Part 142 . Ririn Resign

Aisyah hung up .

" Cieh, Love you Hubby !" Ayu said teasing Aisyah .

" Azzam Mas Ngabarin if he has arrived at the office ." Said Aisyah .

The four friends resumed their conversation . Of course with enough chatter shuffling stomach . Aisyah to the point of pressing her stomach while laughing .

Meanwhile at the office . Azzam smiled to himself after calling Aisyah. Just a few minutes he left the house , he felt like he was missing Aisyah . If only there had been no meeting that day, he would not have gone to the office .

Tok tok tok tok

Door of room Azzam knocked .

" Go in !"

The door opened, looking Ozi and Ririn from behind the door . Both of them also stepped in tandem approaching Azzam .

" Please sit down !" Azzam said as the two stood before him .

Ozi and Ririn were sitting in the chair opposite Azzam . The attitude of the two was somewhat different that day . Making Azzam stare intensely at the two in turn . Ozi and Ririn also looked at each other .

" What's up ?" Ask Azzam .

The purpose of Ozi and Ririn's arrival at that time was to talk about Ririn's desire to resign .

Ririn's desire to resign was her own volition . Although Ozi really wants his wife to be at home from the beginning they were married, but Ozi did not want to be a barrier Ririn to a career .

Until last night Ririn expressed her intention to resign from her job . And wanting to focus on taking care of their husband and future children moved Ozi.

Arriving at their Boss Sir's room, Ozi was just silently listening to the sentence after sentence that came out of Ririn's mouth about his resignation .

Azzam sighed his weight . Long enough Ririn to be her secretary . It feels heavy if you have to lose a secretary who has high dedication like Ririn . But he also appreciated Ririn's decision .

The best place for women is at home. The woman who is at home is praised by Allah as mentioned in the verse which means :

“And stay in your houses and do not dress up as the previous jahiliah dress-up” (QS Al Ahzab: 33).

The reason women are better at home, being an IRT (Household Mother) is because women are aurat. It is mentioned in the hadith :

“Verily the woman is aurat. If he leaves the house, the devil welcomes him. The state of the woman closest to God is when she is inside her house”. (CHR. Ibn Khuzaimah no. 1685 and Tirmidhi no. 1173)

" Honestly I'm heavy to let you go, if you may know what your decision is because of Ozi ?" Tanya Azzam glanced at Ozi who had been silent since .

" Not the Boss. I was shocked when Dek Ririn talked to me about resigning !" Ozi Word .

" It's my own decision Mr. Boss" added Ririn .

Azzam smile .

" Okay . If so . But I have one request !" Azzam

" What is Boss !" Ririn

" Please help me find a new, competent secretary like you ." Azzam..

Ozi and Ririn looked at each other

" But if Ozi is able to handle everything, I don't need a new secretary ." added Azzam again .

" Kasian Mas Ozi is also Mr. Boss . if you hold everything . " Say Ririn .

" It's up to you two. Think of this as the last task you have to do ." Azzam said again .

" Okay, Mr. Boss. " Say Ririn .

" Remember it must be competent ." Azzam .

" What is certainly not a flirtatious Mr. Boss !" Ririn chuckled .

" That's the first point, I don't want you guys to fight later." Azzam smiled .

" I also don't want Mr. Boss with Mba Aisyah fighting ." Reply Ririn .

" It's quiet, I'll never be attracted to any woman, because the prettiest woman is just my wife ." Azzam said again .

"That's what I like !" Said Ririn glancing at Ke Ozi .

" I'm also the same Deck . I'm like Mr. Boss !" Said Ozi who understood the glance of his wife . Making Azzam chuckle .

" This manager I think there is a fairly competent Boss Mr . From the financial department . It's been working here long enough, too." said Ririn .

" From the financial division. Coordination with Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Bos" said Ozi

Then Ozi and Azzam laughed making Ririn blush in embarrassment .

" I called Brother Ahmad first ." Azzam said then took the cell phone nailed to his suit .

" Of the Assalamualaikum, Bang !" Saya Azzam's.

" Waaliakumsalam" Ahmad replied

" Gini Bang, if you are not busy. Leave me a minute !" Azzam .

" Not busy, okay I'm going there ." Said Ahmad .

Phone connection disconnected . While waiting for Ahmad the three of them resumed the chat .

