Trying to hold on

Darren's hand was drooping weakly. His condition is getting worse. However, as hard as he could, he tried to hold on to stay awake. Although, he had already thought that he could not possibly survive.

The atmosphere in the old house was getting hotter. Everything was out of control even many people had fallen and were unconscious.

Darren opened his eyes, he smiled with relief when he saw Alex and Bastian were fine. However, the condition of Alex and Bastian was not in good condition. Darren was sure, if it wasn't for the force, they would have fallen.

Darren departed from his seat. He looked around and smiled faintly as he did not find Niko in the doorway. With a tricked step he tried to find Kiran's whereabouts.

Darren walked while holding onto the wall. Every now and then he stared back before he finally disappeared from behind.

Meanwhile, Kevin who was trying to subvert Bastian also began to realize. He was shocked when he did not find Darren anywhere. Kevin growled furiously he moved quickly and brutally so that made Bastian was overwhelmed to face him.

"Hold on, Bas! Don't let Kevin chase, Darren!" Said Alex staring at Bastian at a glance then back face to face with Kevin-Bowo's right hand.

"But I'm not strong anymore, Alex. Energy is almost exhausted, not to mention that we will have to face Niko," said Bastian who is now increasingly cornered.

Hearing Bastian's words, Alex grew increasingly upset. He ruffled his hair violently and then hit Bowo firmly. Alex exhales violently when he sees Bowo lying on the floor.

Immediately, Alex immediately helps Bastian face Kevin. Because his power has been drained a lot, Alex easily toppled Kevin. However, Kevin remained conscious. He saw the departure of the two people, Kevin smiled obliquely. He sat down and leaned against the wall.

"Good! With all of them here, then my men can save Papa" Kevin murmured.

Although his body was battered, but Kevin was very happy because his plan began to run smoothly. In fact, now Kevin is very sure if he will soon win the battle.

After a long period of sitting and resting, Kevin got up from his seat and walked into another room. Kevin's steps get faster, especially when he starts to hear the sound of a fight.

Kevin smiled full of satisfaction when he saw Bastian fall down after facing Niko. Now things are inversely proportional. Alex, who already felt victorious, was again cornered.

Alex almost gave up, but he remembered on his promise with his sister Helena. To continue to protect Darren. Therefore, with all his strength he survived even though his body could not be compromised.

Alex was strangled when his back came into contact with the wall violently he groaned stifled while managing his increasingly heavy breathing.

"That's because you've underestimated me, Alex! Now no one can help you anymore" Niko said as she crouched down in front of Alex, who was sitting limp on the floor.

"You think we've lost, Nik? Hmh! You're wrong, this is just the beginning, and I'll make sure after this you die" Alex joked with a wry smile as he looked at Niko.

"You're almost dead but still arrogant. Ah, but nothing, just think of this as my compassion for you" Niko replied. He grinned while slapping Alex's cheek quite strongly.

Alex closed his eyes. His heart was so sick after getting various insults from Niko. That jam, right now he was also worried about Darren. Because Kevin has gone after him.

Alex hopes Darren survives so he doesn't feel guilty about Helena. Alex choked when his breathing got worse. In addition, the tubing is also very painful.

Alex closed his eyes, this time he really resigned. He muttered softly before his consciousness was taken away.

Niko chuckles discordantly seeing Alex unconscious. He stood up and then crossed. His heart was so happy to beat Alex.

Niko lifted her leg. He was about to kick Devan's stomach. But his actions came to a halt after hearing a bustling sound from outside.

Not long after, some people entered the old house with gazes full of anger. Two of them were Daniel and Bara.

Both of them were a little late because they had just experienced a little trouble on the way.
