Husband's Regrets: My Wife's Tears

Husband's Regrets: My Wife's Tears
Episode 62: Nathan's arrival

Abah came to Pakde Kartono's house. Over time, Abah's heart began to melt. There was a sense of disbelief towards his daughter. Especially separating a wife in pregnancy.

"A whoa?"

"Kang Kartono we have to discuss!" said Abah.

"Sit down!" tell Kartono, "What's up?"

"Kang, Michelle is pregnant. And as a parent, I can't bear to see him continue to grieve!"

"So Michie's pregnant?" he said while twisting his long beard.

"Yes, Kang," replied Aang, "As a parent, I can't bear to separate her from her husband. She needs her husband while she's pregnant,"

"Don't be weak!"

"But the victim is my son, Kang!"

"The goddess is also a victim!" furious Kartono.

"Then want Kang Kartono how? I can't bear to see my daughter suffer. Especially now that she is pregnant. And the child in the womb needs a father figure,"

"We're back to the original plan, Ang. After Michie gives birth, get her a divorce!"

"No, Kang. I can't bear it!" said Aang, "Because of my selfishness, the fate of my two daughters is unclear,"

"Didn't Michie get married as well as be betrothed like Siti!" kartono.

"But Nathan's difference has changed, Kang. And Hendra?"

"Do you know Nathan has changed?" cynical Kartono, "Remember, Ang. You're not naive. It could be Nathan's cover so you'll take him back! You have to remember, the man who has tasted the pleasures of the world, he will not be so quick to give up the pleasures!"

"But I believe what my daughter said,"

"Huh, I'm disappointed in you. You are my sister. And all this time I've sacrificed everything for you. Is this your reply?"

"That's not what I mean, Kang. I just want the best for my daughter and her future son. Is there any other way than divorce?"

"As far as you are! I don't want to take care of your business anymore!" kartono. Then just go inside.

Abah knows that Mr. Kartono must be angry. He also went straight from Pakde Kartono's house.

Dewi listened to Abah and her father. The goddess was not happy with what she had just heard. If Michelle gets pregnant and gives birth, it means she fails to make her cousin suffer.

The goddess entered her room. He looked very angry, and squeezed all his clothes. I want him to scream. But he couldn't possibly do it. Because now she is playing the role of a woman who is persecuted. The powerless. He needed the protection of his parents.

"I'm not gonna let Michie be happy. He must feel the pain I feel. They can't be reunited!" pissed Goddess.

Michelle sat in the back garden while relaxing. Sometimes he stroked his stomach, and prayed for it. When starting to do'a, without feeling her tears dripping. He tried to prevent it, but, somehow his heart was so sensitive.

The sound of Abah's car was heard coming into the yard of the house. There were footsteps coming closer to him. Abah was standing in front of him.

"Michelle!" call Abah. As a devoted child, Michelle still respected the parents who had raised her affectionately.

"Yes, Bah" she said, wiping her tears.

Michelle kissed the wrinkled hand with reverence. He realized one thing. Maybe every parent in the world wants their children to be happy. Like Abah. She also wants her children to be happy. But the way Abah went was wrong.

"This is" Abah said, offering his daughter's cell phone.

"What is this, Bah?"

"Telfon is your husband. Nathan has every right to know about your pregnancy!" said Abah. Like a dream in broad daylight. Michelle did not stop being grateful and said Alhamdulillah.

"Thank you, Bah!" he kissed back those wrinkled hands.

"Telfon me!" have Abah wipe the top of his son's head. Michelle nodded her head happily. Abah passed away leaving Michelle. She wanted to give Michelle some time to chat with her husband.

It turns out that Umi and Siti eavesdrop on Abah and Michelle's conversation. They are happy too. They came out, and immediately embraced Michelle's body affectionately.

"Mom, Teteh!" happy Michelle.

"Tell your husband! Come fast!" tell Siti.

"Yes, Tea. Michie would call him too!"

"Telphone, son! Maybe your Abah has been guided by Allah" said Umi made his two daughters chuckle.

"Yes, Umi,"

"snap .. Dretc ... Dret!" michelle had contacted her husband's cell phone many times, but had not yet been picked up.

