Chapter 54 - The Turn of the Husband to Guard the Wife -

After escaping, Kristan immediately hugged the frightened Jeslyn. But after that, he immediately opened his suit and gave it to Jeslyn and hugged her back.

"You're okay? Did he hurt you? Touch you?!" ask the already upset Kristan.

"I'm fine. He didn't hurt me. But I was scared, she hugged me tight. I rebelled, but he wouldn't let me go. Kristan paid the restaurant owner a heavy price so no one would tell her this, thinking Clive was crazy if she reported it to the police. The restaurant owner immediately told the employees to delete the CCTV footage and remove other evidence. That is Kristan's revenge, for those who dared to touch and even hurt his wife. Kristan calls her mother and informs her that she and Jeslyn have important business so go home first without giving any news. After a short conversation, the phone finally ended. Kristan approached Jeslyn who was sitting quietly on the bed.

Vivi arrived back into the room and brought 2 plates containing 2 sandwiches on each plate. He placed it on the front desk of the bedside window and left the two masters. Kristan walked to the table and took 1 plate. After which, he walked back towards Jeslyn.

"Let's eat, you haven't had breakfast" Kristan said. Jeslyn retaliated by shaking her head. Jeslyn fell silent while sitting curled up on the bed. Kristan tries to hold back her anger that sees Jeslyn.

"You shouldn't have left! Why were you so excited when he told you to meet him? You can't even know the intention behind the word but agree straight away. I told you before, that you don't know not to be used carelessly. You have to figure out what it is first and then use it if it's good!" kristan.

"Yes I know. But he's my best friend, the one who always comforts me when I'm in high school. She likes to joke and makes me laugh, giving color to my day in black and white. I felt happy for a while after he returned from France, so without a second thought I went straight to him. Sorry.." replied Jeslyn in a small voice.

"Oh, so he's the one who always gives color to your life? Is there nothing else? What is your girl's friend? I thought you were closer to her?" avenge Kristan whose anger is starting to peak.

"There were others, but.." said Jeslyn but was cut off.

"But what? Because it's still there but, so after this if she asks you to see her again you still want to see her?" kristan asked coldly.

"Jeslyn, you're an adult, don't be stubborn. Don't be like a kid who can do anything if people tell you to. Look at your brother Cheylin, he's your youngest brother but he was very strict when he refused. Why aren't you like him who can resolutely refuse? Friend yes friend, but Jeslyn realize, you're married. Don't you think of me as your husband?" kristan said that she couldn't hold back her anger.

Kristan's words pierced Jeslyn's heart. After a bad event happened, the next catastrophe came to him. Kristan is angry and makes Jeslyn's heart hurt more. Jeslyn knows and is aware that he is wrong, but his heart is hurt more when the person he loves does not understand him.

"YES! I've loved it. ever... She was the last love when I felt that I didn't deserve love anymore. EVER WISH that I would feel love again and that person is with HIM!" replied Jeslyn who was already upset and hurt. He revealed his heart honestly but full of anger.

Jeslyn used to love Clive in High School, but he was quiet, because he thought that his love was clapping one hand. Jeslyn used to be not as pretty as her other High School friends, she felt that she was no match for 'boyfriend' Clive. But now that things have changed, Clive is no longer what Jeslyn imagined and Jeslyn has become more beautiful among her friends.

"CHRISTIAN!" cry Jeslyn who was getting angry. Kristan approaches Jeslyn and pushes her to sleep. On top of Jeslyn, put one of her hands around Jeslyn's neck and then came closer to her face.

"You are only mine, no one else can have you. I can also kill you to prevent another man from marrying you. Dead with the status of the wife of Kristan Arthur Wijaya" retorted Kristan with her sharp gaze and creepy smile.
