"Sorry our boss did it but we failed the boss."

"Basic stupid! I pay you dearly just to carry out such a small task only you can't?!!!"

The long hair joined them. The five of them were busy playing cards. While a man in his forties is more whose clothes are shabby in a chair tie. His body is thin and not powered. He can only bow down.

At campus

Flora is limped by Kevin's help. Face pale. His body was weak without power.

Flo asked Kevin to drive her, Kevin didn't mind.

Kevin had forbidden Flo to go to campus because he saw Flo's condition was not so good. But Flo forced him.

Kevin doesn't know Flo's hurt.

"Where is your class?" Ask Kevin who is holding up next to Flo's arm. Flo pointed at him without making a sound.

"Are you sure you want to? Look at you not doing well, Flo." Kevin said he was worried about Flo. Flo just nodded his head. It felt like he couldn't make his voice.

"Flo you why?" Dave asked who was coming from behind Flo and Kevin. Flo just shook his head weakly.

"I don't know why Flo. He just wanted to take him to college." Said Kevin.

Nela came in a hurry.

"Flo you why?" Nela asked worriedly and then touched Flo's injured arm. Flo screamed and grimaced.

"Flo why the hell?!" Nela asked increasingly worried.

Suddenly blood dripped from Flo's arm, dripping slowly down Flo's fingertips and drops of blood fell to the floor.

Dave realized that. Glaring in disbelief. Where the blood drips from.

"Blood." Dave said with continued attention to the drops of blood. His eyes followed where the blood was dripping from.

Flo is getting helpless. His face is getting pale.

Nela and Kevin hear Dave's words looking at the floor.

Nela quickly opened Flo's black jacket. And there's Flo's wound from a knife scratch from a thug last night. Nela squealed in disbelief.

"Why is this?!" Pekik Nela's. Kevin and Dave were no less surprised to see the wound on Flo's arm.

Albert who had just passed by from there saw the limp Flo helplessly. He also saw Flo's blood and wounds. Albert walked half-run to the cafeteria to get to Axel.

In front of the classroom where Flo and the others stood. There are only four of them.

"Flo answer you why?" Ask Dave he looks worried.

Suddenly Flo's body slumped down. Luckily Kevin has good reflexes. He quickly catches Flo's body before it gets to the floor.

"Fuck!!" Strangled the three of them at the same time.

"We need to get Flo to the hospital." Kevin and Nela and Dave. Kevin carried Flo's body to the parking lot.

In the cafeteria Albert arrived with a gasp of breath.

He kicked the table right in front of Alex and Axel who were telling a story.

"Lu what the hell!!" Ketus Alex who was shocked with Axel.

Albert tried to talk.

"Xel.hah.it.hah" Albert's index finger pointed towards the back of the canteen's exit.

"What the hell is that-it's mulu!" Axel's annoyance that does not understand Albert's words.

"Calm down Al. Relaxed. Take a breath-out.." Albert followed Alex's orders. A minute later he could calm down.

"Yes after the cave calmed down. Flo's already through." Albert said, who was calm.

"You mean what?" Alex asked in confusion.

"Flo is seriously injured. In front of his class." Said Albert.

"What?!!" Screeched Axel. He stood up from his seat and quickly ran towards Flo class followed by Alex.

"God can rest. The cave is tired of running." Grous Albert. But he also followed his two best friends.

Arrive in front of Flo's class. Axel didn't find anyone there. There's only a drop of blood.

Rigid body. I can't imagine what happened to Flo. Did that woman hurt Flo again. Did that woman find Flo?

Axel could say nothing more.

"Blood." Alex muttered just behind Flo.

"Dam!" Call Dave from behind them. Axel. Dave approached the three of them.

"Where are you from?" Ask Dave.

"Where's flora? What happened to him?" Axel asked suddenly.

"Gua doesn't know what's going on with him. His arm was injured and was bleeding a lot. He's taken Kevin to the hospital." Said Dave. Explain.

Axel rubbed his face rough.

He should not be negligent.

He should have taken care of Flo last night instead of going for a walk with Anya.

Axel blamed himself. He has broken his promise to Zack. Can't keep Flo.

At the hospital

Kevin laid Flo's body on top of the gurney. Then the nurse pushed the gurney into the patient's room.

