HEARTBREAK STEVE

Part 39 "Steve's Heartbreak "

The atmosphere of my office is quite crowded with many jobs in their respective divisions.

Several times of course I met Steve but there was no change to the state of our relationship, which was even more awkward.

As soon as Steve seemed to avoid looking at me, you were embarrassed by the previous incident when he was about to kiss me or for other reasons.

Today at studio 3, Monica is shooting her products to be marketed through STAR Corp. I walked into the studio to greet and congratulate him on Monica's smooth cooperation.

We continued some of our simple conversations, until Monica showed her abilities by posing sweetly displaying the aura of the model and the beauty of the clothes she made.

When I looked and was amazed by Monica's charm, I heard some staff gossiping behind me.

" So she's Steve's girl?? " Staff 1

" The rumors are so. Some days they look close, let alone some say, they do indecent things in the room. " Staff 2

I don't know why I was bothered to hear their conversation that was not based on facts, let alone I was there when the kiss happened accidentally.

" Uhuk.. " I tried to code them to stop gossiping.

" Focus on work, don't talk just about it. A lot of ears here. " My mutter alerted them and hurried off to leave the studio to continue my work.

When I had just stepped out of the studio, I was surprised to see Steve standing hesitantly in front of the studio.

As soon as he saw me, he quickly turned around and took the opposite direction.

" Wait Steve. " Boldly, I also tried to resolve all the obscurity and awkwardness between us that was delayed yesterday due to his incident with Monica.

Rooftop office became our choice to talk away from the many views of other staff.

I also ventured to open the conversation even though I saw discomfort in Steve's face.

" Waahh, I can't say a word anymore. " Steve said it was like harboring his emotions.

" I don't want our relationship to be awkward because of obscurity. Therefore, forgive me. I have to say this. " I said again.

" I know. I. I appreciate your decision. " Steve answered with a gloomy look and glassy eyes.

" If there's nothing to talk about, I go back first. Lots of work waiting for me. " Speed left me.

After this, I don't know what will happen to our relationship, whether we can be friends again or vice versa.

But at least I had a sense of relief because I did not buy any more time and gave more hope to Steve, because somehow my heart was fixed on Morgan.

After work, Morgan picked me up at the office. While I was waiting for him in the lobby, Steve also came out of the car parked in front of me, and a driver opened the door for him.

We looked at each other even though the atmosphere seemed to have not improved between us, there was no greeting.. Steve whom I had known all along as a fun and friendly junior, changed in an instant in front of me.

He did not take much time and immediately turned away from me into his car.

I could only sigh deeply and reassure myself that all would soon pass as time passed.

The sound of a car horn and it turns out that Morgan has come right behind Steve's car.

Without a second thought, I got straight into Morgan's car and rushed off with him.

" Why do you look lethargic?? Sick again? " Task Morgan worried about me.

And the shocked Morgan unknowingly stopped the car abruptly to the curb.

" It's good. He should know himself dong, obviously you've got me.. " So Morgan made me laugh funny. I can finally get back to seeing this CEO's adorable attitude.

" You don't get near him anymore.. I'm afraid he'll do something to you. " Morgan continued to worry and think far.

Then Morgan touched my chin until I looked at his approaching face.

" From today I will be more protective of you.I believe in you, but I do not believe in the men around you. I really should have bought your company from the beginning. " Murm Morgan was like a child.

I was very anxious to see Morgan's behavior, I spontaneously kissed her cheek.

" Basic of jealousy. " My gang mocked Morgan who blushed in shame to get a sudden kiss from me.

The little kiss turned out to be powerful to restore the mood of Morgan who had burned jealous.

We continued on and Morgan held my hand on the way to the restaurant for dinner together.
