Las Mecca, 4pm.
Sultan Yazid stood looking at the body of Nuzlan who materialized silent on the couch. A feeling of excitement and excitement filled his mind.
However, Nuzlan was his closest friend, as well as his most loyal abdic. The man, like his predecessor, the ad-Dakhil clan warriors, was a courageous man who held firm principles and was fearless.
Sultan Yazid sighed again. Two tears fell, but the man did not hear her cry. Just a sobbing that sounded faint in the room.
Nuzlan was buried temporarily in the inner room of the cube building located in the middle of the town square. The cube building, which was once an ancient teaching worship site, is now only a historical relic. As per tradition, although no longer used as a site of worship, Las Mecca residents always coat the building with a quilt of kiswa decorated with embroidered ancient letters.
After being satisfied to stare at the body of his best friend, Sultan Yazid bowed in his homage. After that, he straightened his body.
"Goodbye my friend. Later, we will meet again." he said softly and then turned to walk away from the room.
When Sultan Yazid came out of that cube building. He lifted a little quilt that covered the door, and his gaze turned to Havard who was sitting on the doorstep while Do Quo stood in front of the stairs. Sultan Yazid turned to the left side and realized there was Nagini who leaned on the quilt that enveloped the building.
Realizing the existence of Sultan Yazid, Havard rose from his seat and stood in front of the stairs beside Do Quo. Both bowed in reverence.
"Paduka.." said the two together.
Sultan Yazid came down the stairs and came before them both. "Have you sent a message to Quba al-Bashir's guesthouse?" sultan Yazid asked Havard.
"I've sent my friend Ahmad to Tel-Qahira, to inform Umm Nazila of the grief" Havard replied quietly. He took a breath for a moment and continued. "I didn't expect that our togetherness was that short..."
Sultan Yazid al-Bustami sighed and stared at the twilight sky. "The direct descendants of Mr. Abdurahman Walid ad-Dakhil have been destroyed." he said with grief. "He died without leaving any children..."
Havard stared at a building built on the rubble of the remains of an ancient building called Haram assy-Sharif. "Selena is very sad.she lost her sister.." she murmured.
"Selena? You mean the girl with the bow?" guess Sultan Yazid. "Is he a member of the ad-Dakhil family?"
Havard shook his head with a bland smile and looked again at Sultan Yazid. "Selena was the adopted daughter of Umm Nazila. She was officially appointed when we visited Tel-Qahira the second time, after Nuzlan's escape from Maung Fortress."
Sultan Yazid nodded slowly pervading the statement. "Meaning..legally, the ad-Dakhil nuclear family lineage still exists..."
"Then, what will your Majesty do after this?" do Quo Fishing Pills.
Sultan Yazid stared at the thick-moustached man from Daipeh. "Of course it would be aggression directly to Ur-Balam!" head of state.
"I don't think that's very good, Your Majesty." replied Do Quo.
"Why not?" sultan Yazid was a little offended. "I will lead directly a fleet of troops to attack the city of Ur-Balam, and force King Saul out of his palace to fight with me."
"Paduka.." said Do Quo gently. "Don't mean to patronize Your Majesty, but didn't you also read some strategy books..."
Sultan Yazid watched Do Quo. The thick-moustached man continued. "The issue of war is a matter that demands high policy and pays attention to the deep risks, then there could be the destruction and death of many innocent citizens..."
"Then, what do you suggest for me?" sultan Yazid Fishing Line.
"The most appropriate way is to cut the roots of the tree." proposes Do Quo.
"Cut the tree roots?" sultan Yazid asked, not understanding.
"We infiltrated the Tarsia Palace and killed King Saul in his room." proposes Do Quo.
"That's a dangerous proposition." - refuted Havard. "What if we get caught? Could we be arrested and killed before the people of Ur-Balam and the body of Paduka Sultan humiliated?" woe.
Do Quo smiled. "The odds are close to zero, but not zero at all" he said.
Sultan Yazid considered the proposal of the thick-moustached man. Havard turned to Nagini who quietly leaned her back covered in a kiswa that wrapped the cube building.
"What do you think?" ask Havard.
Nagini looked at Havard for a moment and then at Sultan Yazid. The woman then expressed her opinion.
"The two options are each their advantages and disadvantages" said Nagini. "The option chosen by Paduka Sultan is to deploy a large army to attack the power base of the Kingdom of Yahuda. But I think it's the same bait that was made by King Saul. I think he's been preparing everything for a long time and we're just starting over."
"If we do it with a mature plan, I think we can run it without being discovered." said Do Quo.
"All we need to do is find out all the ins and outs of Tarsia Palace. This is important, so that when we do infiltration, we will not get lost and can complete the mission with the shortest time possible." Nagini stressed his opinion.
"That's what I mean, your Majesty!" add Do Quo while flicking his fingers.
Sultan Yazid nodded again and walked back and forth in front of the stairs of the cube building. It seems he thought of something.