The nurse came in and closed the door. Nela and Kevin were waiting outside.

A man dressed as a doctor came over to Kevin.

"Kev..lu what's going on here?" Ask the Doctor.

Not yet had time to hear Kevin's answer a nurse opened the door and called the doctor.

"Doctor Yoga let's go in." Said the Sister. Yoga then enters the patient room.

Thirty minutes later

Yoga doctors leave the patient room.

"Well, how's Flo?" Ask Kevin who approaches Yoga.

"He's fine. The wound wasn't very deep but it made him bleed a lot. It looks like that wound he just let it go since last night." The word Yoga explains.

"Can I come in see it doc?" Ask Nela.

"Yes please. But he's not conscious." Said the Doctor.

Nela walks in leaving Kevin and Yoga.

"He who?" Ask Kevin about Yoga.

"Nobody." Answer Kevin briefly.

"Nobody but how come you're here?" Yoga squinted his eyes at Kevin with a seductive smile.

"Kepo lu ahk!" Answer Kevin." Thank goodness he was all right. The cave has to go. There's meeting. Later if there's anything call the cave ya." Said Kevin who glanced at his watch for a while then looked at Yoga. Yoga nodded his head.

"The cave goes." Pamit Kevin on Yoga, then he patted Yoga on the shoulder, after which he left.

Flo is awake. He found Nela beside him.

"Flo. Are you awake?" Nela asked who stood up from her seat.

"Ne, what are you doing here. You should be on campus." Flo said after realizing he was in the hospital. When he smelled drugs.

"The friend of the cave is sick again. It can't be the cave itself." Said Nela sitting back in the chair.

"I'm not papa Ne. Mending you back to college. Later if there's anything I'll call you." Flo.

"Yes, that's it." Nela said in the end." The cave will come here again. If you don't, the cave asks Axel to come." Nela.

"Shit up." Said Flo.

Then Nela decided to go back to campus because Flo forced her to. Flo lives alone in the patient's room.

After Nela left Flo just played the game on her phone. Then the doctor entered the room occupied by Flo.

"Good day how are you?" Ask a Yoga doctor on Flo. Flo only answered his potluck but had not yet taken his eyes off his cell phone.

"Good doc. When can I go home?" Tanya Flo is still loyal to her phone.

"Today you can go home." Said the Yoga Doctor then he took something from the top of the nightstand next to the gurney.

"Creally Doc?" Tanya Flo was enthusiastic. Then he looked at the busy Doctor with the papers in front of him.

"Yes." Yeah." The doctor replied and looked back at Flo." Poh. You?" Appoint a Yoga doctor on Flo.

"Do the doctors bring it?" Ask Flo. He was also surprised to see the doctor handling it.

"Why are you here?" Ask a Yoga doctor again. Flo just laughed grimly.

"I'm back here Doc." Answer Flo.

"I never thought I'd see you again." Say Yoga Doctor with a big smile.

"Dok." Call Flo.

"Yes?" Answer the Yoga Doctor who is still faithful with his papers.

"Seven years ago. The time of the incident. Is he looking for me?" Flo asked whose gaze was pointed at the ceiling of the room.

The Yoga Doctor turned her body to stare at Flo.

"No. He did not even remember who drove him to the hospital. But he's trying to figure out who helped his life. But I didn't see you." The long-term Yoga Doctor.

"Ohh great. The doctor didn't tell diakan?" Ask Flo again.

"No Flora. Sayaakan promised." Saying Doctor Yoga.

"Do the doctors remember my name?" Flo looked at the Yoga Doctor. How could this doctor still remember his name. They met seven years ago.

"Of course I remember and memorize your face. You're the most chatty and coercive donor I've ever met." Flo laughed out loud followed by a small laugh from the Yoga Doctor.

Their laughter stopped as someone entered Flo's room.

"Sorry to interrupt." Said Axel standing in front of the door.

"Loh Axel's. Let's go in." Invite the Yoga Doctor when you realize Axel is standing there. They look so close because the Yoga Doctor is the Doctor of the Kusuma family. " You know each other?" Asked the Yoga Doctor, he looked surprised why they could know each other.

