But suddenly Jessy felt her head hurt and her vision blurred, she still tried to walk in her husband's footsteps, but she could no longer and her body fell on the floor of the Mall. Steve widened his eyes to see his wife fall unconscious near him suddenly.

The 5-year-old male doctor from Steve, is Steve's older cousin from his mother's family. Steve's older cousin, Jordan, works as a doctor.

"Sister Jordan. Why is it here ?." Steve asked in astonishment and walked over to Doctor Jordan.

" He's 4 weeks old, miss. " Said Doctor Milly to Jessy.

" What's 4 weeks, Doctor ?." Jessy's voice doesn't understand.

" Oh sorry, Miss. I forgot, congratulations Miss is pregnant and the gestational age has entered 4 weeks. " Milly's doctor explained the details to Jessy.

" What ! I'm pregnant Doctor ?." Repeat Jessy asking for more justification to Doctor Milly.

" Yes Miss. Congratulations, Mr. Steve, your wife is pregnant. " This time Doctor Milly turned her eyes to Steve.
