Love Or Debt

Love Or Debt
*Part 1 Worry

"Sir Jaka, when are you going to marry Meta?"

Jaka's adoptive sister asked with a sweet smile on her lips. But, a serious face he did not lose in the slightest.

Getting the question, the man who had now turned twenty-nine only smiled faintly. How not? The question he never seemed to have thought of before was, where could he possibly answer so easily now.

Jesika, Jaka's adoptive sister was indeed a sullen face when her question did not get an answer. "Why smile anyway? I'm the same as you, brother. When do you want to marry Meta. Remember that! Don't hang women. Because that woman has a limit of patience, sister."

"The woman doesn't like waiting. Moreover, waiting too long, Brother Jaka." Jesi spoke in an emphasis-filled tone. While Jaka still does not budge.

This made Jesi even more upset. So that he immediately called Jaka in a high tone.

"Sister Jaka! Listen what I'm saying no, huh?"

"Listen Jesika, listen. Ih, there is no need to talk in a high tone too times. Your brother is still hearing well."

"Well, why don't you answer what I asked you earlier, hm?"

"That's because .. you don't have the answer to what you're asking. My brother doesn't know what to answer. Therefore you would rather be silent than answer."

Jaka's answer just made Jesi gawk. How not? Her brother is so confusing. She has been with a woman named Meta for over a year. But, it turns out that he did not intend to marry the girl. Really, that's not what Jesi likes.

Because as a woman, she knew what Meta felt. Because a long time ago, he knew Meta's feelings. He also knows, if Meta really hopes to be married by his adoptive brother.

"Sister Jaka. Don't tell me you just want to play with Meta's feelings. Pity him, brother. She is a very sincere woman. He has been with her for over a year. He has sacrificed a lot for his brother. Of time, energy, and funds. All he gave to Jaka. So, please remember that well, brother. Don't make Jaka's brother a selfless bastard. I really don't like that."

Meta has sacrificed too much for his life. Sincere affection, tenderness, as well as the time the girl had sacrificed to Jaka.

Although his age is quite young, but his understanding is very good. Difference between the age of Jaka and Meta eight years. But the patience he had was beating Jaka.

He wholeheartedly looks after Mama Jaka who is now in a mental hospital. And, Meta also takes care of Jaka like a maid. Starting from preparing all the needs of Jaka, to all the needs of Mama Jaka. All he did with his own hands without any complaints for more than a year. But, he had never asked Jaka for more all this time.

Thinking of all that, Jaka felt very guilty right now. In his bedroom, he mused over everything he had been through all this time with Meta. Also, he thought of everything his foster sister said. All of those thoughts made Jaka feel extremely uneasy.

"Oh my God, what should I do now? Should I marry Meta as soon as possible? But ... What about Junika?"

"Wait!" Suddenly, Jaka immediately woke up from his bed. "Actually, am I in love or not with Meta? What if I didn't love him all this time? What if I only feel comfortable because of Meta's kindness? Should I stay with him?"

"But .. what Jesi said has a point. Meta has sacrificed a lot for me. Not only money, but time and energy have been sacrificed. How can I repay him for all that?"

"If I keep hanging Meta, then I am indeed a man who does not know himself. Not knowing the slightest return of favor. It's the same with a bastard who just wants to enjoy the sweetness."

Jaka looks more confused now. The life he had walked was getting more complicated. Whether it's about family, or love. It feels very confusing to Jaka now.

"Aggh ...! Damnit damnit! Really shit!" Jaka said while ruffling his hair violently.

Meanwhile, Meta Adinda was busy with her delusion. She had always imagined a magnificent marriage with the man she had always loved.

The man who had captured her heart since she was a teenager. Only, as a teenager, he did not have the courage to approach the man. All he could do was watch the man from next door.
