Liz Nadia's

Liz Nadia's
The bespectacled Man

A smile expands on Shinar's lips as if it contains satisfaction. The white framed window glass that is imprinted on the front of Liz Nadiah's house, has just been wiped and cleaned.

Unlike Qinay, the girl was busy swinging her bamboo broomstick, in the courtyard. Uniting the dry clove leaves scattered, into a mound. Her small mouth was seen muttering a song in English that sounded bewildering.

Muramously, the two girls were not seen again, as if there had never been any bitterness that plagued them before. Qinay's chestnut body even now looks much more contained. A tapered cheek with jaws protruding, now covered in cheek flesh that began to swell.

Liz Nadiah was really like an angel without wings for Shinar and Qinay.

And today, early in the morning the young doctor had said goodbye to both of them to go to the market, buy some necessities, and promised to return before nine.

"Nay, do you want coffee?" Shinar exclaimed in offer, leading to Qinay who was still busy with her salary .

Qinay stopped his activities to immediately say, "May. But don't be too sweet, because I'm already sweet," she smiled crisply.

Shinar responded with an amused smile as he lifted his thumb up high, then sauntered into the house, carrying with him a rag and a bucket filled with water, his former cleaning the glass.

The dried leaves are already mountainous, began to put Qinay into a large black polybag that is specially provided for him. Dendang lip is now replaced with a love theme song with Malay language. But still ... doesn't sound better. He was not talented in that art.

"Excuse me, Miss."

The voice with a slow but firm intonation, making the Qinay song stumped cut and stopped. He turned to the origin of the voice while raising his body. "Yes" said Qinay. His eyes began to sweep over the foreign figure that was currently standing on the threshold of the bamboo fence of the house. "Who are you looking for?"

A man with a middle-cut hair look. Wearing a short-sleeved shirt with a black-and-white striped pattern that is neatly tucked into the waist of gray long jeans, quite confident as it looks.

And Qinay, the girl was clearly astonished. It had been long enough for him to live there, to be able to recognize one by one the faces of the people in the village. But this man in front of him ..he really just saw him this time.

Qinay's forehead was wrinkled deep. "Shinar?" he asked again.

The man nodded. "Rubber, Miss."

"I'm sorry, if I may know, you're ready, okay?" qinay asked with anticipation. He obviously needs to know. Because of Shinar's problems, it's quite sensitive. So he felt the need to be careful facing this person. For the safety of this five-day-old girl to be his best friend.

"I'm Shinar's little friend, Miss," explained the man. "I've been looking for him everywhere. And only today got a bright spot," he added with a sad look. "So, is Shinar really in this house?"

Qinay was silent for a moment. How'this? ask heart. He is confused, to be honest or not.

Qinay has not had time to get an answer from his question, Shinar appears with an oblong tray containing one cup of Qinay's coffee, and one cup of his warm sweet tea, which is then placed on a table that is in the corner of the terrace.

And Shinar's movements were clearly caught by the glasses guy. "Shinar," called out to her in a soft voice. His eyes implied unbelief, as well as a yearning stirred into one. Qinay followed his direction.

In his position, Shinar was already standing tall, staring at the man who called his name, while looking at the figure from a distance. Who is that guy? Why does he know my name?

"Shin, you know him?" Qinay asked curiously. The one being asked was still observing.

But the movement of the glasses man, made Qinay jump. The man stepped quickly towards Shinar. Then he hugged the girl's body tightly, tightly. There's no doubt. It was as if his beliefs about who Shinar was, had been justified by reality. "I miss you, Shishi. I finally found you."