" Go in !" Azzam

Ririn and Ozi turned towards the door . When the door opened, Ahmad appeared from behind the door. Ahmad smilingly looked at the three and stepped closer to them .

Ozi got up from his seat taking a chair for Ahmad to sit down .

" Please sit down Sir !" Ozi said

" Thank you !" Ahmad smiled

Replied the others with a smile as well .

" You could say so, Bang !" Sahut Azzam .

" Ririn is resigning ! " Add Azzam again .

" Religated ? Why ? " Abtruck .

Azzam then explained the reason for Ririn as told Ririn earlier . Ririn and Ozi nodded their heads .

" Subhanallah, very noble . You're lucky Mr. Ozi has a wife like Ririn . Who put aside his career and put your husband and future children first" said Ahmad looked at Ririn and patted Ozi on the shoulder .

" Thank . Thank you Mr ." Ozi Sahut .

" Don't overdo it, sir, I'll pass !" Add Ririn with a smile making the others laugh .

" So you know for yourself how Ririn has been doing so far . Honestly I'm heavy taking him off . But this was his decision & I cannot refuse it either . I thought that if Ozi could handle everything, I wouldn't be looking for a new secretary .His wife was afraid Ozi was lost, so I gave her the last assignment for Ririn to find me a new secretary who could be said 11-12 is like her ." " Ririn recommedated one of the staps of the Abang division ." Azzam .

" Who ? " ask Ahmad .

Ririn nodded .

" The performance is good there are actually two people who I value performance that can be in the thumbs up . Si Zia is the same friend Adel . But that does not mean that others are not good, yes it can be said that more competent ! " Said Ahmad.

" I lean more towards Zia Pak Ahmad. But it's up to Mr. Boss deh. " said Ririn again .

" O yes, I have submitted all the meeting files to Mas Ozi . " Say Ririn again .

" Okey !" Sahut Azzam .

"An hour we go to the meeting place ." Ozi said as he glanced at his watch which already showed at 10:00 am .

" When I get back to my room first ." Said Ahmad .

" Together ." Ahmad said he got up from his seat and stepped back into his study .

" I'm sorry, sir ! " Said Ozi.

" Wait a minute ! " Say of Azzam .

" What's the matter, Boss ? " Task Ririn .

" I'm happy now . So I want to share this happiness for all my staff . You announce to all the staff in our company, today all can have free lunch as much as possible in the office canteen . " Said Azzam with a smile .

Ozi nodded . From the look on Azzam's face they could feel the great happiness Azzam could feel at that time .

" Thank God, God gives trust . My wife is pregnant . " Say of Azzam .

" Thank God !" Sahut Ozi and Ririn together .

" Congratulations Sir . Hopefully Mba Aisyah and baby candidate Pak Bos healthy until the birth process later . Amen." said Ririn with eyes looking glazed . Ririn was very happy to hear the news .

" Thank you yes. Rin . For that I want to share my happiness and family with all my staff. Because without all of you I'm a nobody !" Azzam said again .

" Thank you Mr. Boss . I am proud to have a boss like Mr. Boss . Very generous and can be used as a welcome . " Said Ozi who was amazed at the attitude of their leader .

" Thank you. I'm proud to have a staff like you, too ." Reply Azzam .

" We share the task only Mas , you inform the staff who are abroad and me who are inside . " Said Ririn staring at Ozi

" Okay !" Ozi Sahut .

" We'll excuse Mr. Boss . Once again thank you, hopefully Mr. Boss and family are always healthy, the blessing of all his efforts and this company is getting ahead . Amen!" Said Ririn .

" Amen . Thanks again for everything ! " Azzam said with a smile full of happiness .

Ozi and Ririn leave Azzam's room back to their desks, each running errands from Azzam . While Azzam began to check the files arranged on the table .

A boisterous atmosphere began to be heard when Ririin announced through the loudspeakers in the building, about a free lunch as much as in the canteen that day .

All employees seem happy . They all salute the generous attitude of their leader . And they are grateful to be part of PT Graha Medika .

There were some employees who came to Ririn to ask directly what made their Boss give them a free lunch that day .

" The boss is happy again ! Because his wife is pregnant ." Ririn

" Thank . I heard it . May Mother Aisyah be healthy until the lahiran ." Said one of them .
