In a public vehicle the city bus is full of passengers. Jenny and Jeffrey sat next to each other on one of the empty benches at the far back. A little while ago after exiting Covent Garden, Jeffrey was forced to obey Jenny's whimper who suddenly wanted to take a public bus of the city and leave his private car in the parking lot available in Covent Garden.
"Hey you! Shouldn't you apologize to me first?! You just hit me when you were about to get on the bus" a teenage girl exclaimed to a teenage boy believed to have hit her moments ago.
"That's because you're blocking my way, so it's not my fault that you got hit," the teenager replied.
"No, you who are blind don't see right if there's a man in front of you" hardened the teenage girl.
"What did you say?! How dare you say that to me, "the boy snapped.
The feud between the two teenagers certainly invited the attention of all bus passengers, including Jeffrey and Jenny. Until finally..
Ckiiittt..!
Bruock!
The bodies of all passengers were jolted forward violently because the bus they were riding suddenly stopped which was followed by the sound of car tire friction with the surface of the highway because the driver was braking suddenly.
"Hey Miss, can't you be more careful? Your actions are very dangerous" shouted the driver to one of the road users who almost got hit because of lack of caution when going to cross the road.
And what happened to the two teenagers who were banging their mouths? Yes, because from the beginning of their standing position, a loud shock on the bus that suddenly made the two teenagers of different sexes fell and overlapped with each other's lips.
Plaque!
A powerful slap shot right at the cheek of the teenage boy after the two got up from the floor of the bus.
"Basic perverted man! You stole my first kiss,"
"How dare you slap me!"
The war of their mouths continued even though both of them were already outside the bus they were riding on.
The attention of Jeffrey and Jenny who were not separated from the scene of the war of mouths of the two teenagers immediately threw a look at each other followed by a smile that was clearly published until finally their laughter was heard breaking.
It is like looking at a portrait of their own past. Yes, the scene that just presented reminded of a similar incident that happened to them a few years ago on the same bus.
Jenny rested her head on Jeffrey's shoulder. "Are the two teenagers going to fall in love with each other?" jenny said with a thought that repeated the memory at that time.
Jeffrey smiled knots then pulled Jenny's little hand and linked her fingers. "It's possible that it could happen, like what we've experienced to date," Jeffrey replied, kissing Jenny's knuckles.
"I hope they can fall in love with each other later,"
"Frankly, your lips felt so sweet when we kissed for the first time on the bus at that time" Jeffrey recounted what it was like back then.
Jenny lifted her head off Jeffrey's shoulder and threw a sharp glint.
"Hishe..! Though at that time I was very upset half to death to you," Jenny said.
"But now it's different, you even secretly steal my kisses while I'm sleeping" Jeffrey said of teasing Jenny.
"I've guessed that you're just pretending to be asleep" Jenny's son who makes Jeffrey's smile even bigger.
Drrtts..! Drrtts..! Drrt..!
Their conversation stopped because Jeffrey's phone was shaking. The man seemed to be linking the two eyebrows together when John's name was clearly on his phone screen. Then he swiped the screen using his thumb to receive the voice call request.
"Hm,"
"Jeff, where are you?" john's voice sounded like he was seducing his male prey.
"Say what is necessary?"
"Er! It's always cold as usual" John sounded lashed out.
"I hung up the phone, though,"
"Eh! Don't don't don't don't! I want to say something" said John.
"Say,"
"Actually when I first met your wife, I kind of remembered something but I forgot,"
"Who?" Jenny who saw the look on Jeffrey's face began to look upset so curious then asked Jeffrey just with a mouth movement without a sound but immediately understood Jeffrey. The woman immediately got the answer when Jeffrey showed her the name on his phone screen.
"Listen first..," John who has another name Natasya sounded annoyed from the tone of his voice behind the phone.
"I remember that time the Hospital had run out of the blood you needed. And out of nowhere, Jenny suddenly shows up offering to donate her blood when you're critical of losing a lot of blood in a wild motorcycle accident. Back then, I was the one who was with you at the Hospital before your parents and the others came, so I had a chance to see Jenny but after that I no longer saw her," keep John back who did not leave his characteristic voice that sank spoiled.
Jeffrey was instantly stunned. For a moment he rolled his face towards Jenny who was busy looking at the scene outside the bus window. His hand that was still holding Jenny's hand suddenly tightened the link of his fingers.
