Grasping Taste

Grasping Taste
Trapped by Rain

Some days the weather is so hot, but today cloudy blanketed since last afternoon. Aruna decides to go home after the Magrib Salat at the boutique. The girl who had been wearing her jacket, approached the matic motorbike which was always parked in front of the boutique.

If only he could afford a car. Of course, he would not be agitated at the thought of rain like now. But unfortunately, all his savings were drained to rent a place for his boutique and down payment.

Cloudy that enveloped the night, until it felt a few drops of water that fell made Aruna accelerate the speed of the motor. The distance of the boutique with his house can be reached in just fifteen minutes.

But the streets are stretchy, plus the lighting of the street lights are dim because it is blocked by shady trees.

"Oh Allah, why is it that there is not a vehicle passing by." grumbled Aruna anxiously. Fear began to approach him.

Not to stop the shadow of crime that usually occurs on lonely roads, suddenly drizzle change rain flushed with a rush. The panicked girl decided to take off her bike faster than stopping to wear a raincoat.

" Tin.. Tin... " A horn and the loud sound of a motorcycle speeding so fast from behind made Aruna set her eyes from the rear view.

"Akkkhh.... " The loud screech made the man who was so quick to pass him turn his head.

A petite girl is downed motor body. The figure who had turned his head then turned back his motorbike, approaching Aruna who was still trying to get up.

"My feet.... Hic.. Hik. "crying Aruna broke when she felt extreme pain in her ankle.

The athletic man got off the bike and took off his helmet. Word is, he looks panicked when he sees Aruna who is in pain crushed by a motor matic.

"Why not be careful." grumbled the Word by upholding a larger-sized motor when compared to the owner.

Instead of answering, Aruna still looked in pain holding onto her ankle. The girl looked up at the face of the owner of the outstretched hand to help her. He realized it was the next door neighbor who was helping him.

"My feet hurt when moved." murmured Aruna by holding her ankles.

Sabda began to understand, the man then crouched down and helped Aruna straighten her legs, "Aaaarrggg.

"Easy?" ask Sabda with her tone. It seemed that the man was stiff when facing women.

"Udah. Thank you." said Aruna who was still helped by Sabda standing up despite still enduring the pain.

"But I'm sure you can't take the bike." Sabda continued as she watched Aruna stare at the bike.

"Maybe a little forced, can. After all, this is close to home." replied Aruna, she felt uneasy with the Word.

"Don't like to force yourself. Your bike will be taken by security complex. You come home with me." said the man who had considered everything since.

"Eh. uh... Mas, it's so reckless." protested Aruna as Sabda raised his tiny body.

Without waiting for Aruna's reply, Sabda picked up the girl who was already getting cold and sat her in her motor tank.

"I can't sit in the front." declined Aruna, how could she sit that close to a man she doesn't even know.

Sabda only glanced at Aruna without giving a response. He was a little nervous when he came back to a woman. For seven years, the man who had been heartbroken was avoiding being close to a creature of God called a woman.

Aruna could not answer anymore, the girl sat on the bike. Between the rain, Sabda began to run his motorbike.

Silent. Both of them were silent with a feeling... I don't know. Aruna did not dare to turn her face when Sabda's breath felt gently touching the skin of her left cheek.

"Whose name?" tanya Sabda tried to neutralize the little bit of nervousness that was now addressing her. He himself could not understand with his unusual beating heart inside his chest. Every now and then the stern-faced man glanced and enjoyed the beautiful face that was nearby.

"Aruna." answered Aruna without looking.

There was no more talk, until Sabda stopped his motorbike in front of the pharmacy to buy something. Aruna was still silent, the girl was like it was difficult to say something even though she just asked when Sabda left him who was still on the bike.

"The rain is a bit off and we'll be there soon." said Sabda as the man returned to the bike with a black plastic bag in his hand.

Aruna just nodded, her face indeed looking very pale with slightly quivering lips.

The motor drove back into the housing complex. Until now they stopped in front of Aruna's house, opened the gate and put the motor there.

"I can be alone, Mas." said Aruna trying to get off by herself. But, Sabda nimbly directly carried Aruna who again gasped in shock.

"I don't want our neighbors to misunderstand and... "

"Just open the door." between the words while lowering the tiny body.

Aruna opened the door. And try walking alone looking for the nearest sofa. It was true, his legs were still very painful as he walked.

Word finds a switch to turn on the light. The man did not want to waste time because he saw Aruna's body that had started to shiver in the cold.

"You'll feel more comfortable using this." The Word wraps around Aruna's ankle with an elastic bandage.

"Hurry to rest and get changed! I'll take care of your bike. And if you need anything, call me." the Word gave me his card.

"I used to be on the terrace until night." continued the Word. Not just until night, the man sometimes until early morning on the porch when his friends come.

"Yes, Mas. Thank you for the trouble." replied Aruna.

The man went out and closed the main door of Aruna's house. He actually, could not bear to leave the petite girl alone. But, he did not want the two to get into trouble with the citizens if it did not put any restrictions.

The departure of Sabda made Aruna a little relieved. Getting close to the man made his heart race wildly. With great difficulty Aruna went into the room, but it was better than having to be close to a man who was able to make her nervous.

###

Sabda stared at his cell phone screen. At one in the morning, the man still did not feel sleepy at all.

Every now and then she felt her chest, recalling the unusual pounding she felt when she was near Aruna.

The word again remembered that Aruna had not eaten. He was waiting for the little girl to contact him. Until midnight, Aruna did not contact her.

"Could he have slept?" muttered Sabda was still staring at her phone screen. He did not ask that of the girl who seized his worry. He forgot to ask Aruna's cell phone number.