"How's Dok doing?" Ask Axel. He stood in front of the Yoga Doctor.

"She's fine and she can go home." The Yoga Doctor. Axel nodded his head

"Yes already. I'm sorry." Then the Yoga Doctor walked to the exit.

"You going home now?" Ask Axel. Flo nodded her head. He's so happy to have Axel here.

Axel helps Flo get off the gurney. He walked her to the car.

Even in the car, no one opened their voice. Until Axel asked.

"Why is that hurt?" Ask Axel. He is still focused forward. Flo was confused as to what to answer. So he looked for an excuse.

"I flirted in the bathroom. And there's that pointy thing down there that's slashing my arm." Say Flo as often as possible. He did not want Axel to suspect him.

"From the first papah also wanted to throw the object. But it never was." Axel. Flo knitted her brows.

"Ehh it turns out my lie has a point. Make it a guess." Flo laughed in his heart.

Arriving at Flo's apartment sitting on the sofa. Axel walked into the kitchen to make drinks.

No one could describe Flo's current feelings. He's really happy. Can Axel accept it?. A beautiful smile never leaves her lips.

"Drink first." Said Axel putting a glass of water in front of Flo. He sat down next to Flo.

"Thank you." Flo said, and he drank it.

"Flo have something I want to say." Axel. Flo glared in disbelief at what he heard. Axel saying-I?

"Say." Flo. He did not want to look stiff in front of Axel.

Axel fixed his sitting position. That one just slightly bent over into leaning on the sofa.

"At any time we'll get married. You know I can't accept this marriage and neither can you."

Heard Axel's words. Flo's heart was crying. But his sad look did not show he straightened his head. It was as if he was really strong for all of this. He kept hearing every word Axel said.

"So I asked for. If we get married later. Never expect more from me. Never use your feelings."

"How can I expect no more from you. How can I not use my feelings? While I love you." Inner Flo.

"I can't think of you as a fiancee, a future wife, or a future wife. Because I only think of you as a friend."

Flora p.o.v

The words Axel spoke were indeed soft. But he doesn't know. My heart was hurt to hear his words.

Your words are so soft. But it was a sharp spear that pierced through my heart.

Don't you know I was hurt by what you said Axel?

Once I took a breath I calmed myself. And prepare to receive more spear thrusts.

"You know I accepted this matchmaking just to please my mother. Not more. So I hope you understand." Axel looked at me gently. But to me it was a knife that stuck right in my heart.

I close my eyes. Give peace to myself.

"Can you understand Flo?" Ask.

"Ohh of course. Why aren't. I am the same as you. Yep.. We don't have to use feelings in our relationships." I said with a little bit of fun there. But inside here it's been destroyed and crushed.

"Hahh I'm glad to hear that. And you take it easy after marriage you're free to do whatever you want I won't forbid." Say it with a smile.

All the gentleness and smiles he gave me meant nothing more to me.

All I feel right now is pain. My heart is dead and not moving.

Hey my heart is you ok?

"Yes yes. I-i understand. Oh yes Xel. I want a break." I'm looking for an excuse. So that he can get out of here.

"Oh okay. Are you sure you're alone here? Or you just come with me. At home there is Anya and tomorrow mama will also go home." He offered to come with me.

Sorry Xel I can't. I want to bandage my wounded heart first. Gave him strength and sustained him with teak wood. So that later I can be strong when you hurt me again.

I just nodded my head and smiled. Then Axel decided to go home. I closed the door as fast as lightning.

I walked to the balcony.

The beauty of Jakarta city lights means nothing to me anymore. All that beauty seemed to be a knife that deepened my wounds.

I was standing right near the iron barrier. I closed my eyes, my head looked up, and I hugged myself.

Without realizing it, my tears just fell.

Tell me I'm a crybaby. But it really hurts. How many times have they rejected me in their life.

God, I want to wave a white flag. A sign of giving up and making peace with my painful destiny.

Do I have to be hurt for a promise?

The events of seven years ago seemed to roll back in my memory.

Flashbacks 

7 years ago

"Goddessa, Axel. C'mon quickly. The sun will go up. Papah is not strong with the heat of the sun." Robert Ambar's.

They want to go for a morning run on a weekend like this.

