Seeing Jessy's condition like that, Lanny let out her tears. He was sad to see his best friend like this, a friend at once he considered as his brother.

While Lanny sat with Jessy lying on the bed, the door to the room where Jessy was being treated opened. Lanny who heard the door open turned her head and saw Steve, Secretary Juan and Doctor Carlos enter the room, and Lanny stood up. Steve saw Jessy who was still unconscious walking up to his wife, he saw the pale face of Jessy. Steve's heart was touched to see the state of Jessy especially after knowing what causes Jessy unconscious.

" Steve, don't forget to tell his parents they deserve to know ". Said Doctor Carlos

Steve did not answer Doctor Carlos, his eyes still staring at Jessy's pale face. The real Lanny is still shocked to learn that Steve the Chairman of the Coltarus Company is the husband of his best friend, Jessy, he was still between believing and disbelieving but seeing what was happening before his eyes made Lanny believe Secretary Juan's words.

" Are you two able to take Jessy's needs at my house ?". Steve asks who saw Lanny and Juan.

After Secretary Juan and Lanny left, Steve took a chair and sat down next to Jessy. He stroked Jessy's cheek, hearing an explanation from Doctor Carlos who stated Jessy had stage 2 brain cancer. If not handled by experts will cause the spread of all brain cells and will increase to the next stage.

" Why am I so foolishly insensitive to your situation Jessy, I no longer know the consequences of my selfishness I dumped you who sincerely loved me. Even now that you're like this, I'm a really stupid guy Jessy. I also don't know if you know about your illness or not ".

Steve regrets his selfish self and does not care about Jessy who is obviously his wife. She takes her feelings into account without caring about Jessy's feelings. Knowing Jessy has cancer, makes her even more blame herself.

" Disease ! Jessy is sick what Mr ". Lanny who was shocked was shocked.

Intrigued Lanny opened the envelope and took out the contents, Lanny read the white sheet and widened her eyes when she found out what was written on the white paper.

" Brain cancer stage 2 ! Jessy has brain cancer ". He said softly as he closed his mouth in shock.

Lanny immediately calls Secretary Juan and he exits Jessy's room to find Secretary Juan. Juan who heard his name called immediately went down to Lanny.

" What's wrong Miss, why are you yelling ". He came closer to Lanny.

" Mister, I found this in Jessy's room ". Lanny gives both envelopes to Secretary Juan.

Juan picked it up and read it quickly and thoroughly.
