EPOCHS
Chapter 53

Kinza Irsyania Malik POV

Mom and Dad welcomed my arrival with great joy. They didn't know that my house was in big trouble.

As soon as I saw Mas Al's face tangled. Papa tells Mas Al to come in first. Embrace and immediately interrogate Mas in his workspace. While me and Alief were in boyong by Mama to my room.

I cried while hugging Mama. My defensive fortress collapsed as Mama clenched tightly onto my body. I was crying as much as I could.

Mama just shut up, let me cry until I feel calm. Because this is what I need. Crying in my mom's arms.

“Kinza sinful, Ma. Kinza has made Alief have a fever because of Kinza. Kinza knows Kinza is wrong, but should he be snapped repeatedly by his own husband? Kinza is heartbroken, Ma! Kinza's heart aches, hiks.” I told everything to Mom. He was still silent and digested all my words well.

“Kinza tears are called crocodile tears. Kinza really felt guilty. It's a fact, not a lie, Ma. But Mas Al still blamed Kinza.” again and again I complained to Mama. Like a child. All of it I put out.

“Mas Al is also evil, Ma. He was close to another woman. Chatting haha hihi on the side of the road. Though the collection event of orphans is still ongoing.”

“Mas Al doesn't understand my jealousy, Ma. He even blames this jealousy.”

“Udah ngadu her, dear?” mama asked after my crying began to subside. She let go of her arms by holding my shoulder tightly. I nodded weakly.

“Za, Mama understands all your frustrations. You understand all the pain in your heart. Mama also understands your jealousy. However, have you corrected yourself?” my mother confused me for a moment. The words you say have a lot of meaning.

I frowned. Suddenly my sadness changed with confusion. The questions of Tetiba came to my mind.

“Try, Now remember again. Where is your mistake. Study even deeper, why can Al say rudely to you? Why can Al blame you like that? Why can Al accuse you like that? There must be a cause, Za. There is smoke, it means there is fire.” said Mama makes me seem to think. My memories revolve around yesterday and today.

Still, I can't think straight. My brain and mind are still filled with the flames of jealousy and pain.

I shook my head weakly, crying again. “Kinza can't think clearly yet, Ma. Kinza still felt heartache. Please don't ask that. Kinza's intention was to come here just to calm down. Kinza wants to forget this heartache, Ma.” said I bitterly while covering my face with both hands. I was crying again.

Mama smelled her smile. “Yes, it's okay, son. Mama understands. Better now you rest first, yeah. When your heart calms down, let's talk again. Remember, Deck, never run away from a problem. Face and finish with a cool head.”

“cup”

Mama left me and Alief in this room. She went out of the room after gently dipping my head. I know, Mama doesn't want to bother me for now. Because I need peace and quiet. These are not questions that will only cause anger.

...---...

Meanwhile, Al and Mr. Zein were sitting together in the study. Occasionally casual chatter is done by them while sipping warm tea.

However, Al could not cover his immortality. He looks fucked. Can be seen from his agitated gelagat.

“Papa guess what, you and Kinza must be having a problem, yes?” ask Mr. Zein while sipping his warm tea.

“I - Yes, Pa.” Reply Al nervously.

“What problem is there? Dong's story with Papa. But if it's confidential. It's best not to discuss. Papa is okay.” Mr. Zein understands his current situation. It might be hard for Al to tell you what the problem is.

“Ngak, Pa. Nothing is secret. I know, this problem does often appear in the household relationship of someone.” reply Al with gamang. His view is empty.

Mr. Zein patted Al on the shoulder. “Definitely another female problem, yes?” guess Mr. Zein is right one hundred percent right.

“Al, Papa believes you can't play women. Papa is sure, you are a responsible man and love your family. Especially Alief and Kinza. Papa knows, you are an adult man who can solve his own household problems. Al, solve the problem between you and Kinza immediately. Do not let this problem get dissolved, it will only make everything chaotic. Talk carefully with Kinza when all the emotions have subsided. You should be able to understand each other. Must be able to protect, must be patient, and must trust each other. Most importantly, communication should not be forgotten.” said Mr. Zein gave his daughter-in-law a warning. He was sure very well, this son-in-law was a responsible and very loving man. Mr. Zein is convinced that Al can solve all the problems that exist.

“Siap, Pa. I promise I will resolve this matter well soon. I promise to repair this relationship. Please guide Papa. I also ask Papa for help, please take care of Kinza here. Sorry, I can not accompany because there is a state task that must be done.” baju Al while hugging the body of his father-in-law.

“Thank you very much, Pa. Sorry once again because I haven't been able to guide Kinza properly. I still lack a lot, I often disappoint Kinza. But I promise, I will fix everything as I have. I promise I will continue to strive to be the best man for Papa.” baju Al kuyu's daughter. But not with his determination. Al was sure, all of this would definitely pass soon.

“Same-sama, Al. Yes, you relax here. Let, later Papa and Mama will talk carefully to Kinza when his emotions can be dim.”, said Pa Zein warmly. Rejected by Al.

“Thank you, Pa. But I can't linger. There's business to be done in Battalion. I'll take it, Pa. Say hello to Kinza.” saying goodbye while out of the office of his in-laws. Don't forget he kissed her father-in-law's hand first before leaving the room.