"Yes pah. Arsya. Dandan later." Axel's grouse approached Robert in the courtyard.

"Hey.heii don't blame me. You were in the bathroom a long time ago." Arsya Protest.

"Don't keep arguing. You are tired of waiting." Said Ambar who mediated the debate between his two sons.

"When don't you argue for a second?" Robert asked and he kissed his wife. "We're leaving." Robert said then he got into the car.

"We're going to go." Arsya and Axel said together. Then they get in the car.

The car drove off leaving Ambar alone.

In the middle of the journey they almost reached the place they were headed.

Quiet streets are covered with big, shady trees. Suitable for morning running.

In the car Robert and his two sons joked around together.

"Looks. Papah's the one who was Deni sir's replacement, huh?" Robert is faithful in driving.

They laugh together.

"Did you have a boyfriend?" Robert asked Arsya who was in the passenger seat with Axel.

"Had pah. I've taken her home and you've met her. Her name is Nearetha." Arsya said enthusiastically.

"Wahh papah missed the news dong." Said Robert.

"Next time Arsya will introduce to Papah." Arsya.

"Well papah will wait. And Axel who's your girlfriend?" Robert asked Axel.

"He doesn't have a girlfriend. Just match him with the daughter of papah's best friend we met first." Arsya.

"Hey, I have a boyfriend, okay! And I don't want to be matched!" Axel Protests. He's upset with Arsya.

"Ehh Xel's. You just accept that match. That girl is beautiful. You won't regret it later. Trust me." Arsya. He tried to kill his twin sister.

"I don't want to be okay!!" Firm Axel.

"Don't keep arguing." Robert quits their argument.

"Yes I'm sorry." Arsya. He always gave up on Axel. Axel just cleared his throat.

"Xel once called me brother why?" Arsya.

"No! We're only 7 minutes apart." Axel Protests.

"I was born first." Arsya.

"Everytime. Stay down!" Firm Axel.

"Just as you are." Arsya said in the end. He looked out the car window.

"Ehh..ehhh this is why?" Robert panicked. The car can't stop. And walk without direction.

"Well.what's up?" Ask Arsya and Axel at the same time. They panicked.

"The father doesn't know. Oh my God the brakes are blong!!!" Robert's strangulation hit the brakes a few times but didn't work.

Cars are speeding faster without direction. 

"Protect yourself!!!" Shouted Robert.

Axel was confused as to what to do.

Until Arsya suddenly hugs him, protecting Axel under his body.

Robert shouted as the car hit a tree in front.

Instantly the shape of the car shattered formless.

Flo who was enjoying the morning air heard the sound of screaming.He who was on vacation mum decided to take a walk by himself, Zack had asked to come but he refused it. if Zack followed them instead of running in the morning, Zack had asked to come along, zack invited him to eat. Flo's looking for the source of the sound. And look at the intersection of the road to the south of a car hit a tree.

Flo ran over to the car.

He was surprised to see who was in the car.

"Of Robert!!!!" The screech.

Robert who was covered in blood turned his head with great difficulty to look at the person outside the car.

"Flo.ra.." Robert spoke intermittently.

"Om..om what's going on?!" Flora cried at Robert's apprehensive state.

"Pa.pah.." Lirih Arsya called Robert from behind.

Flo walked towards the passenger seat. Arsya hugged Axel. They're really hurt bad. Blood is everywhere. From that moment Flo was afraid to see blood.

"Fw..." Call Robert in a clean voice. Flo approached Robert.

"Om.relax. A. I'll get help first." Flo. He was really panicking and worried. Remembering the deserted streets made it difficult for him to seek help.

"Ti.no need Flo.. Om.just want.ask to.long." With great difficulty Robert spoke it.

"To.long protect Om's son." Said Robert with his forehead resting on the steering wheel of the car.

"Please.promise Flo.." Said Robert. Flo who could not think clearly immediately agreed with Robert's request with tears that continued to flow.

"Tri.so.sih. Ba.wa go me.they're from here." Robert Pinta.

"No, I'll get the three of you out of here." Flo.

"No Flo. Ba.wa they're fast. Se..not too late." Say again. Robert knows who did this, he knows who is behind it. His premonition was really strong but he ignored it.

