When he wanted to visit Nathan and meet with Rian, Ken suddenly got a call from the office there was a very sudden business so he had to go to the office first.

"Mas," call Dira after coming out of the ICU.

"Busy mom?" Dira asked that because he had heard a little conversation Ken had on the phone with someone.

"Oh, this was Nino's phone he said there was important business. So, he told Mas to come to the office," he concluded.

Dir smiled, "Yaudah If you go to the office first, let me just like the one here to look after Brian."

"Yaudah, if so then go first, yes. If anything, you call us because Lean today has a full operating schedule. So, maybe you can't take care of Brian completely, but you don't have to worry. Later there will be a replacement doctor and suauter who will take care," he explained.

" Sorry Miss, Doctor Albert is having surgery. So, can't come and I'm his replacement doctor" he concluded.

"But, I want Doctor Albert to check on Brian, not you!" reject Jessy.

Lean's surrogate doctor and the two nurses who were accompanying her, could only sigh deeply. They feel lazy when getting the family of patients who model like this.

"Bri, are you awake, honey?" Tanya Dira who was already standing on the side of the patient's gurney.

Brian was still speechless, he thought that Dira's current face was a dream for him. Brian tried to close his eyes, then reopen to make sure that what he saw was just a dream. However, when he opened his eyes again, Dira's face remained there.

"Why is Mommy here?" ask Brian. He still did not understand why Dira could visit him. If Dira comes, then he already knows about his illness.

"Where Am I? Why am I here?" he said that he still did not understand why he was in a place that looked so foreign to him.

"You're in the ICU room because when you come in, the condition is critical" the doctor explained.
