A place so beautiful, full of happiness and togetherness in it. This was the first time they had eaten together with the maids and bodyguards, usually there had never been anything like this. The presence of Dira and her children brought about a profound change in this house. 

Carol also felt that all this time she who had never thought that eating together with maids like this, there would be a sense of happiness in itself like a big family that had no difference in it.

Dira fell unconscious just lucky Ken can quickly catch Dira's body that almost fell to the ground. 

"Dir ... wake up Dir .." he said by patting the cheek of someone who was unconscious again. Soon he carried Dira into the house, while Carol, Kean, Lean and the maids who saw him immediately followed Ken who carried Dira into the house. 

Ken wanted to bring Dira up to his room, but his body had not recovered properly so his energy was not too strong to climb the stairs while carrying him. Finally Ken could only put Dira on the sofa on the first floor. 

After Ken put Dira on the sofa, Lean immediately stood beside Ken to check on his mother's condition. Dira's hands were so cold, her lips were dry, and … 

"Dira why Ken? How did you faint?" ask Carol who also became anxious when she saw Dira who was unconscious.

"Ken also did not know mah, he said only PMS kept saying he wanted to go back to the room, when walking a few steps Dira had almost fallen and turned out to have fainted," he was still staring at Dira with worry. 

"Where's my mom's condition?" asked Kean who was impatiently waiting for Lean who was still silent focused on checking on Dira. 

"It looks like mama fainted because of the pain that is not restrained anymore, we should just wait until mama realized that the condition of mama has not improved also we take her to the hospital. You see, my mom has never had PMS like this before," he said. 

During this time Lean was like a personal doctor for Dira who always checked if there was anything, but Lean never saw Dira who was an STD until fainted like this. 

Because last night Dira did not wake up, Ken had to bring Dira into Carol's room on the first floor. Not only Dira was there but Ken, Kean, and Lean also slept in Carol's room to take care of Dira. 

In the middle of the night, Dira suddenly woke up, looking at her to the side there was Carol who slept beside her. Dira was a little surprised and looked around him turned out he was not in his room, then Dira tried to wake up from his sleep and at his sight there was Kean, Kean, Lean and Ken were sleeping under using thick mattresses. 

Why is everything here? Whose room is this? Dira's mind continues to look around the room in the dim light of the lamp because there is only a light of a sleeping lamp that lights up. 

Dira began to remember again what happened that could make him here but he only remembered until his stomach was very painful, continued suddenly the earth felt trembling and his vision blurred. After that, he remembered nothing more. 

Did I pass out last night? Oh Allah .. I must have made everyone panic. Mumbled yes in heart and could only sigh deeply. 

Dira slowly started to get off the bed and stepped out of the room to return to his room. Dira wants to clean his body first that already does not feel comfortable at all.

The dawn has arrived so that the sound of alarm sound from Ken's cellphone continues to sound nonstop, until Ken woke up from his sleep. Slowly he wanted to get up, but his hands felt numb because they were used as pillows for his two children who had slept on both hands since last night. 

Astagfirullah ... This is how I wake up like this!. He muttered continuously staring at his two sleeping twins while hugging him.

The sound of alarm continued to sound making the twins also woke up from his sleep, slowly Kean rubbed his two itchy eyes. 

"Papa's awake, why are you still lying down? That's the alarm sound keeps not in matiin anyway? " he said unknowingly that they were the ones who made Ken unable to wake up from his sleep. 

"Yes pa. .. the alarm is very noisy!". added Lean who spoke with eyes still closed and hands that still hug Ken's body. 

" Papa also can not wake up because you are still sleeping on papa's arm while curling papa to make papa's hand feel numb! ."

Hearing Ken's words, Kean immediately woke up and saw that the two of them were indeed sleeping in Ken's hands and hugging him.

Carol who heard their noisy voices also woke up. On seeing him Dira was no longer on the bed making him a little panic. 

" Where is Ken Dira?" yanh immediately sat up from his sleep. 

Ken who still felt his numb hand tried to get up immediately and stand up from his sleep. Likewise with Lean who immediately opened her eyes. 

" Loh .. Didn't you sleep next to your mom last night? "asked Ken with a slightly staggered body and immediately looked for a grip to support his body from falling. this must have been due to his blood flow that was not smooth all night because it was made a pillow by the two twins, then stood spontaneously without sitting first. 

"Mama also did not know, when mama woke up Dira was no more! Is it possible to go back to his room?" ask Carol again. 

After his body feels slightly balanced Ken starts walking away from Carol's room to look for Dira who is followed by Carol, Kean and Lean as well. 

They climbed the stairs with slightly fast steps and walked towards Dira's room. Arriving at the door of Dira Ken's room immediately opened it without knocking first, and it turned out ...