Flo ran towards the passenger door. Open it.

Arsya raised her own body which hugged Axel. Gave Flo a gap to help Axel.

"Xel.per.gi. Ka.mu must se.congratulations. Ja.ga ma.mah and Nela yah." Arsya loudly said it.

Axel who was half conscious only answered as he could.

"Gak Sya. Ki ta all must be se.selamat. Ki.ta must me.jaga mamah ber.sama sa.ma." Axel's speech faltered.

Without thinking any longer. Flo helps Axel out. Axel lay him on the grass and he helped Arsya out.

Suddenly there was a voice coming from behind.

"The car door is open. Let's not let them escape!!" Scream someone.

Hearing that Arsya released herself from Flo. Until he himself fell on the asphalt.

"Flo.ra pergihh.ja.no matter how I save A.xel.ce.pathh.." Arsya's orders. Flo who was getting scared at the sound did not know what to do. He immediately helped Axel who had fainted to stand up.

"Ber.promise to.me.protect it." Arsya.

Flo gripped Axel's body with great difficulty. The sound of the foot approaching. If they keep running, they will be caught.

Flo saw that there was a hole that could hide both of their bodies. He took Axel in and he followed. From there he could clearly see Arsya lying still unconscious.

The man came up to Arsya and stood behind her. Flo could not clearly see the man's face because he was hiding and covered with leaves. Only the man's feet are visible.

"You're trying to escape, huh!!" Shake that guy at Arsya. Then the man stepped on Arsya's back so strongly that Arsya bled a lot from her mouth.

Arsya's prone position can see Flo hiding. When Flo wants to scream. Withstanding the pain Arsya shook her head as if saying "don't scream."

Flo was only able to bite his palm so as not to make a sound. But her tears kept flowing.

Once again the man stepped on Arsya's back very strongly. For the last time Arsya bled and closed her eyes.

Arsya died right in front of Flo's eyes. Flo closed his eyes. He did not want to see Arsya who was helpless again but in torture like that.

"Where's one more!! Did he run away??!!!" Ask the voices of others.

"We don't know the boss. We just found them both here." Said another.

"Fucking arggh. I won't let him live any longer!"  The man said very creepily.

Flo didn't see their faces. But he clearly memorized the voice.

After those people left. Flo came out of hiding. He took Axel with great difficulty. Then he called an ambulance.

Not long after the ambulance arrived with the police. Flo had no idea what happened afterwards at the scene. He went with Axel to the hospital.

Arrived at the hospital the Yoga doctor who handled Axel. An hour more they're in the operating room.

Ambar came with tears.

"Fw..." Call Ambar. Flo immediately hugged Ambar who was crying hysterically.

"The stoic aunt. Trust me Axel is fine. Sorry only Axel can save Flo. Flo promised to keep it and keep Flo's promise to Robert." Flo said in between their arms. With tears shedding very hard.

Yoga doctors came out of the operating room.

"How is my son Doctor?" Asked Ambar who had already let go of his embrace from Flo.

"Axel lost a lot of blood. We need three blood bags. The hospital only has one bag. In 1 hour we should get two more bags of blood. Otherwise Axel wouldn't have helped." The Yoga Doctor explained.

Ambar was crying hysterically. He looked for two bags of blood within an hour.

"Only Arsya has the same blood type as Axel." Saying Ambar sobbing.

"What is Axel's blood type?" Ask Flo.

"A positive" says Yoga doctor.

"My blood is A positive. Take my blood doc." Said Flo quickly.

Without waiting any longer. The Yoga Doctor brought Flo into a room.

"You sure?" Tanya Yoga hesitated.

"Dok do it now. We don't have much time." Flo.

"But it's dangerous for you. Youcan..

"Doctor now!'' Firm Flo. The Yoga Doctor simply shook his head looking at the insistent Flo without knowing the impending danger.

Thirty minutes later the nurse brought two bags of blood to the operating room.

The news Flo heard was Axel survived. She's doing just fine. After donating his blood Flo returned to Sumatra without saying goodbye to Ambar.

My tears kept flowing remembering all that.

Can I keep my promise?

About Robert. If there were any more, I would never have gotten involved and agreed to a match that would have made my heart die like this.
