HUNTED OR HUNTED?

"Hey, you guys are good walking while I'm not given any self-defense tools." protested Selena.

Havard and Nuzlan stopped and looked at Selena.

"Not much Selena said. We are now at the mercy of the enemy. It could be that in a moment our escape will be caught by them and we don't have much time left." - Havard impatiently.

"But he's right Havard." denied Nuzlan and nodded in agreement to Selena. "If he's not given self-defense, he'll just be a burden on our journey."

"uh right? That man alone values my opinion more than you." Selena said tightly.

Havard momentarily stared resentfully at Nuzlan then looked back at Selena and smiled forcefully.

"Then, what kind of skills do you have in martial arts?" ask Havard gently.

"I learned archery two weeks ago to Ahmad." replied Selena.

Havard sighed. "Where? With a basic archery skill for two weeks? You're crazy, aren't you?"

Selena pecked angrily at Havard and turned to look at Nuzlan. "Do you know where the armory is?"

"Why are we going to the armory?" havard again with annoyance.

"Of course to pick up a bow and andong containing arrows! You're senile, aren't you?" answer Selena with a ketus.

"But.." Havard protest.

"Here it is, just follow it." between Nuzlan relented then looked at Selena and smiled. "Follow me! I know the place!" ask him to shake his hand.

Selena nodded happily towards Nuzlan then looked arrogantly at Havard and stepped up to follow Nuzlan. Havard could only sigh and then follow the steps of the two men.

Nuzlan had indeed recognized the ins and outs of this fortress. He arrived at a niche covered by a door.

"It's an armory." said Nuzlan. "Each floor has an arsenal. We can take the guns from here." he then pulled out the strings of the key boys and started matching the keys. The door opened later and Nuzlan invited the two in.

They arrived inside and Selena immediately smiled seeing a large bow leaning in place. On its side was a andong containing a group of arrows. The girl immediately put the andong on her back and grasped the big bow.

"How's it?" ask Selena.

"You look like a hunter's daughter." praise Nuzlan made Selena smile with pride while Havard just sighed and gawked so Selena responded with a rude snort.

"Don't mind your friends" Nuzlan said encouraging Selena. "It's time you showed me the results of the two-week training in front of him. You can, right?"

Instantly Selena nodded steadily while Havard again sighed lazily.

"Well, show your competence." he told Selena and looked at Nuzlan. "And you're the smartest at making women subjugated to you."

Havard immediately stepped out followed by Selena and Nuzlan. The three went back down the hallways in the fort.

The three of them finally arrived at the large room in front of the gate. But how surprised they found the place had been mobbed by a herd of panthera. They were armed with a large machete and a spear.

The leader, the Tigris, appeared quietly while dragging a large flattened mace that had both sides pierced with pitch-black obsidian stones. His grin was seen mixed with a clear growl heard from his mouth.

"Tigris.." Nuzlan muttered.

"Wah.wah... Nuzlan... great right you. Even though you are confined, still had time to bring help." quipped Tigris then chuckled to laugh at the other panthers.

The Tigris looked at Havard. "Young people. I just saw you for the first time.. Are you an ally of this man?" asked the king of the panthera nodded his head towards Nuzlan who had pointed his spear eyes towards the herd of panthera.

"No, I'm not his friend. I found him when I was looking for my best friend." Havard replied as he nodded towards Selena who was holding her bow tightly.

Tigris growled again. "For Aslarn... Young man! That woman is our prisoner. Give him back to us and I'll let you get the man out of this fortress safely." he made the offer.

"Well, good offer." Havard said.

"You're going to hand the woman over to them?" nuzlan.

"I haven't finished talking." Havard replied loudly to Nuzlan and then looked back at the Tigris and the herd.

"But I prefer the second option. What if this woman stays with me and you let us go?" reply Havard with a smile.

"That means you're gonna give me up!" nuzlan chuckled in annoyance.

