26. He Still Teases Me

Dalvin looked at Soraya. The breakfast he prepared earlier was now in his grasp to feed Soraya who was still feverish.

"What's your hometown called?" Ask Dalvin.

"Huh?" Soraya suddenly turned nervous. "Emmm... Why ask?"

"Didn't you miss your family? We might be able to visit, '" Dalvin said.

"Emmm, it is not necessary.The cost is very large if we go there.." Elak Soraya.

"I'll try to pay the cost. Soon I will be called to work for the company. You take it easy." Dalvin assured Soraya.

"As far as you are." Soraya replied in a soft voice.

"It's eating again." Dalvin goes back to feed Soraya.

A week passed, and Dalvin was still trying to find work. There was no call at all so Soraya became pity to hear his complaints.

"I can't possibly beg my papa, Sora. So, forgive me if the food I serve is not fancy. And maybe we'll eat noodles or eggs a lot…." Dalvin looks desperate.

"No problem. The important thing is you never give up, Vin... Didn't you yourself say, everything will be beautiful in time?" Soraya reminded him of his own words.

"Who said I'd give up? I will try hard to get a job. Trust me.." Tukas Dalvin is confident.

Hearing Dalvin's excited speech, Soraya silently smiled. I don't know why he's happy when he hears Dalvin happy.

Dalvin pulls Soraya onto the Sofa. "Sit down, I'll bring you a bowl of noodles for both of us. The food supply in the kitchen is running out, so, don't protest..." Dalvin.

"OK..." Soraya nodded.

That afternoon they ate a bowl of noodles together, and they looked happy like a couple in general.

"Why do I feel my share is a bit? I'm not full yet..." Soraya Protest.

"I'll be out soon to buy food supplies. You just hold it..." Ketus Dalvin's. He then saw Soraya's cheeks.

"There's oil on your cheek" Dalvin said.

Soraya timidly rubbed her right cheek.

"It's not there..." Dalvin rubbed Soraya's left cheek with his fingers. His eyes were fixed on Soraya's face. Suddenly he became nervous.

"It's clean?" Soraya asked without knowing how Dalvin was feeling.

"I'll clean this up..." Dalvin said quickly to pick up the bowl with the glass that was empty. He did not even answer Soraya's question.

"Hey, what's wrong with you?" Shouted Soraya who felt a strangeness towards Dalvin.

Dalvin pacing in the bathroom. He felt the same turmoil each time faced with the atmosphere as he stared at Soraya's face.

"Because he can't see, doesn't mean he doesn't feel what I feel, does he? My Anuku feels as strong as an electric pole, and she's still teasing me..." Rutuk Dalvin is upset.

Dalvin bit his own nails, and he ignored Soraya's calls many times from the outside.

After quite a while he was in the bathroom, he immediately searched for Soraya's whereabouts back. But several times calling, the words of Soraya were not heard.

Soraya suddenly came from outside carrying a pack of bread.

"You from the stall?" Dalvin approached him.

"Yes... I'm still hungry. You I call no reply at all. Where the hell's that been?" Ketus Soraya while walking with her cane towards the sofa.

"Sick stomach..." Answer Dalvin's origin.

"Want to?" Soraya thrust the bread in her hand in any direction, thinking that Dalvin was there.

While Dalvin who was on the other side immediately approached. "Eat, I'm full..."

"So I overheard a conversation outside. He said, there are companies that need new employees…." Soraya.

"Oh yeah? What's the name of the company? I want to apply for a job there…." Dalvin is very ambitious.

"Emm earlier I had asked, if not wrong Ang.. emmm.. Angkasa Raya.. Yes, I'm sure it's the name of the company…." Soraya was sure.

"Great Power?" Dalvin's forehead creased instantly. He seemed not excited anymore.

Soraya smiled. He was happy to hear Dalvin's statement, even though his voice sounded like a forced man.

"When are you going to propose there?" Ask Soraya to make sure.

"Quickly, if necessary tomorrow morning…." Dalvin replied convincingly.
