Chapter 36 The Debate of Edgar & Leon

This morning the little family looked happy. As usual, Lizzie and Edgar drive Harvey to school.

The three get out of the car and go to Harvey's class. They cross paths with the teacher who teaches Harvey's class.

"What's wrong, ma'am? " ask Lizzie to Miss Liana.

"Look, ma'am, someone's looking for Harvey" said Ms. Liana. Lizzie and Edgar glanced at each other. The three went straight to Liana's room.

"Sorry madam, it has been waiting for a long time" said Ms. Liana. A woman quickly turned her head, her eyes perfectly rounded. Jessica quickly got up, she looked at the child's face and tried to get closer.

"Daddy. " Harvey clasped the father's hand tightly. The handsome boy seemed to be scared of Harvey.

"Harvey baby, mommy's looking for you where son is. Comehere! "

"I don't want to, bad mom. Mommy and daddy are my parents, "screeched Harvey.

Edgar held the boy and took him to the sofa. Lizzie was of course surprised by this meeting.

"So you're the one who took care of my Harvey? " ask Jessica to Lizzie.

The Villa

There was a long sigh, he rubbed his large stomach. Edgar contacted one of his bodyguards, asking to find out information about Jessica and her family.

Lizzie leaned her body on the sofa. Jessica's confession surprised her if Harvey was the woman's biological son. However, his affection for Harvey remains the same.

"Mommy doesn't want to part with you Harvey. " murmured Lizzie softly. The presence of Harvey was able to eliminate saturation when he was in the villa.

"Why dream of hm? " Edgar rubbed his wife's chubby cheek.

"I thought of Harvey, Boo. I'm afraid we're going to lose our cute son" Lizzie murmured softly. Edgar let out a long sigh, he was happy to see his wife who was so dear to Harvey sincerely.

The handsome man hugged his wife and tried to calm her down. Lizzie let out a long sigh, she tried to calm herself down. Lizzie's cell phone ringer distracts them. The woman broke away from the husband's embrace.

"Hello Jes, what's wrong? " ask Lizzie in an unusual tone.

"Where is your address, tonight is something I want to talk to you and your husband about! " press Jessica.

Lizzie asks her husband for permission after giving Jessica their villa address. He put his phone back on after the connection was cut off. The two glanced at each other then let out a long sigh.

At exactly seven o'clock in the night Jessica and her husband came. Edgar is of course surprised to learn that Mr. Leon is Jessica's husband. Now they all gathered in the middle room.

"We came here because my wife told me that our son Harvey was in your custody? " ask Mr. Leon to make sure.

"Yes you're right, we've adopted him since two months

then " said Edgar.

"But the adoption is illegitimate sir, if his parents are alive and well" Leon said.

"Please give Harvey back to us! " said Mr. Leon pleading. Mami Diora came with the little one, the two of them joined them.

Mr. Leon looked glassy looking at his son looking very healthy.

"Harvey here baby, Papi misses you" said Mr. Leon to his son.

"Harvey doesn't want to, Vey just likes to live with mommy and daddy. "refuse Harvey hugged his oma body tightly.

Mr. Leon breathed heavily upon the rejection of his own son. Jessica persuaded her son, but Harvey refused.

"Jessica, don't push Harvey too hard, it will disturb him mentally" Lizzie said. Jessica glanced sharply at him but ignored Lizzie.

Now there is a debate between the two camps. Oma Diora took the granddaughter to the dinner table first. Lizzie rubbed her big belly, she couldn't be carried away by emotions.

They all went from there to the dining table. They all had dinner quietly without any chatter. Lizzie was about to feed her son but Harvey refused.

"Here mommy, Vey wants to bribe mommy" Harvey said with a sweet smile. Lizzie was moved by the treatment of her little son. Jessica clenched her hands, she didn't like to see her son love other women more than she did.

After fifteen minutes had passed, they had finished their dinner together. Edgar glanced at his beloved mother.

"Mi, take Harvey to his room" Edgar said. Mami Diora nodded, and she took the granddaughter away from the dinner table. Jessica held him back but Mami Diora brushed him off.

"I will take this matter to court" Leon said seriously.

"Bring it up, I'll also bring to justice the child neglect that you did to Harvey" Edgar said.

Leon rounded his eyes at Edgar's statement just now. The man of course did not accept, he kicked the table with a look of anger.

Lizzie was surprised, reflexively rubbing her distended stomach gently. Edgar got up, stared intently at the two guests and kicked them out.

"Go away from here before I call the bodyguards to kick you out" Edgar said with a cold face.

"I'm sure Harvey will come back to us Edgar." Leon's cry was full of emotion. They left the Edgar residence.

Edgar himself took his wife to their room. Both need to rest, tomorrow will think about the next step.