Shortly thereafter, the Amir of the city of Las Mecca, Shaykh Hashim bin Abdul Manaf appeared. He bowed in reverence before his lord.
"Your Majesty." said Shaykh Hashim, "The body of General Nuzlan bin Daliph ad-Dakhil has been requested by the family to be delivered to Tel-Qahira immediately."
Sultan Yazid stared at Shaykh Hashim. "For the time being, the body of the deceased please be buried first here. After an affair, I will bring the body directly for burial." pinta Sultan Yazid.
Shaykh Hashim bowed back in reverence and replied. "In that case, allow our healer to inject Methanalid Formaldehyde liquid into the body of the General, to prevent decomposition in his body." he suggested.
Shaykh Hasyim bowed. Shortly thereafter, Selena appears wearing the robes of the devil. He carried a tray containing a basin of water, an injection device filled with cadaver preservative fluid, several bottles filled with chemical liquid and napkins and hygienic hand shirts.
"Oh.. apparently you are the healer of this city." exclaimed Sultan Yazid in amazement. But his brows furrowed as he looked at the left side of the physician's clothes, not pinned the official pin of the devil.
As if knowing the thoughts of Sultan Yazid, Havard went forward to explain. "Actually, Selena is not an official healer" he said honestly. "Education fees at Asklepian Academy are too expensive for the size of his pocket..."
Shaykh Hasyim said, "But the Sultan does not need to worry. My daughter understands her profession. He is as professional as the official healers of the country."
"Does Las Mecca not have an official healer yet?" ask Sultan Yazid.
"Not yet." replied Shaykh Hashim. "But the townspeople believe in Selena more than any other healer, if you send them here."
Sultan Yazid stared in disbelief. Selena bent the reverence. "If Your Majesty doesn't mind, let me make a cadaver process on my brother's body" he said in a trembling voice withstanding his bitter feelings.
Sultan Yazid finally nodded. "Do it.." he said.
Selena asked permission and stepped into the cube building. Havard opened the door. The girl went in and put the tray on the side of the cot and took out a veil to cover part of her face.
Sultan Yazid watched carefully how Selena worked to preserve Nuzlan's corpse. The man nodded and admitted that the girl's actions were the same as those of the official healers when carrying out the body preservation.
"Do you believe, my lord?" sahut Havard who stood on the side of the door near Sultan Yazid who noticed how Selena worked while performing cadaverization.
"He must strengthen his competence in Asklepian." said Sultan Yazid. "I would recommend it myself."
Havard smiled at the head of the country's words. They all came out when Selena finished her job. Shaykh Hashim then invited Sultan Yazid to his house.
In that house, Sultan Yazid was well-fed. The head of state praised the service the citizens of the city gave to him.
...****************...
Selena sits in a balcony enjoying the twilight air ahead of Maghrib. Soon, Havard appeared and sat down beside the girl.
Both of them looked at the sun that began to hide behind the clouds that lined the western horizon.
"The Sultan intends to recommend that you be accepted into the Asklepian Academy." Havard said.
"I'm still delaying that." - Selena timpal without looking.
"Why?" ask Havard.
Selena sighed and then lowered her head. "I'm still grieving. I don't want to do anything right now until my brother's body is buried..."
Havard nodded and continued. "Then you stay here..."
Selena looked up at Havard. The young man connected. "We will move towards the kingdom of Yahuda tomorrow."
Selena's shocked. "Sok day?!"
Havard. "Sultan Yazid intended to infiltrate Ur-Balam, to meet King Saul and force him to fight in a manly manner." he replied.
"Why didn't he just deploy a fleet of troops to attack Ur-Balam?!" beat Selena in annoyance. "Does he think that easy is entering the enemy's yard?!"
"We are trying to find the best way among the worst to stop the war between these two kingdoms, and the most logical way is to infiltrate the enemy's power center and kill its rotten roots." havard replied flatly.
"I'm coming.." whine Selena.
Havard smiled then raised his hand to caress the girl's hair. The man then shook his head slowly.
"For now, fulfill my request." pinta Havard thoughtfully. "I don't want you to get hit by anything on our way later..."
"But.." protested Selena.
"It's a dangerous mission, Selena" Havard said. "The fewer the number of members who infiltrate, the better and less likely it will be detected by a suspicious enemy..."
Selena exhaled in disappointment. Havard smiled again and stroked back Selena's hair.
"Your job, take care of your brother's body, until after our return from Ur-Balam." said Havard.
"That's if you guys come back." said Selena.
"We'll be back, Selena!" haven toilet. "Back safely!" continue with certainty.
Selena stared at the young man's face for a long time. It captures the great confidence of Havard's serious facial water. Selena finally nodded.
"Alright.." Selena said. "Finish that mission, and return safely to my lap..."
Havard smiled again and nodded. The man got up and stepped up leaving Selena alone again sitting in the balcony. The atmosphere began to darken, as maghrib was approaching.[]
