LOVE OF JUITA
The Phenomenal Burn Fish

Julia's hand moved agilely weeding the body of the carp with a knife, the scales of the fish detached easily. After that he opened both sides of the fish's head and pulled its gills. Then the back of the fish is split until the body of the fish is opened to be wide. That way the contents of the fish stomach can be cleaned easily.

He washed the fish clean until no blood was left, then he poured the fish with lime juice. The fish was left for a while while he mixes the typical fish seasoning Minang. Which consists of garlic, onion, red pepper, pecans, ginger, turmeric. Because the fish to be burned number four and large, Julia decided to blend the roof to shorten the time.

While waiting for the seasoning to roll he clamps the galangal and lemongrass. Next he heated the stove and filled the pan with enough oil to saute. After the oil is hot enough he pours the seasoning that is already smooth. The smell of wine immediately filled the kitchen Mbok. Not to forget Julia added coconut milk, galangal and lemongrass, tamarind soaking water, salt and a little micin to strengthen the taste.

He sauteed the seasoning until tanak, thick and fragrant. After being felt fitting he turned off the stove and spread the seasoning that has been cooked to the body of the fish using a brush. Septian went back and forth to the kitchen while gulping down, the fragrant aroma of the spice making him impatient.

Julia arranged two fish onto the grill wire and handed it to Septian to burn. It takes two roasts to burn four fish. Her job of concocting spices was done, the burning business she left to her husband.

Septian took the fish to the side yard of the house where he burned coconut shells to make charcoal. The arrangement of bricks into two side-by-side levels. He put down the grill and started fanning the fish so that the heat from the charcoal coals spread evenly.

"From the aroma is very good for your baked fish" said Mbok to Julia who was washing basil and cucumber for default.

"Hopefully suitable taste even though it is a bit spicy yes Mbok …. " Julia answered while draining her vegetables.

"It's okay, here Mbok help make soy sauce for his grilled fish meal friend."

Julia nodded in favor of the mbok. Mbok's hand deftly grabbed some cayenne pepper and grinded it with a wood tear. After being crushed he added soy sauce and a little salt.

After the complementary materials were finished Julia and the Mbok headed to the side yard to see the results of Septian work.

"Don't get burnt up Tian, it'll be bitter!" the Mbok reminded.

"Ready Mbok, safe!" Septian gave his thumb.

Meanwhile, Mbok Par is busy in the kitchen arranging the dining table with a basket of rice, a pot of white water, lalapan and soy sauce. All residents of the house can not wait to taste grilled fish whose aroma is appetizing. The aroma made Julia grimace holding hunger in her stomach which was only breakfast two pieces of fried bananas.

"Patience, soon to be ripe." He muttered.

Septian busy flipping fish until all parts of the fish ripen evenly browned.

"It looks like this is ripe deck," Septian gave his wife a code to check.

"Yes, let's continue the second session!" Julia stamped the mature fish moving it to a large serving plate. He then filled the grill with two fish that remained.

"Such fragrance, my saliva almost dripped from earlier. Can you just take a little tasting?" The sweaty Septian face looked clear.

Julia grilled the fish with her hands and fed it to her husband's mouth.

"Beauty, it's still hot." He was reminiscent of Septian who had opened his mouth wide.

Fresh fish combined with rich seasoning directly melted on the Septian tongue.

"God's joy is delicious .. top markotop!" He gave his thumbs up to his wife.

In the heart of Septian many say hamdalah. How lucky he was to have a beautiful wife and cook.

Julia blushed with her husband's praise. He felt grateful to have been accustomed to helping Mother plunge into the kitchen. So that he understands the business of seasoning and cooking for large portions he is no longer awkward.

It doesn't take long for the last kloter fish to mature. Julia brought her into the dining room, while Septian extinguished the coals. Everyone had gathered at the dining table with a face of sumringah impatiently enjoying the phenomenal-looking grilled fish.

"Eat big, eat big!" Laughing at sumringah.

The Mbok picked up a plate of rice for you, Julia also did the same for her husband. By reading bismillah they enjoy the sustenance provided.

"Enak Mbak Jul, steady!" Mbok Par nodded with his mouth full of chewing food.

"Thank You Mbok Par." Julia was flattered.

"If you know of this banal, we should invite Ma'am Mas-mu lunch here huh Tian," said Si Mbok.

"It should be Mbok, so that they can taste the hand skills of the Princess of Sumatra," replied Septian glancing his eyes at Julia.

"Ah This is it!" Julia lowered her head in embarrassment.

You didn't comment anything. His mouth was busy chewing, his hands were busy chocolating fish meat into soy sauce sauce. A plate of toilet rice and he coded the Mbok to add another plate of rice. That is enough to prove that Julia's cooking is delicious. Soon four large size gurame fish have been clean without rest. He stroked his full stomach with a satisfied face.

Julia's heart was filled with warmth and happiness. She felt accepted and treated well by her husband's family. The result of Mother's upbringing to plunge into the kitchen to fruition. He won the heart of the Septian family with his cooking.

After lunch, Mr. Mbok and Septian say goodbye to the room. Meanwhile Julia helps Mbok Par clean the dining table and wash the dishes. He and Mbok Par talked about many things, including the funny stories of Septian as a teenager.

"Your Bojom, from Junior High, there are many who have a crush. When in High School there are even desperate children coming to this house to give gifts and say love. But Septian doesn't want to, he's a straight guy." Mbok Par chuckles while washing dishes.

Julia who was helping to dry the dishes just smiled wryly. With a mysterious handsome face is not the fault of Septian if many girls are insensitive.

"Before marrying Julia, Septian was once betrothed to the son of the village chief here. Her name is Dian the most beautiful girl here, very young. I just went to college if I wasn't wrong. But somehow the Septian chef does not want to, maybe not enter the criteria. But Mas Septian agreed. But since he was a democratic person, all decisions were left to Mas Tian."

Julia's smile instantly vanished hearing the story. His hand stopped wiping the dishes. Mbok Par realized that he had been released to tell something that was not his business. Hurriedly he added comments to improve the atmosphere.

"But Mbok is grateful that Septian married Julia. You guys are worth it, especially Mbak looks mature soul and thought. Not like that Dian. Manjaaaa, don't understand household work." Mbok Par turned his face away and patted his detached mouth.

Julia did not know what to react to after hearing the story. There is a dislike in the heart.

Is he jealous of an unknown girl?
