Agreement and its Consequences

The alexa POV

"Andy?" I said the name of the man who caught me. Andy helped me up, "You okay, Alexa? No one was hurt, right?" Ask Andy.

"Um, yeah, I'm fine. T-thank you for helping me." I said nervously.

What if Jenny finds out I'm this close to Andy?

No, Jenny can't know...

"Alexa, are you sure you're okay?" Andy asked again while patting my left shoulder, making me realize and then wave, "Yes, yes. I'm really good. Thanks again, Andy." I said then to Fiona who was sitting on the floor.

I sat down next to Fiona, "I didn't know Andy was your boyfriend." Fiona said with origin.

"Because it's not. Andy's just my upperclassman, and I'm his underclassman, that's all."

Fiona looked at me in disbelief, "Yes already if you don't believe me. Now rise! The remaining exercise time is 20 minutes, after which we go home to each other." I said again and stood up. I extended my hand to Fiona and helped her stand up.

POV Author

After talking to Alvin, Gaby returned to training with her friends. Shortly after, Andy came to the field and took part in training with Alvin. The students who did not have extracurricular activities just stood on the edge of the court and cheered Alvin who was playing basketball.

Hilarious cheers were given to Alvin when he managed to get the ball into the basketball hoop. Alvin smiled with satisfaction, then glanced at Jenny's team, "You want to play? Just one act." Alvin.

Jenny and Gaby looked at each other, then glanced at Joe, Fred and Nick, "If I agree." Nick said, Joe just nodded his head and Fred flicked his shoulders casually.

Gaining the approval of her four friends, Jenny looked at Alvin with a defiant look, "And what do you ask for if you win?" Ask Alvin.

This is my chance, inner Alvin. He had been thinking about what he wanted, "I'll have Gaby hang out tomorrow, after school." Alvin answered with a slanted smile.

Gaby widened her eyes instantly, "Hey, why am I the one betting?" The appeal did not accept. Jenny just chuckled, "Thank you, Gaby. It's just a game."

All Gaby could do was sigh roughly, then an idea popped into her head, "If we win, Andy will take Jenny for a walk tomorrow."

Hearing her name, Jenny turned to Gaby with a surprised expression. He'll say something, but Andy's voice forces him to shut up, "Well. I agree! Let's start this game! " Andy said to coincide with Livian joining Alvin's team, "What did I miss?" Ask Livian.

"There's so much you've missed." Reply Alvin, "We'll talk about it later. Let's compete!"

Livian simply followed Alvin's orders in confusion.

Then the match started. Alvin is very ambitious to win this match, the goal is he wants to take Gaby for a walk. I'm not gonna let Jennifer's team win, inner Alvin.

Similarly Gaby, she desperately wants Jenny and Andy to spend time tomorrow. So Gaby put aside her fear of the ball to make that wish come true.

Gaby's efforts were not in vain, he won the round, "Well, Alvin. You lost." Gaby ejeked as she stuck out her tongue and laughed. Alvin just let out a sigh of resignation and left the basketball court without a word. Both team member Jenny and team member Alvin, they both noticed Alvin without a sound.

"Maybe you're being too rude to her, Gaby." Jenny said flat. Gaby hid her guilty face with an innocent smile, "He's a boy. He could definitely forget about it in such a short time."

"Oh yeah, what do you think of my game?" Ask Gaby further.

Jenny gave her thumbs up, "Unbelievable! You were so excited. What got into you?"

"I want my sister-in-law and my sister-in-law to get closer to each other."

As the two girls are engrossed in an argument, Andy approaches them and slaps Jenny's left shoulder gently, "Congrats, Jenny! You and your team are great."

"Thanks, Andy!"

Gaby cleared her throat to see the unusual scene, "Ehem, I helped earlier, so that you two can spend some time tomorrow."

Jenny's sharp gaze was attached to Gaby, hinting that she didn't say anything. Andy chuckled at his sister's behavior, "Okay, as you wish, Sist. See you tomorrow, Jenny!" Andy left them.

After Andy walked away, Jenny stood still in place while holding her left shoulder, "She touched my shoulder. I'll never forget it. " Jenny muttered to her. Gaby who saw that just rolled her eyes and laughed amusedly.

"Gaby! Wait!" Shouted Alvin while chasing Gaby who was walking towards the school gate. Yep, it's time for WHS students to go home.

"What... You want... Go home... With me?" Alvin asked with a breath of breath while putting both of his hands on his knees.

Gaby thought for a moment, "Alright, since I didn't find Alexa and Jenny; also you've taken the trouble to chase after me, I'll come with you."

So, they both walked out of the school area to where Alvin parked his car. In the short journey it was filled with whispers of the students near them.

Lookie! Alvin with a girl.

Hey, isn't that girl Andy's sister?

Why would Alvin walk with him?

I was jealous to see him close to Alvin.

He doesn't deserve you, Alvin.

And various other whispers that made Alvin feel upset, "Do you guys have nothing else to do but gossip about my life?!" Shouted Alvin, making some of them instantly bow their heads and fall silent.

Gaby tried to assuage Alvin's anger, "Alvin, that's it."

Were it not for Gaby, Alvin would have kept staring at the girls with his deathly gaze. Trying to ignore the girls, Alvin and Gaby speed up their footsteps.

The silence that enveloped them made Gaby feel uncomfortable and tried to find the topic, "Uhm, soii.... What do you think of our parents?"

Gaby's voice drew Alvin's attention, he continued, "Will your father take any dangerous steps just to do business with my mother?"

"Well..." Alvin rubbed his chin with his index finger and thumb, "Knowing that my father has made such a great achievement in his life, I'm sure he would dare to take such an extreme step."

Seen from his face, Gaby was thinking, "Baiiiklah. Let's talk about something else. " Suddenly Alvin said, "Do you know that Livian's mother is my father's secretary."

Gaby widened her eyes, "No. Since when did Aunt Matilda become your father's secretary?"

"For years."

"That's why you and Livian are friends?" Alvin nodded in response. They got into Alvin's car and went home together.
