Chapter 18: The Result of Everything

Although it was exhausting to secure our time for registration, everyone cried out in delight before Ms. Nanase bought us a meal at a family restaurant serving processed beef.

"For his hard work we toast."

I smiled after eating some meat then walked to the veranda to notice the scene below the city, however this restaurant served a second floor room.

Rin showed up with the can she was thrusting at me.

"You need more soda."

"Do I look like that?"

"Very."

I took it and drank it with Rin who opened his mouth.

"It feels refreshing especially with everyone, something like this feels like a dream. Even if it's a dream I don't want to wake up and continue."

"Do I have to pinch your cheek to make sure?"

"It's just a parable."

"so."

"Thank you Tora."

"For what?"

"Everything."

I tilted my head towards him who was still staring at the cityscape. From the side Rin still looks beautiful rivaling the moonlight.

"I've always thought I couldn't see a world like this, but now that I see it and even feel it, I'm so happy."
