Chapter 34 - People of the Past - People

At 10:00 A.M

After finding out that Kristan left Jeslyn, he got ready and rushed to the office following Kristan. He is escorted by a Kristan driver who usually takes Kristan where.

Twenty minutes later Jeslyn arrived at the company. He entered the company and was greeted by employees. Jeslyn walked leisurely towards the room of Kristan. But after being in front of the door, before Jeslyn entered, a female voice was heard.

"Kristan it's me! It´s me! Clara!" yelled the woman.

"Claras? Why is his name as I've heard it.." Inner Jeslyn. He's trying to remember who Miss Clara is. Then suddenly comes the memory of Gilbert telling of Kristan's past. Clara is Kristan's lover who is almost engaged to her but she dies due to a misunderstanding between her, Kristan, and Angel.

"Wait on! Isn't he dead?! Or is this another Clara ??" thought Jeslyn. Then again the voice of the woman was heard. Jeslyn decided not to go in first and listened to their conversation.

"Kristan I have returned. I'm fine. We are reunited, let's get married soon" Clara said in a happy tone.

"Who are you? How dare you imitate Clara. I don't know you, quickly get rid of him!" reply Kristan with a high tone.

"Master... It's really Miss Clara" Gilbert said nervously,

"Clara is dead! He can't be alive!" reply Kristan with a higher tone.

"It's really me, Kristan. That time Angel came to see me and I knew that you were my former best friend. Then because Angel didn't want us to be together, she instigated me to hate you. Then on that raining night, I ran out of your villa and got hit in front of your eyes. I can see that you were very sad when you saw me! The doctor said I was not safe. It's all a lie!" clara explained.

"I was still alive then! When I came to, I forgot my memory and was treated by a doctor who examined me. After 1 and a half years of trying to remember past events, I finally succeeded. It must have been Angel so I wouldn't be with you! We have to get revenge by getting married and showing Angel that I'm your wife!" clara hugged Kristan from behind. Suddenly the sound of lightning and thunder struck after Clara finished speaking.

"What'sthis? Sinetron ???" jeslyn asked in her heart who was shocked to hear the lightning and thunder.

Suddenly arrived Kristan's head dizzy, his body began to roll back and forth. His vision blurred and memories of his bleak past began to surface again. Kristan tried to let go of Clara's embrace but her embrace was tight. Fortunately, Kristan's wife did not see, otherwise there would be another war that made the head of Kristan more sick.

"Claras...Clara is still alive." murmured Kristan heard by Clara.

"Yes Cristan! I'm still alive!" reply Clara happily while hugging Kristan tighter. Kristan turned around and hugged Clara too. Jeslyn outside peeked out of the door lock that Kristan returned Clara's embrace. Jeslyn's face looked gloomy, her chest tight.

Again the sound of lightning roared. Kristan hugs Clara tightly but luckily their bodies don't touch. Only hands held each other between their arms.

"Master!!" call Gilbert firmly. Kristan arrives immediately pushing Clara.

"Kristan why are you pushing me??" ask Clara. Kristan's head still feels dizzy and sick. Kristan's acting like a drunk man now.

"Why... Why did you leave me?? Why!!" kristan was angry. Jeslyn outside was fed up and left the company. He decided to go back home and do nothing. He sent a message to a finance manager that he would be on leave for 2 days and then he left.

"I miss you so much" said Kristan and hugged Clara.

"I also miss you very much Kristan" replied Clara who was also sad.

"Master Kristan this is no good! Quickly release Miss Clara!" snapped Gilbert annoyed.

Gilbert took action and separated the two. But Kristan was upset and angry. He scolded Gilbert to the point of making Gilbert unable to say that he already had Jeslyn.

"Gilbert! How dare you separate me and Clara! Are you looking to die?!" kristan asked in anger. Kristan is now again not sane because of her shadowy past keeps her mind up. Kristan feels guilty for the death of Clara. And finally she meets Clara again and she's still alive.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. The finance manager came in and delivered Jeslyn's message.

"Sorry to disturb Mr. Kristan for a moment. Madame Jeslyn came and lady Jeslyn told her she wanted 2 days off. He cannot tell you directly because he was in a hurry to leave earlier" the finance manager said.

"Jeslyn??" ask the three of them in unison,

"Jeslyn was here?" ask Gilbert. The manager nodded.

"Who's Jeslyn?" ask Kristan, please,

"Mrs? Jeslyn's? Who is this woman?" ask Clara.

"Master... Jeslyn is your wife, how can you forget??" ask Gilbert to worry.

"Wife?" retaliating Kristan and Clara in unison. Suddenly comes the memory of the moment with Kristan and Jeslyn. Kristan's head became even more painful, she fell on the floor and tried to fight the pain of her head.

"Jeslynn's... Jesly... I remember now.." murmured Kristan.

"Jeslyn's! Where's she?? Did he hear our conversation??" kristan asked in panic but her head still hurt.

"The lady has returned to the host's house" the finance manager replied.

"Co Gilbert please help me. Take me home! I have to see Jeslyn. I have to explain this to my wife!" pinta Kristan tried to endure the pain.

The sound of lightning was heard again. Gilbert helps Kristan walk to the car and immediately speeding to bring Kristan home to meet Jeslyn. Clara was left alone and had been taken care of by security guards. 15 Minutes later they arrived home. Gilbert went back to help Kristan walk in.

"Jeslyn's! Jeslyn!" shouts Gilbert calling out to Jeslyn. A door opened and Jeslyn, wearing a nightgown, appeared.

"What's up?" asked Jeslyn grimly.

"Hurry and help your husband. The trauma's coming back, he needs you" Gilbert said.

"I'm not a drug! Isn't Clara back?" Jeslyn replied coldly. Gilbert is shocked and feels sorry for meeting Kristan and Clara. He asks a servant to help him take Kristan. Jeslyn remained standing quietly up there watching them. After reaching the top, Kriatan was brought into the room and left to sit on the mattress.

"Jeslyn the problem earlier we can explain. But the most important thing now is to help Kristan! He complained that his head hurt and called your name repeatedly!" gilbert said he was panicking and worried about Kristan's condition.

"He's in pain? Call doctor. I'm not a doctor. And he's gonna call my name? Heh! Is it not wrong? Shouldn't he be calling Clara's name?" reply Jeslyn with a cynical smile.

Suddenly Kristan got up and walked towards Jeslyn with a stagger. Everyone stared at Kristan confused as to what he wanted to do. Gilbert and the butler help Kristan stay on his feet and follow Kristan where he goes.
