Chapter 3 - Not married

During the trip, they were silent. Jeslyn nodded and Kristan smiled at himself 15 minutes later they arrived at the civilian record,

"Bang.. I haven't said I agree.." said Jeslyn helplessly staring at Kristan.

Kristan doesn't care what Jeslyn says. Kristan looked left at right. And finally Jeslyn was confused. After Jeslyn ngikut Kristan look left look right he asked her, he asked her,

"Kok I feel the outer door is closed tight, huh? Is it closing again?" kristan replied still in disbelief,

"Yes, it might close. We go home, I have a job at the office. Quickly put back the car" Jeslyn replied excited because they did not become a photo.

"Wait here, I go check. Don't try to escape". Kristan's reply made Jeslyn upset and helpless.

Kristan got out of the car and approached the civil records bureau's door. While Jeslyn was contemplating her helpless fate in the car. Then Jeslyn accidentally turned his eyes to the side of the road. He saw a grandmother and 2 children beside him, one female and the other male.

The grandmother was lying in the street and the two children appeared to be crying. Jeslyn felt sorry for. He also looked towards Kristan who never returned. Then he finally got out of the car and approached the grandmother and 2 children.

"Sir..kalian why?" asked Jeslyn nervously. He was afraid of being tricked. Since childhood, Jeslyn is often used by his friends because of his nature is too friendly and not pleasant.

"Sister.please our grandmother..hiks hyks.." replied the daughter who pleaded with Jeslyn while trying to hold back her cries.

"Why do your grandmother deck?" jeslyn asked while trying to wake the grandmother.

"We don't know, sis, suddenly my grandmother relaxes and falls asleep hix.." replied the boy.

Jeslyn tried to make the grandmother aware while asking what happened to the grandmother. Suddenly Kristian came and was angry at Jeslyn.

"What are you doing anyway? I told you to wait for me in the car. Don't try to escape!" kristan said angrily and pulled Jeslyn's hand to get up.

"Civil records are open, let's take a photo now" Kristan continued, pulling Jeslyn's hand to leave. But the boy held Jeslyn in his hand.

"Sister... Help us.." ask the boy. Jeslyn looked at their pity. Jeslyn asks Kristan for help by explaining what happened to them. After Jeslyn explained, he begged Kristan to take them to the hospital.

Kristan also feels sorry and guilty for misunderstanding Jeslyn. Kristen agreed to help them. But he told Jeslyn, "But the civil record will close soon, what if we take a photo?".

Kristan relented and carried the grandmother to the car. Jeslyn invited the two children to come with him. Kristan drove back to the hospital. Arriving at the hospital, doctors soon said that the grandmother had a high fever and her stomach was empty.

While waiting for the grandmother to come to her senses, Kristan went to buy food. And Jeslyn tried to comfort the boy and chat with them. It turned out that the two children were his grandchildren, the family of his only grandmother. Their parents went somewhere after their mother gave birth to the boy.

And after that, their mother never showed up again. While his father, it is rumored that he has been dead since the girl was a toddler. Of the two brothers, the daughter said that she was the first child and the boy was her sister.

Kristan brought back food and we ate together while waiting for grandma to wake up. Kristan bought rice suduk mixed with roasted chicken and some snacks and medicine. We started eating our meals, especially the two kids. They said they had never eaten so much and so good food.

Jeslyn and Kristan could only smile lightly while stroking their heads. Kristan and Jeslyn also started eating. After the meal, the two children looked around the room while Kristan and Jeslyn were still eating.

After Kristan and Jeslyn finished eating as well, the two children were already getting tired. Jeslyn told them to sleep on the bed next to the patient's bed. Jeslyn told a fairy tale and sang a spiritual song so the two children could fall asleep. Jeslyn didn't sing the bedtime song because she didn't know and didn't want to sing "Nina bobo".

Jeslyn was a timid child from childhood. If he sees or hears strange things, he starts thinking negatively and overthinking things, which is why he does. Shortly after the boy fell asleep, Jeslyn went to bed. He leaned against the wall with the boy on his lap and the girl sleeping beside him.

This made Kristan want to pinch Jeslyn's cheek, feeling jubilant at Jeslyn. But because the person is already sound asleep and afraid to wake the person. He did not pinch Jeslyn's cheek, but he photographed Jeslyn's sleeping face.

After photographing Jeslyn's face and laughing, Kristan enveloped the boy and gave his suit to Jeslyn. Kristan refocused on her work and sometimes glanced at them as well.

Two hours later, they all wake up together and make no deal. Kristan approached the grandmother and asked her about her condition.

"I feel better, son, thank you, son, I've been helped. Thank you for taking care of my granddaughter uhuk... uhuk.." replied the still limp grandmother.

Her granddaughter was happy to hear that her grandmother was feeling better. The two boys bowed and thanked Kristan and Jeslyn. Jeslyn crouched down then stroked their heads and said "the same" while smiling kindly. Kristan followed too, doing the same as Jeslyn.

"Son, can grandma know your name?" ask grandma with a smile.

"Can. Grandma can call me Jeslyn and grandma can call her Kristan" Jeslyn said excitedly.

"Oalah..nak Jeslyn same nak Kristan this husband and wife huh?" ask the granny who made Jeslyn not know how to say.

"Not yet a Grandma's wife, still a candidate" Kristan replied, embracing Jeslyn's shoulder and smiling. Kristan's treatment and answer made Jeslyn shy to blush until she lowered her head and did not dare to raise her head.

"Oah.grandma feels you two are a good fit. The handsome one who is beautiful is equally good. Surely his son will be cute and good both right? hahaha" Grandma replied then laughed lightly.

"Ha ha ha ha" replied Jeslyn and Kristan who laughed stiffly.

"Amiiin." and approved by Kristan and Jeslyn.

"Sister brother, later if you are married to have a baby play with us can we?" ask the plain boy.

"Who will pay for the hospital?" ask Gerald plain. Grandma was shocked by her grandson's question. Jeslyn and Kristan looked at each other. Grandma patted her eel while gelding.
