A Gift for You

The next morning, Steve first woke up but he was not ready to go to work but he looked at the face of his wife who was still sleeping soundly.

"You must be exhausted, rest baby." He said as his hand stroked Jessy's cheek.

Steve got out of bed and walked into the bathroom cleaning himself. And at the same time, Jessy was seen stretching her body and opening her eyes.

He felt his body ache and actually he was still sleepy. But his obligation as a wife and mother must be done, for that he woke up even though he refused.

"Steve is awake." He said while yawning. Jessy gets out of bed, and walks over to Steve's closet. He took a full work suit for Steve.

He put Steve's work clothes on the sofa, then tidied up their bed that was a little splashed. While Jessy made the bed, Steve came out of the bathroom.

"Why did you wake up so quickly ?." Steve asked while drying his wet hair.

"What if I wake up ?." Jessy instead answered but asked Steve back.

Steve smiled and hugged his wife tightly." I know you must be exhausted, Nico can't sleep all night and you're with him until he's sleeping well, you should be resting too, dear."

"Yes. Nico was fussy last night. He doesn't want me to stay and he wants me around. Even last night he wouldn't let go of my hand, Steve. I'm actually still sleepy but ... ".

"But what ? I'm okay Jessy. There's Aunt Lusy and Aunt Ana here too, you take it easy. I don't want you to get sick from lack of rest." Steve explained it to Jessy.

"Quick put your clothes on, I'll go downstairs to prepare your breakfast." Imbuh Jessy was about to go to the kitchen to prepare Steve's breakfast.

But his steps were stopped because Steve's hand was holding him back from leaving." No need. You get ready now, I want to take you to breakfast outside." His orders while pushing Jessy's body into the bathroom.

Jessy could not refuse the order of her husband, she did it according to Steve's words.

While Steve put on his work clothes and after he finished he went downstairs to see Aunt Lusy. But before going down, he went into Nico's room which was next to theirs.

Steve approached his son's bed, smiling as his eyes watched his son sleep so soundly and soundly.

After that Steve went downstairs to meet the housekeeper.

"Bi, me and Jessy will be out for a while. Nico's still sleeping upstairs."

"Good sir." Aunt Lusy replied briefly.

A couple enjoyed their meal this morning with a warm laugh. Both are so happy because they have time alone without the child.

"Is it not too late to come to the office, Steve ?." Jessy asked after putting her food in her mouth.

"I'm the leader, why fear coming to your own company." Answer's relaxed.

"Maha." Steve laughed at Jessy's words to him.

Jessy frowned in surprise to see Steve laughing in front of her. " Why laugh ?."

"No, it's okay. You're this." Steve pinched Jessy's cheek in a fit of anxiety.

"It hurts, Steve." Jessy's grouse hit Steve's hand.

"Don't be too serious, honey. I'm doing this just want to be with you. I'm busy, but I'll set aside my time for you and our son. Oh yeah, I got something for you." Steve pulled something out from behind his suit and gave it to Jessy.

"What is this ?." Jessy sees a white envelope given to her.

"open up. You'll know what it is." Steve's orders.

Jessy opened the white envelope while glancing at Steve who also saw her. Jessy took out the contents in the envelope and opened it.

Jessy quickly read the contents of the white paper and smiled and looked at Steve again.

"What does this mean ? You gave most of the company's stock in Perth to me ?."

"Yes. You like it ?."

"But. Steve's. Isn't this an exaggeration ? Did you tell Papa Brian this ?."

"That's why I gave it to you, Papa agreed. And do you know, some of it was given to whom ?."

Jessy so tangent again, partly given to whom else. Jessy shook her head because she didn't know.

Jessy did what Steve told her to do and started reading the next chapter. He was shocked to find out who had received some of it again.

"Niko !." I was shocked at Steve.

"Yes. Partly given to our son, Nico. That means you and our son are the legal owners of the company in Perth." Steve said with a smile.

"But, Steve ..."

"No objection, Jessy. This is a gift to both of you from me and Papa. Don't worry about the development or whatever the company is there, I've got the best people there and you just control it. I'm sure you can do it, because I know your potential at work, honey."
