Tea Pai event

“You've eaten baby?” Meida nodded her head. Following in the footsteps of her husband who took her somewhere.

“Where are we going By?” Melvin thrust his palm towards his wife by raising one eyebrow so that his wife would link her fingers, until their fingers were interlocked.

“We see the decoration of the room inside, because it is not finished 100%, about 5% more.” Melvin held his wife's hand tightly to a room in the dominant decoration in red and white.

“Before holding the reception, we will first hold a Tea Pai event or tea ceremony in a traditional Chinese wedding. Because you and I are both of Chinese descent, so we first held the event. For the red dress, I have prepared in the upper room.” Meida frowned repeating her husband's words. He was surprised, because the first time he heard the word Tea Pai.

“Events Tea Pai?” Melvin nodded his head towards the wall that had been written Traditional Chinese Hanzi (Mandarin). He pointed to the inscription on which was decorated with red lanterns.

“Iya, darling. Tea Pai is one of a series of events that are often held in Chinese-style weddings (Chinese Wedding) to honor older people.” Melvin said as he led Meida to sit on a chair while looking at some people who were hanging some lanterns. He continued his words and stood behind his wife.

“Tea Pai Ceremony is a tea ceremony performed by a bride of Chinese descent along with her family. This tea ceremony is usually held in the morning after the religious ceremony is held. For the Islamic, of course, this event is done after the marriage contract, and before the reception. Coincidentally for the marriage contract, we have done it, so just do the tea ceremony before the reception.” Meida nodded her head with her eyes fixed on Hanzi who was written on the wall decorated with red and white ornaments. Although she was of Chinese descent, she did not understand Hanzi at all and could not speak Mandarin, except for the simple words often spoken by her husband.

“I only found out about Chinese ancestry a few months ago, so I don't know much about Chinese Tradition. All I know is just the tradition of Sundanese wedding, because from childhood I often see it. And for the Tea Pai ceremony earlier, I just heard now from you.” Meida said as she touched the lantern hanging above her head. Then she sat back in front of her husband. Melvin wrapped her hands around Meida's neck and rested her chin on her shoulder.

“Yaudah, I tell you now. This Tea Pai ceremony is a ceremony that honors the bride and groom (Brother) to their older family members. This one event was attended not only by parents, but also grandparents, uncles, married brothers, and cousins who were elder. The serving of a cup of tea to these people is a symbol of the bride's respect for them.” Meida nodded her head with a play on her lips. She listened to her husband enthusiastically. Melvin looked at his wife from the side and kissed her cheek. He continued his words by sticking his face with his wife's face.

“Although followed by almost all older family members, there are some family members who are prohibited from attending. First, of course, the sister of the bride is prohibited from attending, especially the sister who is married. Sisters are also prohibited from attending if they are not married or have been overstepped. Even so, there is an exception that is when the parents are gone, the brother can be a legal guardian.

So Ko Andress, Jack, Melisa, and Jonathan could not attend. Only families who are old and newly married can attend. Later you can get a lot of tablets from our family members.” Meida smiled as she put aside her face which automatically kissed her husband's cheek. He slowly distanced his face, because the distance was too close. Until some people look towards them smiling and then looking down.

“Dapet angpao? Like the envelope from the invited guest is not By?” Melvin felt the discomfort felt by his wife who was in a crowded place. He released a circle of hands around Meida's neck, then sat down next to her.

“Different, if it's different again dear. Angpao that we got from our family. The envelope was from the invited guest. But it's equally money anyway.” Kekeh Melvin clasping his wife's hand.

“I just know now.” Meida smiled, returned her husband's hand and leaned his head against her.

“Buya and Umi so here By?” Melvin kisses Meida's hand and then plays the white nails in her fingers.

“No being a darling. Buya and Umi have a hitch so can't get here. There's a Pesantren building, so Buya can't leave it. Moreover, Doctor Aisyah who often helped him sick, and brought back to Makassar by his parents. So no one's holding Buya's job now. If left here, everything must be a mess.” Meida respect awakens when she hears the name of Doctor Aisyah, the woman her husband told her about on their first night.

“Doctor Aisyah hurts what By?” Melvin shrugged both shoulders while shaking his head in ignorance.

