Chapter 5 Magic Match: Second Round 7

Eva continues her journey until she arrives in a very beautiful forest. In the middle of the forest was a huge lake. And around the big lake he saw four people he knew. They are Robert, Sayn, Denis and Reina. Eva doesn't know the origin of the meeting. But all he knew for sure, the four people were fighting an extremely powerful magic beast.

I saw their fight from behind the bushes. I'm sure the three men can defeat the magical beast. So I don't think about it too much. I just wonder how they all got together. Was it a coincidence or were they planning it?

"I smell yummy~" I heard Rexus talking while pulling his head out from under my cloak.

"What's good?" ketus. This greedy boy had just eaten and he was still willing to eat! Basic greedy!

"There's something good ahead. The stupid snake hid it" Rexus said.

"What's that?" is that a rare potion that exists in the magic domain? Hmm...if true, I am looking forward to his~

"I don't know. But it's delicious." Rexus replied ambiguously.

"alright. Let's make a deal" I said as I looked at Rexus with a serious face.

Rexus just tilted his head not understanding.

"If we find anything good in this place. Don't eat it okay?"

"But when I want to eat, I always ask your permission man" Rexus replied sadly. He felt a little guilty because he ate a lot. She even thought that Eva would throw it away because it was unable to feed her. Of course Eva would approve of Rexus' thoughts, but only in her heart.

I felt uneasy when I saw Rexus' sad expression. After all, the boy was still a child and in a time of growth. It's natural that he eats a lot.

Denis attacked the snake with his sword. Even though the snake's skin was scratched, it was just a small wound. It looked like the scales of the snake were very thick.

The snake grew even more furious when it knew that its body was starting to hurt and wag its tail. Denis tried to hold back the flutter with his sword but his body still crashed backwards.

Sayn and Robert attacked simultaneously using their wind and fire magic. So that a big fireball was formed and hit the snake.

The snake used the small wings on its back to fly upwards then it cast magic from its mouth. The magic leads to Sayn and Robert's big fireball, then DUAR! The fireball broke out in the air and caused sparks around the lake.

While Reina tried to move her small legs to avoid the attack that occurred. Occasionally the gadia would use its magic on the three men in front of him, in order for their wounds to heal and their stamina to recover.

To be honest, the snake was very powerful. Almost as strong as the dragon I saw in my dreams.

Robert, Sayn and Denis looked at each other before nodding their heads slowly. It seems that the three men decided to work together, so that this fight would quickly end. They could have attacked the snake themselves and not cooperated with the others, but the consequences of that fight would have been long-lasting and consumed a lot of mana. While they had to save time in this place because their time was only four days. One day has passed. And only three days left.

The three men attacked simultaneously. When Robert and Sayn use their magic, Denis will attack with his sword.

After all, no matter how great the snake was, he would not be able to divide his focus into many places. As a result, several attacks by humans had a fatal effect on his body.

After the snake was defeated, the huge tree in the middle of the lake suddenly shook violently. The giant tree collapsed. Then at the place where the tree had its roots was a huge round stone with strange magic runes engraved on it.

"What's this?" muttered Reina amazed. Just this time he saw magic runes with such a beautiful shape.

Sayn and Denis also observed the stone.

Robert suddenly disappeared from the group. More precisely the man did not disappear, but he realized where Eva was and immediately approached the little girl.

Eva is unaware that Robert is approaching her. He only focused on the snake, the tree and the big stone. He doesn't care about the people involved. Until he finally heard that cold voice behind his body.

"Is it fun ?"

I looked up when I heard that cold voice I knew.

"Masta?"

"I'm looking for you. It turns out you're here" Robert said softly. The cold voice disappeared instantly. Robert was relieved when he found out Eva was fine.

It was not only Robert who approached him. Sayn and Denis also suddenly appeared.

I blinked confusedly staring at the three people.

"How did you get together? Do you guys always explore together?"

"No way!" answer the three men simultaneously. Their faces turned ugly. They only met a moment ago due to a coincidence. It was impossible for them to explore together! That doesn't make any sense at all!

Robert opened his mouth and explained what had happened. After the explanation was finished, Eva nodded in understanding.

"It turns out everything was just a coincidence" I murmured after hearing Robert's story. But still, the coincidence was completely unexpected. Maybe because their destiny is connected to each other.

I immediately came out of the hiding place and headed towards that big rock with the others.

Reina's eyes widened in shock as she looked at Eva who had suddenly appeared. His face turned ugly. She hated. Why was this girl suddenly in this place?

But she changed her expression later and greeted Eva kindly. "Hello miss.I didn't expect we would meet in this place.." she said in a timid tone.

I was confused by Reina's friendly attitude. That gadia always hated me anyway, but now she suddenly greeted me. Ah~ maybe this is just his imaging because there are a lot of people here.

"Hello" I answered briefly. Then I turned my attention to the others, not caring about it.

While Rexus was very noisy inside my robe while continuing to shout enthusiastically.

"Good Food! Come on, we're getting in humans! There's good food! Great food!" the little boy kept shouting using his telepathy so that his voice kept echoing inside my head.

"OK, okay," I said. I dare not speak harshly to him.

"Do you know how to get inside?" tanyaku later. This huge round stone was likely the key and there was a mysterious room inside. I summed it up after hearing all that Rexus was screaming.

"Of course!" answer Rexus sure.