Havard only snorted in annoyance while the Tigris returned laughing. "A funny offer, young man! I chose the woman over the man." Tigris pointed to Nuzlan.

"Ah, then.the third option only." Havard said again. "Both come with me and let us go. How about the Tigris King?"

Tigris growling. "Or how about the fourth option?"

"You two are my meal and this woman is back in her room!" he then looked at his men. "Kill them both!!!"

Instantly the herd roared loudly and attacked with their weapons. Havard and Nuzlan advance against their attack. There was a rocking fight while the Tigris watched his herd ganged up on the two fighters.

Even so, it turns out Havard and Nuzlan were able to defeat the pantera. Amidst the frenzy of the fight, Havard turned to Selena.

"Selena! Open gates! Whim!!!" havard exclaimed as he continued to flick the kopesh so that a curtain of swords formed that made it difficult for the attackers to penetrate the young man's defenses.

Quickly, Selena stretched out her bow which had been fitted with arrows and slid it towards the guard who was holding the gate lever.

SIEGGG.... JEREB!!! AARRGHH...

The guard fell and died with his chest stuck in an arrow. His grip on the gate lever came off and the door opened as well as the bridge descended to the opposite side.

"For Aslarn! Don't let them get away!!!" exciting Tigris.

Seeing the opportunity, Nuzlan and Havard advance through the herd, creating a narrow gap that Selena can pass through to the gate.

Selena quickly ran and rushed to the gate and continued running to the other side. Seeing that the woman had escaped, Havard and Nuzlan fled.

"Keep running Selena! Don't look back!!!" nuzlan shouted with a thump.

"Catch them! Don't let it escape!!!" the Tigris shouted furiously and then looked at one of the guards. "Bring me!!!"

Meanwhile Havard immediately took the trumpet from the ivory and blew it hard.

TOOOOEEE....

The moment he blew the trumpet, the moment from the rocks came a great carcass, none other than Bukefals who heard the trumpet of his master and rushed to meet him.

"Bukefals!!!" selena shouted happily.

"Hurry up, Selena!!!" shout Havard.

Bukefals knew Selena and she ran up to him. Selena immediately jumped on the back of the large animal.

"Hello baby, I miss you. Can you get us out of here?" selena.

As if understanding the girl's words, Bukefals roared loudly and ran to snatch Nuzlan and Havard with his horns and threw the two men to their backs. Havard fell in front while Nuzlan fell to the buttocks. The two sat pinning down Selena who was in the middle.

Bukefals ran away from the place, along with the Tigris that appeared on his mount, a large brown sabretooth, while some other panthera rode a smilodon that was smaller than his king's vehicle.

"For the sake of Aslarn! Chase them!!!" tigris exclaims swinging macuahuitl its pride.

Instantly a flock of pantera driving the smilodon forward chasing the car and that brings the three people run. The chase action goes on. Some of the pantera who drove the smilodon brandished a large machete to encourage himself and his mount to immediately follow his hunt.

"Slow down their pursuit!" havard.

"I'll do it!!!" selena exclaimed at once to pull a few arrows from the andong and attach them to the bow and then spread them out.

"Keep a little, sir!!!" exclaim Selena.

Nuzlan subdued her body giving Selena a wide viewing distance to slide her arrows.

SWINGGGS.... SWIJINGGG...SWIIIGG...

JEREB!!! JEREB!!! JEREB!!!

AARGH... UUURGGGS... AARRRGHGH...

Three smilodon died stuck in the arrow made the rider slammed and fell hit the ground.The pursuit of the hunting squad was slightly hampered due to the incident.

The Tigris again growled in anger while Nuzlan praised Selena's shot.

"Ah, it's just a coincidence!!!" havard.

"Keep after!!!" raung Tigris again.

Finally one of the pursuers raised his smilodon mount while swinging the axe. When it was at a good distance, the pantera threw its axe.

SWIIIJGG.... JEREB!!!! AAAAAAAKKH....

"God!!! Nuzlan!!!" she screamed in panic.[]