When she was outside, Ms. Zahra came out of Kinza's room. Sontak Al met him and permission to go back to the Battalion. Meanwhile, Al did not see Kinza coming out of that room. He understood, maybe Kinza was reluctant to meet him for the next few days. Al understood that, he knew Kinza's intention of going to this house just to gain peace. Al hopes, hopefully after this Kinza's heart can be better.

“Hurry once, Al? You don't want to meet Kinza first?" ask Ms. Zahra who looks confused.

Al smelled his smile, he shook his head resignedly because he did not want to disturb Kinza for now. “Ngak mah, Al is afraid to disturb Kinza. I better just go home, Ma. I titip Alief and Kinza ya Ma, Al pamit, assalamualaikum.” pamit Al while rejecting the offer of his Mama-in-law. Bu Zahra understood, maybe leaving Kinza alone was the best thing. Because Kinza needs peace here.

“Waalaikumsalam, it's okay, Al. Mama knows, Mama understands. Surely Mama will take good care of Alief and Kinza. You be careful yes, take good care of yourself in the same battalion.” reply Bu Zahra gently.

Al went and left Bu Zahra's house. However, just as he was about to get into the car, Kinza suddenly called out to him. “Mas Al?!” kinza's cry was accompanied by the sound of sobs coming out of his mouth. The woman stood in the doorway while looking at Al with a sad look.

Al sontak turned his body.

“Dek, your brothers why are you here? What's calling me, Dek?” al asked with a stirred feeling. On the one hand he was eager to hug Kinza, on the other he was aware of the mistake he had made on Kinza. Al was just silent, waiting for what we would do next.

Kinza slowly stepped towards Al. With a sad look, with tears constantly pouring down her cheeks, and with a raging feeling inside her chest. Kinza strengthened his heart to meet Al.

“Mas, forgive me for all my actions. I did this so that no more victims would be hurt by our quarrel. I hope you can understand everything, and I hope my heart will improve again after being here for a few days. Take good care of yourself, my friend. Sorry, I can't keep you company these few days." Kinza said with lyrics. Her tears were unceasingly coming out from the eye peluk, Kinza was holding back all the turbulent feelings in her heart. Her chest feels so tight.

Without saying much, Al immediately held Kinza into his arms. The man cried with a sigh.

“Mas understands everything. Understand what your heart is like. I hope you can take good care of yourself here. Take care of Alief, our son. Don't let anything bad happen again. And most importantly, may your heart get better soon. May you quickly find peace and quiet. I love you Dek, I will always miss you. Whenever and wherever it is! a long-overdue invitation, yes, Deck. I swear by anything, I can't stay away from you for too long. It was painful for Mas, Dek..” shriveled Al while tightening his embrace on Kinza's body. He's really resigned at the moment.

“Take care of yourself, yes, Mas. Don't do things that make our relationship worse. I put a lot of trust in you. So don't destroy it. Here I try to clear my mind. I wish my mind could open up and think logically again. I love you too, Mom. I can't stay away from you either. But I hope, this problem is over soon and we can meet again.” reply Kinza with in accompanied sobs. He can't help it. And so does Al. They both cried in warm arms.

For a moment they let the hug go on. The two were both speechless, enjoying the warmth of a hug that they might not feel for the next few days.

Long enough for them to hug, Kinza finally let go of the hug. He stared at Al's chaotic and frustrated face coupled with tears that drenched his face. For a moment Kinza felt unbearable to Al. However, the feeling in his heart still made Kinza have to stay away from Al for the next few days.

Slowly Al's hands touched Kinza's face, she stroked him gently as if this was her last day with Kinza. "Take care of yourself, yeah, Deck. Now the mas have to pay, there is a job that must be taken care of in Battalion.” saying Al while kissing Kinza's forehead gently. Kinza closed his eyes, enjoying the warm touch of Al's lips on his forehead. Kinza did not refuse, he let it happen to him. After that, Al left in the presence of Kinza.

Slowly Al's car began to move away, along with Kinza who continued to pay attention to Al until the car was completely lost from his sight. Kinza was crying again.

“Za, come in. Outside it's raining. Later you are sick.” invite Bu Zahra gently. Didn't think her eyes were wet, Ms. Zahra also cried watching the separation between the child and her daughter-in-law.

Kinza resigned, he did not realize that the sky had begun to cloud. Maybe soon the rain will wet the earth.

Kinza Irsyania Malik POV

“Kinza, eat first, yuk darling. Mama cook your favorite sour shrimp.” shouted Mama from outside the room. Three times in a row, he took me out to eat. However, I did not respond to him at all.

I refused constantly, because my appetite was gone somewhere.

My mind is confused. Divided everywhere. I kept thinking about Mas Al. Wondering in my heart, has Mas Al eaten? What is he doing now? What is the condition of the house when I am not there? Maybe it's messed up, or vice versa? Is Mas Al still keeping his heart for me? What if he brings Miss Amira secretly into the house? What if they do something bad?

Arrghhhh, shit! Being away from her made my heart even more chaotic. I'm nervous, not feeling good. It was only three days apart from her. Oh God? I should what?
