Home In Cemetery
Chapter 21. Provocations

Faiz and Karmila were agitated at the doctor's explanation.

"Will it heal later Doc?" ask Karmila again. She hoped that her in-laws would get through those really bad times.

"I said I could, but yes the chances are small. It depends on the body and the family that takes care of it. Entertain him and tell him funny things and definitely do not stress him or remember events that once made patients become like this," explained the doctor at length.

"Good Doc."

"Give space for medics to pass by. We'll move the patient to the treatment room!"

Karmila and Faiz stepped away from the door, moments later the nurses pushing Bu Lela's gurney out of the ER.

Faiz and Karmila followed the nurse to the room where Bu Lela would be moved.

After all the nurses came out of Faiz's room and Karmila went into the room.

Ms. Lela was already conscious, but after being spoken to there was no reflex at all. Ms. Lela looked at her with empty eyes.

"Mom why is it like this anyway?"

"If we don't leave mom alone at home, she won't be like this" Karmila wept as she couldn't bear to see Ms. Lela's terrible situation.

"This was the old grandmother, because she was my mother, who became like this" growled Faiz.

"Dek Karmila, you take care of my mother yes I will sue the old woman!"faiz's orders then came out of Bu Lela's ward without waiting for approval from Karmila first.

"But! Bang's!" call Karmila. However, Faiz did not comment on his wife's call.

"But! Bang's!" karmila shouted as she ran after Faiz out of the room.

"But! Don't be a vigilante!" karmila shouted again warning the husband not to act rashly.

Still, Faiz did not heed Karmila's warning, but walked straight ahead without looking at him.

"Lord, let not all things be more confused" ask God the Most Exalted. Afterwards Karmila went back into the nursery and sat down beside Bu Lela's bed.

Karmila mourned Bu Lela's body with regret and guilt. If it wasn't for him to go to the doctor, Miss Lela there was no way she would be as messed up as she is today.

While Karmila was struggling with her guilty thoughts, Faiz immediately drove her car back home.

Until there it turns out the residents tie the body of the old grandmother on a large tree trunk.

"It's good that you are all trustworthy, you really did not let go of this wicked old grandmother" Faiz told those who welcomed her arrival.

"If according to Dek Faiz, we better be this old granny?" ask a citizen.

"The police report is what else it is," said one resident.

"I think the prison sentence is not comparable to what he has done so far" said another resident.

"That's right, so how? If I think we torture first just report to the police so that when you enter the prison this grandmother can not do anything."

"I don't agree. If he's alive, he'll have the possibility of doing evil again" Faiz said.

"Keep according to Dek Faiz what should we do to this old grandmother?" ask the people later.

"You know? because of this old grandmother my mother lay weakly on top of the hospital gurney. Doctors sentenced him to life-long paralysis and depression as a result of torture that was too harsh on him to leave a trauma that was so deep. I don't think there's a more appropriate punishment for this grandmother than .. burn her alive!" faiz shouted loudly.

"Burn?" People were shocked by Faiz's decision.

"Yes, do you disagree?"

People whispered to each other.

"Why are you guys just quiet? Do you disagree with my proposal? Well it's up to all of you if you don't agree, but as long as this grandmother is alive all the citizens who are here will be at risk of her life" Faiz said so convincingly.

"People who have black magic will not calm down if they do not finish human lives. If he can't finish off a human with his knowledge then he will do it with his own hands like this happened to my mother. You will all live with the shadow of fear." Faiz is scaring the people.

"Faiz is right, rather than handing this old woman into the hands of the police, we're killing ourselves! How agreed?"

"Agreed!" yelling citizens simultaneously.

Grandma looked panicked. He wants to refute the accusations of people having their mouths gagged. Wanting to exert her inner strength she was afraid that people would increasingly consider her a witch grandmother.

"Let's collect the wood and make a campfire. After that we throw this granny together into the fire we've made!"

"Ready."

"Oh yes let sooner how about burning in his house just so that the police think this is an accidental fire. Wouldn't it be better to remove the traces?" advice Faiz.

The grandmother was furious at Faiz. "Truly a sly man."

"What if someone reports?" ask a doubtful citizen.

"There won't be, because if one of us is caught by the police, then all of us will be arrested. Isn't this a joint conspiracy for the security of our region?"

"Yes Faiz is right. Let's take the old grandmother to her house to account for her crimes all along!"

The grandmother rebelled when the ties to the tree trunk were opened and she was dragged out of the yard of Faiz's house.

Even at the grandmother's house, people immediately tried to start a fire.

"Hurry now! Lookie! Black clouds hung in the sky. Don't let it rain before this granny turns to ashes!" faiz's orders and strangely everyone's obeying.

Seriate.
