Episode 52: Brown Envelopes On A Nightstand

Umi and Michelle collaborated on a dinner menu together. Ratna, who cannot cook, can only help peel onions and cut vegetables. They look very happy.

And strangely enough, the envelope had the logo of a religious court. Michelle was very curious about the contents inside. He opened the envelope.

"Divorce letter!" michelle stared in disbelief. She read it carefully, and it was very clear that the letter had been marked by her husband. His hand shook after reading the contents.

"Isn't it?" call Michelle out of her dorm room. Intentions to call the husband, he ignored because there are more important problems.

"Isn't it?" call Michelle again.

"Where's Abah?"

"Change?" call Michelle in a high voice. Abah and Faiz heard Michelle's call, and turned to the source of the voice.

"Well, what does this all mean?" angry Michelle. Michelle showed the envelope to Abah.

"Michelle, where did you find that?" Abah asked back.

"Change just answer. What does this letter mean?" michelle's tears broke. He couldn't believe his brother would do that. What right to try?

"What the hell is it?" panic Umi. From the kitchen direction, Umi and Ratna heard Michelle scream and cry. They also came out to find out.

"That's your divorce papers and Nathan's. Nathan divorced you, son. You have to sign the divorce papers. Let Abah take care of it!" ask Abah.

"A-pa?" michelle's body almost collapsed. Umi and Ratna caught him. Michelle could not believe it, her brother could do such a thing. It was as if everything had been carefully planned.

"Michie!" yell Umi.

"Michie!" call Abah. Michelle fell unconscious.
