Meaning:

“Yes Allah, watch over her while she is in her mother's womb. Keep him safe, for You are a healthful substance. There is no healing but healing from You, a healing that does not leave any disease.

O Allah, Form him in the belly of his mother in good shape and establish his heart in faith in You and Your Apostle.

O Allah, take him out of his mother's belly at his birth easily in safety and with a beautiful and perfect form.

O Allah, make him a healthy and perfect child, a wise and intelligent person, and willing to put his knowledge into practice.

O Allah, extend his age, so that his body, give him good deeds, be eloquent and give his voice to recite the Quran and the Alhadist with the blessings of Prophet Muhammad SAW. And praise be to You”
