Refusing the autopsy of Akhmad's body

The family did not allow police to autopsy Akhmad's body. For them that basically autopsying the body is illegal in the view of Islamic Shari'a because the honor of a Muslim who has died is the same as when he was alive. Abi strongly opposed this, it is better to let his son go and give up the hand of God who avenged the heinous deeds of the perpetrators, rather than have to bear the burden of his sorrow to see the body of his son who is not whole anymore.

"Prophet Muhammad said, Breaking a corpse's bones is like breaking a human bone while he was alive. So please respect the body of my son, if this is the will of God, we and the family sincerely release the actors, let Allah repay his actions" said Abi remained steadfast in his stance

Islam teaches us to immediately take care of the body from sanctified to buried because Islam views the human body as noble.

The Prophet said, "As soon as possible the maintenance (take care) of the body. For if the body is a righteous man, you have done good for it. Whereas if the corpse is not a good person then so that you immediately put the ugly object of your pikulan," (HR. Bukhari number 1252)

Farid realized the meaning of Abi Talib's advice, finally he asked the police to investigate the CTP and collect evidence from there. Let Achmad's death be revealed by God's help, all the families loved Akhmad very much, they all prayed for the departure of the man who had just graduated high school and studied college. "Yes right sir, this woman told me to. I'm just an errand boy, sir, I didn't know that juice contained poison. Please release me sir" he asked for freedom

"If you are found guilty we will arrest you, even if you are innocent, you must be willing to bear witness" the police said

"Yes sir, I am innocent, and willing to be a witness" he replied innocently

Though of course the man named Agus was also involved, he had received an offer from Rani to launch the action, the man was so tempted by the amount of reward that Rani mentioned, if the authorities found out he was being paid a sum of money, he must have been involved in the plot

The police are not as stupid as Agus thought, it turns out the police follow the storyline that Agus gave, just to look for evidence of his involvement.

After finishing interrogating Agus, for a while the police detained Agus in the office, then the Reskrim asked some officers to arrest Rani.

As it turns out Rani already knows herself to be a fugitive, the cunning woman goes missing without a trace.

The police also asked the intelligence services for help in uncovering the case. The main thing that is done by the police in the search for fugitives is to establish intelligence cooperation with several parties. Cooperation can be done with banks, internet service providers, mobile operators, immigration offices and others, to facilitate the authorities in tracking. 

The police will bring an official duty letter so that police intelligence has the right to request various information related to the target from the parties invited to cooperate. Armed with the official duty letter, various information that is privacy belonging to the suspect can be collected.
