161. Jeri's mother

Jeri escorted Audrey to the apartment first before taking her mother to the hospital. Along the way the mother only asked about Tian and his wife. Jeri glanced at the dreamy Audrey in the rear passenger seat. Why not exactly this way, he should have told Tian's whereabouts first and just brought Audrey to see her mother.

"Mom wait a minute, I'll take Audrey upstairs" Jeri's permission to take Audrey to the front door.

"She can walk alone and must be delivered, Jeri." The mother's heart was exhausted because she would be late to meet her nephew if Jeri took care of his future wife first.

"Mother's right, I can myself Jeri won't get lost. Hurry up and get Mom." Tell Audrey with a friendly smile to greet Jeri's mother.

Jeri sighed softly forced to succumb to the mother even though Audrey seemed to have a lot of thoughts.

Audrey waves a hand letting go of Jeri's car. His heart felt tight, maybe this was a reply for him. Tian did not punish him, but God punished him.

The woman walked into the apartment walking. He hasn't cleaned up the next room with Ressa's blood. Audrey was sitting there staring at the blood.

"You won Ressa, now no one wants me. I'm alone now" Audrey muttered with a smile, but her tears fell. The woman had a red-stained sheet and pillowcase put it in the laundry basket. He'll burn it.

He went back to the room to pick up the cutter in the drawer and throw it away. His hand took a photo album containing memories with Tian.

"Now you hate me so much, Tian. I love you so much, this is the way I am wrong. I am not a good woman to be proud of. My mom and dad hate me too, so maybe next time Jeri will leave. Because Jeri's mother doesn't like me." Audrey hugged the photo until she fell asleep with tears hanging.

"Why are we going to Jeri's hospital?" Ask the curious mother. Not going to the housing complex even come to the place where people come to seek treatment.

"They're here, ma'am." Jeri answered, bringing her mother into Ressa's room.

"You healthy, honey?" his tan caressed Tian's cheeks with tears.

"I'm healthy Auntie," Tian smiled at the middle-aged woman's forehead. His hands wiped the tears on his cheeks. "Can't cry" he said, shaking slowly.

The middle-aged woman nodded, glancing towards the gurney. "She's your wife? Asked again, Tian agreed with a nod, "why his cheek?"

Jeri's mother approached Ressa, the lying woman awake.

"Someone hurt him, Auntie."

"Who dares to hurt him?" The middle-aged woman asked furiously after observing the quite long wound on Ressa's cheek.

"Audrey," said Tian who made Jeri sigh heavily. The restaurant will be blocked after this.

The woman turned away from Ressa staring at Jeri sharply, "you don't want to explain anything Jeri?" Angry shouting. "Is she the woman you introduced to me?"

Jeri nodded softly, berkilah also could not because Tian very clearly mentioned Audrey's name.

"Mother won't let you marry her, I can find a better woman than her!!"

Tian and Ressa looked at each other, so Jeri had already brought Audrey to meet her mother. And he spoke wrongly.

Jeri just shut up, free to argue now.
