No matter how the rain gets stronger.
No matter the time it shows past midnight.
No matter the voices around him.
Liz Nadiah kept running, breaking through the night, crashing the rain, putting aside the time she shouldn't have to go through like this.
Her tears flowed with the shower - indistinguishable, where her tears were, and where the waters of grace from the sky were.
Liz Nadiah exits her hotel room after freezing Zack Shangra's movements intending to harass her. When the man pounced on her bare-chested, with a single stomp, Liz Nadiah managed to dodge. Dodging, turning, then kicking the back of Zack Shangra's knee, until the man fell. Then grabbed his arm, pulled it and locked it, causing a pain ring on Zack Shangra's face.
Liz Nadiah realized, Zack Shangra is not doing well. It is impossible to fight more. Remembering that, which he did; kicking Zack's body softly to his knees, then slamming open the door-escape.
The city was never empty. Several food outlets appear lined up on the edge of the road, looking full crowded with visitors. Either they are actually eating, or just simply shelter-avoiding the rush of rain.
Liz Nadiah remembers, she didn't even bring a penny. All the belongings he had undone in his hotel room due to circumstances that urged him to go - including his cell phone and wallet. Not because his stomach is demanding, but he needs money for transportation costs to a place that just crossed his head.
"Hay, Miss. Why themselves? Raining too." Liz Nadiah was just observing through the corner of her eye. He is now sitting hugging himself, on a long bench that is slung in front of a closed shop. "We're with you, huh?"
Why is it midnight like this, so many crazy men? thought Liz Nadiah. He got up from his seat. The man consisting of the two, began to look ignorant utilizing his palm-intentioned touching his body part. "Please don't be so rude!" exclaim Liz Nadiah rebuking.
But when Liz Nadiah began to put up a motion to fight the two men, someone had first subverted the two with a one-off twisting kick. "You all right, Miss?" asked the man at a glance turned towards Liz Nadiah who seemed to be jolted with his actions.
"I'm .. I'm fine!" liz Nadiah replied still in shock.
"Thank God" said the man again. One kick was also a little aftershock made the two rogues run pontang, even almost slipped.
"Thank you, sir," said Liz Nadiah. For some reason, he felt so familiar with every move the man made against the criminal men. Baby, he didn't recognize her at all.
The curly hair of a boat as well as his clear glasses, making Liz Nadiah look back. Where he had seen the man before. Why does his face feel familiar?
"I'm Samwise" said the man as he extended his palm towards Liz Nadiah, as if he could read the contents of her head. "You must have seen me go on television with my guitar?" Following smile.
Liz Nadiah received the helping hand stiffly. "I'm Nadiah." A television? Is he an actor? ask his heart to remember.
Unlike Liz Nadiah who felt familiar with hair and glasses, the man was even seen wrinkling his face when he heard the name Nadiah. "Gift?" tanyanya. Without thinking any more, Samwise pulled Liz Nadiah's arm to a brighter spot. Because the lamp in front of the store was dead, other than the light that was panned from the other store next to him.
Following ....
"Do you know Kenan?" he asked after clearly seeing the sweet round face of Liz Nadiah.
"Hen?" Liz Nadiah was amazed.
"Yes, Kenan. Kenan Linga!"
Of course Liz flinched because of it. "Do you know Kenan?"
"Yes, he's my friend" said Samwise smiling happily.
...---...
"What makes you reject a man as good as Kenan?" ask Samwise to know. A car is driving now, to take Liz Nadiah to his destination.
Samwise's black hoodie is wearing Liz Nadiah now. Enough to ease a thought of the cold that had been hugging him. Liz Nadiah's face looked straight ahead. "I already have a future husband" she said without turning her head.
"really?" Samwise.
"Hm."
"Then, how lucky is that man to have you."
Liz Nadiah just smiled faintly in response.
Instantly, the shadow of Andromeda's face swayed his thoughts. How did he tell the man his whereabouts? While there is no contact number that he can remember to connect with his girlfriend.
Without feeling it, her tears came back.
I need you, Andro.