"Why are you telling me this now?"
"I just remembered, too, so I just told you a story,"
"You've been working for 5 more months with me and you just remember now? For 3 months of your salary I cut," Jeffrey broke up as good as he could. Look at him Boss.
"WHAT?! Whyyy?! John couldn't believe it.
Tut! Tut! Tut!
Jeffrey disconnected the phone call unilaterally. It is believed, now John has returned to incarnate into a male who is raging because of the angry sangking and cursed his actions because of regret. Regret not because he was slow to remember the truth about who donated blood to Jeffrey, but regretted having told Jeffrey what he remembered.
"Lord, is the woman beside me now an angel of human form that you sent me? Is being happy and loving her wholeheartedly comparable to what she has done for me?" jeffrey's inner full of haru.
Jeffrey kisses Jenny's knuckles again and pulls Jenny's body into his arms and showers Jenny's head with loving kisses.
"What's wrong?" Jenny wondered. Because just a few seconds ago Jeffrey looks upset but with so quickly annoyance it was as if evaporating.
"Later on I'll tell you the story," Jeffrey replied, sinking Jenny into the chest of her field with a feeling that was so hard to decipher.
°°°
The wind blows softly. Wiggling every leaf that hangs on the chains of tree branches. The atmosphere of the cemetery was so calm and quiet. Even the sound of the wind was only faintly heard.
The green man stood and looked at the tomb tomb of Thomas Dawson, Jenny's father and her father-in-law. The glare of her eyes was implied by her joy and gratitude.
Saddened that she was the cause of Thomas' death and grateful that Thomas' sacrifice had become the bridge of fate that brought him to Jenny, the woman who had been the wife and mother of his son. The woman who always occupies the highest throne of her heart.
Does God love me so much that he always sends a helper angel every time I am in danger. That's what came to Jeffrey's mind. The man was unceasingly grateful as he replayed the memories of the past.
After Thomas' sacrifice as if God never tired of showing his affection by sending Thomas' flesh blood to help him who is none other than Jenny.
"I still remember it, before breathing your last breath in my lap you told me that you had a strong and brave daughter. Anyone can love him easily. Yes, I've met your daughter and proved for myself what you're telling her," Jeffrey paused her speech and turned his neck towards Jenny who was standing next to him. He grabbed Jenny's hand and linked her fingers and then kissed her with a look full of pride because he already had Jenny completely.
Jeffrey rolled his face back toward Thomas's navel.
"Your daughter is a wonderful woman. At a time when everyone was afraid and did not dare to fight me, but he was the opposite. I can love him very easily too. Even when I lost all the memory in my brain, I fell back in love with him. Isn't your daughter amazing?" Jeffrey still continued to say as if the navel in front of him was the interlocutor who was being a good listener.
"In front of your grave, I promise and vow to always love and take care of your daughter with all my soul. I'd do anything for her happiness until this body could no longer stand," Jeffrey continued with hot eyes.
Destiny is a mystery and always has an unexpected way to always seem surprising. Just like the fate of Jenny and Jeffrey's love that begins the story with mutual hatred. But who would have thought, long before the hatred grew as if the invisible love thread had bound the hearts of the two to contact each other.
The story of Jeffrey and Jenny's love journey has revolved even before they met and hated each other until finally a sense of the same inhabits their soul called love. Love and hate, the two flavors are indeed different, but the difference is only limited to invisible thin lines.
Love is like the wind, whatever it blows will feel a cool sensation. Like water, which brings everything to life. Like the earth, it can grow anything. Like a light, whatever it touches will shine. Like the sky, whatever was beneath it would be nurtured. But Love can also act as fire, whatever it passes through it will burn.
The scale of the integrity of love is when it springs in the heart, develops in the strands of the word, unravels in action.
The romance and life of Jeffrey and Jenny is not over. Their journey is long. As long as life is still in the body, life will continue, the test of life is still ready to face. The test that determines how solid the foundation of the family ark is based on love and trust. The test that is ready to hit the ship of the household ark that sails the breadth of the story of life.
"My wife, I love you. You've made me fall in love every day. And sorry for all my past mistakes,"
"My husband, I love you too. Don't stop loving me. Don't leave me again, stay here with me and our son,"
"I'll stay with you no matter what. We'll always be together until death do us part,"
"No, even if death comes, we will be together again in heaven,"
