After breakfast Andi drove his sports car to Surabaya. His two brothers took part in this journey. Andi plans to take his two younger siblings for a walk at Surabaya Zoo. However, Andi only had an hour to accompany her younger siblings.

Andi still has a meeting with the architect who will renovate his new office. So, Andi could not linger to accompany his two younger siblings. Since it was currently a meeting regarding his business, Andi did not want to involve his sister in this matter.

Andi did not want to make his sister wait boredly like what happened at the Son's house. Therefore, Andi left his two younger siblings at Surabaya Zoo. Surely he gave more than enough pocket money for his two sisters.

Andi told his sisters, after his meeting later, he would pick them up. If the day is not too late, Andi will return to accompany his sister back to walk at the Surabaya Zoo.

Directly Andi drove his sports car to the office that he will use as the office of his gaming company. Even though it's Saturday, the office building is still open. Some companies do not hire their employees on Saturdays. Some also need to do overtime on Saturdays.

So, even though this was Saturday, the office building was still crowded by the workers. In the loby of the building, there was already Sinta waiting for Andi's arrival. Indeed Andi asked his assistant to come today. Andi wants in the future this renovation business will be handled by Sinta.

While Andi, he will focus his work on other things. In the near future, he needs to determine five companies that he will buy his shares. His funds were not so much, so he had to divide everything well.

“Good afternoon Mr. Andi.” Sapa Sinta's.

“Pagi. Long been waiting?” Ask Andi.

Sinta shook her head slowly. “I haven't waited long Mr. Andi.”

“Then, just go straight to the top, we see the office room.” Take Andi.

The new office is just an empty room without a bulkhead. It is also at the very corner. This means, this office room has glass windows on two sides. In this way, the light that enters this office room is quite a lot.

Andi was satisfied with this new office. Not long after Andi looked through the office, the person he was waiting for came. There are four people who now come to the empty room that Andi has rented. They are a team of architects that Andi will use his services.

Of the four people, three of whom Andi had met, only one that Andi had never met.

“Good day, Mr.” Sapa Dani's.

“Good day, Mr. Dani.”

After greeting Andi, Dani is seen circulating her gaze around the corner of the room. It seemed like he was thinking about what design he would wear in this room.

“So, this is the room you want to renovate?” ask Dani without saying anything.

“Ya this room. I'll make this room an office space.” Answer Andi.

“Then, can you tell us how much room you need? Also about the number of work desks that will be placed here. That is to make it easier for us to make interior design and also the estimated price.”

Dani took out her little book. It seemed like he was preparing to take down whatever Andi wanted regarding this renovated room.

“Currently, I need two meeting rooms. The one wasn't too broad, only for a gathering of five to ten people. Then one for twenty. Then, I need two separate workspaces here. No need to be too spacious also for this work space.”

One of the separate workspaces that will be Andi make his work room. Although later Andi will not often be here, but he needs the room. Then, the other room will be used by the person in charge of the game company.

“In addition, I also need one relaxing room here. I want employees here to have a relaxing area for them to rest in. There will be plenty of snacks available. There will also be available various drinks.” Obviously Andi.

“What is pantry area?” Cut Romi, interior designer on Dani's team.

Actually Andi wants a lot of places to relax in his office. But his new office is not so big. If he has a spacious room maybe Andi will increase the space to relax and pantry in his office.

Andi once saw a Vlog of someone at an internet company. In the company, there are many play areas and relax. You could say, almost every floor of their company there is a lounge and pantry filled with snacks.

Maybe if Andi had his own office building, then he would do just that. For now, he only needs to provide as many supporting facilities as he can for these employees.

“Then for employee workbench, I want there to be thirty workbench only. The table, I want you to customize it. It's about a meter and a half wide. I also want to take one table with another table not too close. There should be a distance separating it.”

There's a reason Andi wants this. He wanted to put two monitors on his employee's desk. This is a game company. Here the employees will later mess with the design, create programs and so forth.

So according to Andi, two monitor screens are an obligation. This makes it easier for employees to do their jobs.

Then about the distance between the workbench, Andi think it is also necessary. Andi does not want one work desk, stick with another work desk. According to him, such things even disturb the concentration of the workers.

They could be bothered by what the person at the table next to them is doing. So, with that distance, it will minimize the possibility of them being disturbed.

“Then, do you want each worktable to be given a dividing wall Mr?” Romi asked while noting all Andi's wishes.

“No need. I want everything open so that my office still looks spacious.”

“Good. We've recorded all your wishes. We will measure everything and start making.” designs Answer Doni.

“How long will it take you to complete the renovation?” ask Andi.

“Our estimate for a room of this size and with your request earlier, it is likely that one month we have just completed it.” Obviously Dani.

“Ehm, can you guys speed up this work? I want to occupy this office immediately. Adding more money is no problem for me.”

Andi has been pursued by the deadline for providing a system for his missions. So, Andi wants to occupy this office room immediately.

“Maybe we can speed it up a bit. But we cannot give the certainty of the time we need. We need to finish the design first. If the design is there then we can again calculate the time we need to complete this project with the fastest time.” Obviously Dani.

“Then, how long do you need to finish the design?”

“Fast three days, no later than one week.”

“Alright then.”

Andi continued chatting with Dani and Romi. They talked about some things that felt less clear. While they were discussing, one of Dani's assistants began to measure the area of this office space. While others, record it on a paper.

Their discussion is still quite long. In the end Andi offered to continue their discussion while eating lunch at a restaurant near the office building where they were.

“Miss Sinta, later ask to the finance department to pay your overtime. Our activities today are included in your overtime.” Andi said after his meeting with Dani and his team was over.

“Good. Thank you Mr. Andi.”

“Ah yes, after I approve their design, I will assign you supervise this project. I'm sure during our conversation, a little bit you already know what I want. So, help me make sure everything is in my favor.” Obviously Andi.

“Sure Mr. Andi. I will carry out this task well.”

After a few brief discussions with Sinta, Andi parted ways with her assistant. Now Andi needs to go to Surabaya Zoo. He still had time to travel with his brothers there.
