Episode 12 Chance

Rehan approached Kirana who was preparing folding chairs that the invited guests would use at Tabligh Akbar which will be held tomorrow in the school hall. Some committee friends also helped decorate the room.

"I can do it myself" Kirana said.

But Rehan still composed the chairs. He pointed at the pile of cloth covering the chair not far away

from Kirana. Kirana understood Rehan asked her to cover the chairs with a blue chair cover.

For a while they were silent even though their hands worked deftly. Kirana occasionally noticed Rehan's facial features, maybe she wanted to say something, Kirana thought. However, until all the seats were arranged, and Kirana had covered the chairs with her cover, Rehan said nothing. He just came out of there without looking at Kirana once. Kirana nodded, "Is he angry?" He recalled Rehan's emotions when he expressed his feelings. I don't know what to tell Rehan. Kirana doesn't want to hurt anyone, Rehan, who often acts at will.

Kirana quickly dispelled her thoughts about Rehan. He then turned to the stage bag to help some students there. Kirana wants to finish the task of decorating so that everything is finished on time and friends who will fill the session can practice there. Ms.Eliza walked into the hall and checked the work of the decorating team. He approaches Kirana and the friends make sure they work according to the original plan. Ms. Eliza was just about to leave the room when her hape rang. A moment later after answering the phone, Ms. Eliza returned to the room.

"So did anyone see Rehan?" Kirana who was decorating the table with ribbons did not hear Ms. Eliza's question. One friend said Rehan was there to help Kirana build a chair.

Ms. Eliza came to Kirana. "So it's here, Ms, it's out, Kirana doesn't know where."

"Ms.Eliza asked for help, find Rehan. Ms. will wait here."

It was not that Kirana did not want to just face Rehan to be not easy for him since that day.

"So Kirana rejected you?" ask the voice.

Rehan paused for a moment from his activities as if digesting the question. Without taking your eyes off

the motor he was trying to repair.

"The girl has not answered anything" Rehan replied.

"For sure he will refuse, he is not the type who wants to date." said the voice again.

"Who asked her out?"

Kirana who had been standing at the door, was shocked. His heart was beating fast because he knew he was being the subject of confusion, should he be at that place and hear Rehan's conversation with his friend or just leave? But Ms. Eliza is waiting in the hall? How'this?

However, Rehan's answer to his friend's joke makes Kirana's heart more chaotic, in disbelief.

"If marriage is the only way, why not?" reply Rehan.

There was a clap of hands from inside the lab.

"You're the best, Rehan. Quiet but fast."

A bang of falling objects was heard from outside, Rehan and his interlocutor immediately checked where the source of the sound was coming from. Rehan finds Kirana who is trying to put down the trash can

"Whatever you heard earlier would never have happened if you didn't want it" Rehan said.

Kirana ventured to look at Rehan and tried to find honesty there. Rehan looked at Kirana trying to penetrate and find out what Kirana really wanted.

They stared at each other for a long time and finally Kirana spoke,

"Male is called good if his words are to be believed, what is Rehan like?"

For the first time Rehan smiled in front of Kirana. He knew that moment Kirana gave him a chance. A chance to get his heart. Deep in Kirana's heart, "Maybe in this way he can forget about Alif."
