." Jeny pouting.

Anton pinched Jeny's cheek which he thought was adorable, everything inside of Jeny will always make her anxious.

"Let's eat!" force Jeny.

"Suapin dong," Anton pinta, he squinted his eyes.

Jeny smiled, funny too if Anton was like that.

"You're beautiful when you smile" praised Anton.

Jeny looked down embarrassed, which woman did not want to be praised even though it was just a digombali, ups.

They finished their lunch and went back to work.

Jeny was happy all day, she was about to marry Anton.

After a long time, even at the age of too mature, finally he got a mate without coercion and betrothed.

All goes as expected, may Allah bless them and make them a happy family.

In School.

Mellisa just got off the taxi, found her husband in front of her and greeted her.

"Father here," said Mellisa astonished.

"Dad will take you for a walk." Davin is confident, his wife will definitely be very happy.

"Dad out of work?" mellisa asked back in wonder.

"Mother is not happy" said Davin lethargic.

"But that doesn't mean you're skipping work, what if Miss Sonya gets angry and punishes you again" upset Mellisa.

Ah yes, Mellisa is still pouting because of that.

"No way, Mother. Mr. Heru himself allowed Dad to come home and also a bonus," explained Davin excited.

"Bonnus?" Mellisa furrowed her brows.

"Father is the best."

A few minutes later, the children came out of the gate.

Rosy and Jasmine come out together with a teacher who is going home too.

"You be careful, yes" said Mr. Hilmi.

"Yes, Mr. Hilmi" Rosy and Jasmine said.

Rosy and Jasmine walk towards their father and mother.

"Father and Mother picked us up" said Rosy girang.

"Dear on, let's eat and go for a walk" Davin said.

"Is it okay, Dad's not working?" jasmine asked doubtfully.

Yes, the SD child only hesitates, how his father invites to have fun in working hours, is not that truant work, right.

"Today is special for all of you." Davin then took his wife and son into the car.

The little family has passed.

From a distance Hilmi had noticed, it must have been Mellisa, he thought.

Yesterday he met Inayah's mother who picked up her grandchildren, and the one that just was clear was Mellisa.

Mellisa didn't look at him in the slightest, well it's been years, where maybe Mellisa still recognizes him.

Suddenly Hilmi remembered her childhood with Mellisa, she smiled and missed all that.
