"Al, I want to see your mother. I want to ask for his blessing, so that our marriage will be happy" said Ary after lunch is late.

"Now don't you, Mom's still mad. It's been two weeks since that incident, you still don't want to talk to me, even if I don't want to see him." Alex paused his words for a moment.

Alex's hands stretched out to hold Ary's hands together, as if to convey the message that all would be well.

"Alright then, but I would love to come and ask for his blessing directly to him" said Ary, finally he would not want to follow Alex's advice.

"You can also come and ask for my blessing, but not now. Let me convince you of our marriage." Alex replied with a smile.

"But we promise ya, don't force mami. Ask for the blessing of the mother gently, because after all a child must shrink his voice in front of his parents. Alex calls waitress to ask for a payment bill. After completing the payment, the two of them left the restaurant.

Alex arrives at his home as time approaches the Maghrib. Alex went straight to his room to clean his body, he felt sultry and sticky after a day of searching for necessities for a wedding later.

An hour later Alex came out of his room for dinner. He had previously entered his son's room. In the room his son turned out to be empty, he did not find Kevin the child in the room. Alex continues to walk to Anton's room, because Kevin is often there. Once there, the room was also empty. Alex went straight down to the kitchen.

In the kitchen, everyone was sitting around the table. Only Alex and his mother have not sat there.

"Where's mami?" alex asked, feeling like he lost his mother.

"Mommy's on hunger strike!" kusuma replied flatly, like something was covered.

"You persuade your mother there, let her eat. I've tried to persuade him to eat." said Anton, winking his eyes.

"All right, I'll try. May you eat, even a little." Alex replied as he passed away from the room.

Alex walks into his parents' second room, knocking on the door slowly to ask for permission to enter.

"Mi, can Alex come in?" alex asked for permission to enter the room.

Jessie just grunted to see Alex coming.

"Mi, mami why don't you eat?" alex walked over to his mother.

"Later mami sick you know, if not eat" he added once near his mother's bed.

Jessie was sleeping on her back to the door, deliberately unwilling to see Alex. Jessie speaks a thousand languages, she doesn't want to talk to Alex. Jessie was really angry at Alex, because Alex had made her lose face in front of a lot of people.

"Mommy, Alex is sorry. Alex has hurt mom's feelings. Alex knows Alex's mistakes are hard to forgive. But you have to have the energy to scold Alex, you have to eat. If you don't eat, you won't have the energy to scold Alex." Alex tried to persuade his mother.

Jessie remained unmoved, unwilling to move even a little, even though she had not slept. Jessie deliberately pretends to sleep so Alex leaves her room immediately. But Alex didn't want to leave the room either.

Alex squirms near Jessie's feet, then begins to massage her mother's feet. Something he's never done in his entire life. Just this time he was holding his mother's cold feet.

"Alex please, mi! Alex has to do what you want to bless us with?" alex finally asked after a while Jessie just kept quiet without answering.

Jessie remained silent until Alex finally gave up persuading Jessie. Alex left the room in shaky steps. His hunger evaporated somewhere after seeing his mother.

He was worried about how to persuade his mother. Though soon the wedding will be held, but Jessie is not yet willing to give her blessing.

Alex went to the dinner table, to tell the waiter at his house, to bring dinner for his mother.

"Well, you're going to have dinner for mommy! Mami's not out of the room yet." Alex told her housekeeper.

"Well, den!" answer Ijah, his twenty-something domestic assistant.

"Mommy won't eat anymore?" anton asked, Alex just nodded his head.

"Kevin's done eating, Kevin's going to his room!" kevin said as soon as Alex sat down.

"You persuaded me to eat, let me eat!" alex said as Kevin moved from his seat.

"Berez, dad! Kevin is very fond of eyes, so Kevin wants to persuade his eyes to eat." replied Kevin gave his thumbs up.

"That's daddy's new kid!" alex said he also gave his thumbs up to Kevin.

"Your mom is so stubborn!" said Kusuma sighing heavily, like there was such a heavy burden.

"Not stubborn, Pi! Maybe you're still disappointed in Alex. Mami needs time to get rid of her disappointment" Anton said, chiming in on Kusuma.

"Yes, Pi! Mami was too disappointed in me, so it was hard to forgive" Alex said, feeling guilty but she also felt she had to fight for her love.

For Alex, love without struggle does not have a strong foundation for building a household. By fighting for his love, Alex hopes to keep it going, keeping in mind how hard the journey to get his life partner is. He will not easily let go of his love.

"You continue to eat, papi wants to see your mother" Kusuma said as he stood leaving the room.

Alex and Anton are both. Anton will end his meal. Alex loses his food. He took an apple instead of his dinner.

"Who ate that?" ask Anton when Alex just eats apples.

"Disappear se. lera eat me! Mami hasn't been willing to give her blessing" replied Alex lethargic.

"Eating a lot, struggling to get the blessing of mami also needs energy!" anton's claws to melt the atmosphere.

"There-there-is!" alex then bit his apple.

"Eh, don't get me wrong! Persuading the mother takes energy and patience. So eat a lot, especially not long to marry. Do not let the wedding ceremony be canceled because the bridegroom, suddenly sprawled in the hospital. And even more embarrassing is the pain of lack of food. A descendant of Wijaya is sick because of malnutrition, caused never to eat." replied Anton, still mocked Alex.

"Damn hell!" alex said throwing the rest of the apples at Anton.
