Chapter 14: Shopping

"Wow, the goods in this house are very beautiful, if you remember we did not even have beautiful and luxurious items when we were still living in the mansion." Pekik Erin as her two daughters invite them to tour the house.

"Yes, papa says this is all original made country XXX (Sorry, not smart to mention the name of the country. Love countries XXX 😂)."

"Yes, this is in special export from there. Yes, although some of the items in this house are gifts from papa's colleagues."

"Kolega?"

"Yes, yes papa has started to develop again, therefore papa often goes abroad."

"Then, what do you do when Papa goes abroad?"

"We're both staying." Laudya.

"Why not ask Mama to stay if it turns out all of you're home?"

"Yes, we thought Mama would be busy with mama's socialite gang."

"Honey, for you Mama will definitely take the time. After my mom and dad divorced, we rarely spend time together, right?"

Naura and laudya nodded their heads. Erin smiled then took them back around.

"What room is this?" Erin asked as she stopped at the special room on the 2nd floor.

"Oh, that's Papa's office." Naura.

"Hmm, like that."

"Come on, Mama's gonna love both of our rooms."

Naura and Laudya, invite Erin to see their room. Until then they decided to rest in the guest room, because indeed the guest room is the most spacious of the rooms in the house.

Erin could not sleep well knowing that the house occupied by her ex-husband and his two children was more luxurious than the house she shared with Abhimanyu and Salsa.

After confirming that Naura and Laudya were already sleeping, Erin came out of the room carefully.

Erin walked back to explore every room in the house, and was always amazed by the luxury and beautiful things that most of Erin had long wanted to have.

"Actually what the mansion's selling price was, so Johnson could buy a mansion as well as antiques like this."

Erin's gaze then agreed on a sparkling jewel.

First it was in one of the flower vases. Then, Erin recalled that Johnson often put some things in the vase as a romantic surprise.

Erin took the jewel and looked at it.

"Is this real?"

Erin chose to bag the jewel and would take it to the jewelry store tomorrow, to find out if it was real or not.

Erin went on to explore the room. Erin went into Johnson's room.

"Johnson, apparently after the divorce, the business did not go bankrupt. If you knew that you'd found a solution to your company's downfall, I wouldn't have asked for a divorce." Erin said after she saw some documents on Johnson's desk.

"I think I need to figure out a way to get me to talk to Johnson."

Her morning...

After taking Laudya and Naura to campus, and promised that later tonight Erin would invite Salsa and Abhimanyu to spend the night at their home. Erin immediately drove the vehicle towards the jewelry store.

How shocked Erin was when the gem she brought was bought for 50 million.

Erin couldn't keep her mouth shut when the clerk said the nominal price of the gem Erin was carrying.

"So how, want to be sold or..."

"Of course I'll sell it."

"All right, wait a minute. We'll be ready soon."

Erin smiled as she imagined what she would do with the 50 million money.

"Wait, what if Johnson finds out there's a missing gem?"

"Ah is impossible, all the luxury and anti goods in the house are numerous, so I'm sure Johnson won't realize if one little gem just disappeared from there."

Erin chose to put aside negative thoughts, and core them with positive thoughts.

After the money was in hand, Erin decided to wait for Laudya and Naura to finish college and would take them for a walk to the mall.

Erin stopped right behind the Vania bike.

"What's up?" Ask Erin.

"Tante, it looks like my motorcycle tyre is leaking again." Vania.

Erin circulated her gaze then she looked at the workshop that was across the street.

"It's a workshop, just take it there."

Vania pushed the bike across the street and is now in the workshop.

"Why neng?"

"My bike is leaking." Vania.

"Oh, I'll check it out for a second."

"No need to check, change tubeless tires only. what is the price of tubeless tires?" Erin said which made Vania surprised.

Vania did not expect that Erin would follow Vania all the way to the workshop.

"If one 500 thousand, if you change all, I give the price of 750 thousand only."

Vania sees Erin getting into the car, and returns with a few bills.

"It's for tubeless tyre money. The rest just take it, for the fare to plug." Said Erin who gave eight pieces of money to the workshop person.

Erin then approached Vania.

"Thank you Auntie."

"Don't thank me, let's just say it was me who was lending you money to change your motorcycle tyres. Someday, if I ask for money you should always be there and I don't want to hear any more excuses from you."

Vania lowered her head, she should have guessed that this would be said by Erin.

"It's take." Erin handed over five pieces of red money to Vania.

"No need for aunt."

"Have taken it, I'm in a good mood, so just accept it before I change my mind."

Vania then smiled as she accepted the money and thanked him.

"Yes already, then I should go pick up Laudya and Naura. Remember yes, if one day I ask for money never reason again because I know you still have money in your account." Erin said with a smile and left Vania.

Vania stared at the departure of her adoptive mother.

After the bike was finished, Vania immediately walked towards the campus.

Just as Vania had just entered the gate, Erin's car came out of the campus courtyard and headed straight for the mall.

In the mall, though,

Abhimanyu who happened to meet at the mall, was a little surprised to see Erin was shopping for famous brand items along with Laudya and Naura.

"Where did you get the money this month haven't I given your monthly allowance to you?" Pekik Abhimanyu's.

Not wanting her heart to be overwhelmed with curiosity, Abhimanyu immediately approached her mother and her two younger siblings.

"Mama..."

"Abuoyu.."

"Hi bang." said Naura and Laudya.

"Where does the money come from to shop and take them both? didn't Abhimanyu not give your mother a monthly ration?"

"That's....."