“I don't know. I'm not like you baby.” Meida rounded her lazy eyes by folding her hands.

“You nyebelin. At least you ask By he's sick what, he took care of you first! Reply to the kindness of others with a thousand kindnesses, do not be like a nut that forgets the same skin.”

“Iya, later I ask the same Buya.” Melvin invites his wife to stand up, then walk towards the finished ballroom in the decoration.

“Sisa doesn't bother you, Kan?”

“No, he just sucked. Why are you so excited like that?” Meida stared into Melvin's face with a folded hand. Melvin who is looked at like that only scratches his head that does not itch.

“See your face, I forgot everything. That's why I don't know how to talk like that.” Meida swept her lips and walked back into the spacious hotel room that had been decorated so beautifully.

“You pinter make excuses, fortunately Melisa can be negotiated. Otherwise, we get caught by Papih and Daddy. Maybe our pingitan is more la..” Meida was still glued to see the space that had been decorated very luxuriously. Some tables are circular with surrounded by several white chairs, the right left is decorated with a variety of flowers. The magnificent look is at the end there.

“Amazing .” Lirih Meida with gaping mouth. Seeing Meida's admiration, Melvin immediately hugged his wife from behind.

“Let's stand there for 4 hours. These are all our parents who are prepared, they are indeed amazing. We should thank them.” Meida nodded her head without batting an eye.

“Don't kepo By, it's a women's problem.” Melvin turned his wife's body to face him.

“Jawab darling, or I kiss your lips here.” A sly smile was on Melvin's lips while raising his eyebrows. Meida touched her husband's face in a misbehavior.

“You maksa By, use ngancam all. Just ask the same through there.” Melvin shook his head. He put his hands around his wife's waist to keep her from leaving.

“I want to know the answer from you is not from Melisa. Or tomorrow night I won't let you go at all.” Meida sighed harshly. She looked into her husband's face by biting his sultry lips and then gently hitting his chest.

“Start with threat!”

“Jawab darling!” Meida wrapped her hands around her husband's neck by putting her face aside. Fortunately, there were only two of them in the room,

“You it is my vitamin. Every night you inject me with your missiles until I'm helpless, then release your lava in my womb. Said the faces of married women will give off light, because they have made love. Maybe my face is glowing, because I often make love with you.” Melvin chuckles as he caresses his wife's face.

“Emang? Where's that theory from? Is there a difference in my face before marriage and after marriage?” Meida tidied Melvin's hair by twisting one eye.

“Your face is beaming and getting handsome. And I've always been entangled by your charms thousands of times.” Melvin laughed out loud at his wife's chattering and held her tight.

“Since when can you dread?” Meida smiled showing off her neatly lined white teeth.

“You taught me By. Oh well, I liked the one last night.” Melvin frowned by narrowing his eyes.

“Serious?” Meida nodded her head while playing her thick eyebrows with a look of laughter.

“Yes, I like it very much. It feels good to mix delicious, make me addicted. Later you make me again nasi gorengnya!” Melvin kisses the tip of his wife's head while smiling seductively,

“Originally in return, I will readily make for you every day,” Meida suddenly pinched her husband's nose in annoyance.

“You've got a really good calculation By.”

“Not calculation dear. There are rights and obligations, the right you eat my fried rice, the obligation you have to pay.” Meida hit her husband's chest softly by pursing her lips.

“Iya, later I pay 15 thousand.”

“On payment do not want to wear it, but want to drink this.” Pointing Melvin to his wife's chest. Meida immediately brushed off her husband's hand and then covered her chest with both hands.

“You ngaco, this has not been her ASI. So you can't drink. You mah omes By, has nothing to do with fried rice this same.” Melvin bites his lips and steals a kiss from his wife's lips that seem a little open.

“Gak papa, because I like it so much. The shape is chewy knegemesin, making me want to continue to*sapnya and m*rem*as.” Meida hit her husband on the head and held his head. She wanted to erase the dirty thoughts of her husband who did not know the place.

“That's why you're getting omes.” Melvin was weaving his lips to look at his wife in annoyance.

“Omes equals wife alone is not haram this, than the same omes wife people.”