"How's it?"

"It hasn't been lifted yet" Michelle replied.

"Yes, already. You must be patient, son!'

"Yes, Umi. Maybe Mas Nathan's on his way,"

"Have you prayed dhuhur, Dad?" nathan came out of the mosque.

After traveling a considerable distance, they rest in the mosque to perform the dhuhur prayer. In his heart, Nathan always called God's asthma. To be given the convenience to persuade his father-in-law.

"Already, Son,"

"We'd better get on with the journey, Nathan can't wait to meet Michie, Dad!" happy Nathan.

"Yes, Son. I understand," said Dad smiling.

Nathan's car runs slowly, when it's about to hit Michelle's yard. It just so happened that Ratna had just returned to college. He seemed familiar with the car that would enter his yard.

Nathan lowered his window, and greeted Ratna who stood dumbfounded. She smiled sweetly looking at Ratna's mimicry like that.

"Oh God, Nathan?" exciting Ratna.

"Assynolt,"

"Walaikumsalam," pleased Ratna.

"Steak?" call Ratna with a loud shout. He ran into the house screaming.

"Tea Michie!" shouted again.

"What the hell is Ratna?" annoyed Umi heard Ratna's screams made Umi's ears hot.

"There is Mas Nathan" he said, pointing outwards.

"Nathan, man,"

"Yes, Nathan came here" replied Ratna again.

"What's the matter, Ratna?" ask Michelle who just finished her dhuhur prayer.

"Teh, it's in front there's Mas Nathan and his father,"

"A-pa?"

"Meet, Son!" tell Umi.

"What the hell is it?" ask Siti.

"Siti called your Abah on the plantation. Tell me there's a guest from Jakarta,"

"Good, Umi,"

"Tell Bi Ijah to make a drink!" tell Umi to Ratna.

"Good, Umi,"

Michelle and Umi go out to meet the guests. How happy Michelle was to meet her husband again. She slid into her husband's arms.

"Mas Nathan!"

"Assynnya!"

"Guardas," replied Michelle blushing in embarrassment. She was so happy that she forgot to answer the greetings.

"How are you doing?"

"Thank God be healthy, Mom," replied Michelle, "Mas alone?" anxious Michelle. Her husband looks a little thin. But it does not reduce his good looks and bravery.

"Alhamdulillah thanks to your prayer. He is healthy" he replied.

"Ehm ... Um!" dehem Mr. Bara's voice. Instantly they were embarrassed.

"Dad, how are you?" Michelle shakes the back of her in-laws' hands.

"Alhamdulillah be healthy" Bara replied, "Are you healthy?"

"Thank God be healthy,"

"Sir Bara, Nathan! Come on, sit down!" tell Umi.

"Thank you, Umi,"

"Healthy noodles?" ask Mr. Bara.

"Alhamdulillah be healthy, Mr. Bara," replied Umi, "Tok his wife was not invited?"

"Yes, Umi. Now Nathan's mother is helping Retno at the cafe" Bara replied.

"The cafe?" wonder Michelle, "Mas so open the cafe?"

"Yes, Michie. We managed to open the cafe. Still new, but, God willing to be a field of sustenance for us and others! For a while that handled Mba Retno,"

"Alhamdulillah," delighted Michie, "Finally what you aspire to is accomplished as well, Mas!"

"Yes, Thank God,"

A few minutes later, Bi Ijah came with a tray filled with drinks and snacks.

"Mas Nathan, it's good to see you again!" kekeh Bi Ijah's.

"I'm happy too, Bi," Nathan replied, "How's Auntie doing?"

"If your aunt is healthy! It was precisely the sad Neng Michie who continued. So Dede the baby in her stomach is sad!" bi Ijah.

"Ih, Bi Ijah what the hell is that?" Michelle blushed in embarrassment.

"So it's true that Aunt Ningsih said about your pregnancy?"

"Alhamdulillah, Mother. Our prayers are answered by God,"

"So you mean, we're gonna be parents?" nathan still doesn't believe it.

"Yes, Mas. Thank goodness,"
