Promises (Bonuses chapter season 1)

After exiting the police station, Ken immediately went to where Darren was hiding. Some of Ken's bodyguards, have already moved in search of Darren's whereabouts. 

Ken sat leaning back in the passenger seat while rubbing his rough face. His current mood was very angry, sad, sick, all mixed into one. 

Ken opened his phone screen while looking again at the photos of their togetherness last night which was colored full of jokes, laughter, and happiness. In the photo, Dira is seen smiling happily, there is no sign that she will leave like this. 

May you still be safe, dear? I really can't—, not yet but can't afford to live without you... If you go like this, will I still be able to live without you by my side? Can you send your last message? Me and the kids really still need you. Moreover Anne is still too small, She still needs a mother figure beside her.

Darren tried to grin even though his lips were sore. "Why? What about the retribution from me? Isn't worth! Now you have also felt, how painful it is to lose the person we love! Just like I lost everything, including my mother! And it's all because of you two! " snapped Darren with glaring eyes. 

A bogeman landed again on Darren's face that was already filled with blood.

Ken's emotions have really peaked, wanting to feel like he's killing Darren right now.

When Ken really wanted to kill Darren, he remembered his promise to Dira.

Ken was surprised at what Dira asked for. Though all this time he covered his identity deeply from Dira, but why He could know who he was.

Ken moves away from Darren, he tries to regulate the emotions that have made him break his promise to Dira.

"Good, Sir." 

Upon seeing Ken pass away from the place, Ken's bodyguards immediately carried out his orders. 

While in the car, Ken continued to rub his face roughly. He really regretted for reneging on his promise to Dira. 

" Are you okay, Mister?" tanya Kemal was afraid. 

"You just focus on driving! We go to where Dira fell to see the development of the search for Dira's body." 

After that, there was only silence in the car. 

Arriving at the scene Dira fell, the search teams began to stop and leave. Storm winds began to hit, big waves and fog on the cliff made them unable to continue the search anymore. 

Ken walked on, braving the great wind. 

"Where are you going? Has my wife been found?" ask Ken to one of the search teams.

"We can't find him sir, it looks like a rainstorm is coming down so it's dangerous to do the search. We don't want to risk our lives to find people who aren't necessarily still alive!" cetus is one of the people. 

"Yes Sir, you should also leave here otherwise you will be exposed to danger as well! The magnet on this cliff is huge!" one of the other guys tried to remind Ken.

"Boss, seems to be right with what they say. We better get out of here!" 

"No! Before I can find Dira, I won't go!" 

"But boss, pity your Children if you have to lose both parents at once! They need you, Sir. So, don't be selfish" cried Kemal who tried to invite Ken to come home. It is up to Him to be fired or angry, what He thinks is Ken's salvation.

Hearing the words from Kemal, the memory of the message from Dira was reflected again. 

Where are you, honey? Are you still alive? You must be cold! If you're dead, I hope I can still find your body to bury. May you be calm and happy where you are. Tomorrow, after this storm disappears, I'll come back to look for you again! I'm sorry I can't find you right now, but I promise I'll keep trying until you meet, and I'll remember your last message to look after the kids.

With a heavy heart, Ken joined Kemal to leave because the storm was getting faster on their bodies.
