I'm sorry, Steve

The man walked up to Lanny who was like a frightened person, but Lanny's fear was instantly gone when she found out who the person was.

"Mr Juan." His reply was shocked and widened his two eyes.

"What are you doing here, Miss Lanny ?." Asked Secretary Juan who was already standing in front of Lanny.

"I'm waiting for a cab around here, sir. But no one's passing by, so I want to walk all the way up there." Show Lanny to the highway.

"Get in the car. I'll take you home." Secretary Juan's orders that almost put his foot back in the car but stopped when he heard Lanny's rejection.

"No-no sir. I'll just take a cab."

"Don't argue much. Get in the car." Secretary Juan's orders were once again but this time the tone was a little upset.

Lanny nodded her head quickly at Secretary Juan's orders. "Bright sir." He got nervous and walked quickly into the car.

What is this made of ? It'll be cold soon. I am really surprised by this guy like him. Lanny muttered as Secretary Juan got into the car.

After Lanny returned from her home, Jessy sat pensively on her bed again remembering all the words Lanny had said to her. Unknowingly she let out her tears, again she cried for herself.

Actually he also misses Steve very much, but his mind goes back to remembering the incident some time ago. His pain and disappointment were greater than his longing, moreover the loss of the child he contained.

As Jessy cried, the door to her room opened. Olive stood at the door watching her daughter, in her hand was a tray filled with a glass of water and some medicine for Jessy to drink.

"Jessy." Call her as she walks closer to her daughter.

Jessy's cry grew louder as she found out who had come to her room. "Mama." Jessy immediately hugged Olive as she sat nearby. Jessy tightly hugged the middle-aged woman beside her as if with that hug she felt all her weight go away. The circle of clear liquid wet the clothes that Olive was wearing, slowly Olive's hand stroked Jessy's arm gently so that Jessy could calm down.

Olive drugged Jessy to vent what she felt right now. He also grieved because he could not bear to see the suffering of his son.

Jessy remained silent not knowing her mother's words, true what her mother said just now. But his selfishness blinded his heart and mind to blame others.

"Don't you miss your husband, Jessy ?" The question given by Olive made Jessy let go of her embrace. Olive was sure that her daughter would miss her husband forever.

"You can't lie to yourself Jessy. If you miss Steve, meet him son. Don't make yourself tormented like this. And you should know, Steve misses you so much." Olive said again who then gave some medicine for Jessy to drink.

After making sure Jessy took her medicine, Olive left her daughter in the room. Let Jessy rest and calm herself.

The next morning, as usual, Steve came to his in-laws' house to see Jessy. After parking his car in the front yard of Jessy's house, Steve stepped into the door of the house that was not closed.

And at the same time, Jessy ran out of her room like a man afraid of loss. Jessy ran down the stairs in a hurry, she did not care about the call from Olive or Leo who was worried to see Jessy running like that.

Jessy pulled the handle of her front door open wide, as she wanted to continue her steps suddenly stopped because she saw someone standing in front of her. Whether this was a coincidence or how, the person in his dream was in front of his eyes. The dream that he experienced made Jessy afraid of losing Steve, for that she ran out to find her husband.

Jessy's lips quivered as she held back her tears when she found out Steve was doing fine unlike in her dreams. While Steve, the man stood looking at Jessy who according to him changed appearance. His body was getting thinner and his face was pale not radiant as usual, even his eyes looked swollen from crying constantly.

The two looked at each other, silent without bicaa in the slightest until finally Steve ventured to call his wife's name.

"Je-Jessy." His words were slow and flattened.

Unexpectedly Jessy immediately scattered her body into Steve's arms. The clear liquid that had been accommodated in his eyes finally fell on his cheek. Jessy cried in the arms of her husband, Steve's face could be seen there was a happy smile that he emitted .

The two also hugged each other to release the longing that they had all saved each. Meanwhile Olive and Leo appear to be smiling watching their son and daughter-in-law return to what they used to be.

"I'm sorry, Steve." Jessy said in her tears. Because of that nightmare, Jessy softened her own heart. He did not want to lose the person he loved the second time because of his own stubbornness and selfishness. Jessy hugged Steve tightly as if she did not want to let go of her husband. The smell of Steve's body that he missed so far made him comfortable and comfortable lingering in Steve's arms.
