Entering the World of Cerpenes

Entering the World of Cerpenes
Liez Mansion

The bustling atmosphere of the festival out there does not bother a man who has since taken care of the piled up documents.

The sound of flipping the document sheet was unable to dampen the sound of cheering from outside. Led fireworks light. Chants of people dancing around the campfire.

Even so, this man remained focused on completing his work.

The candle flame attached to the corner of the table is the only light source of this room. Then the moonlight that entered through the high window glass towered helped the lighting.

'Tok Tok'

"Come on Phan," the man in the room allowed the person in front of the door to enter. Previously, he had checked the aura outside and it was from there that he found out who the person who knocked on the door was.

The door opens showing a person named Phan. Behind his black robe, was hidden a sword that had swallowed countless lives. In addition, there are also knives that are ready to be pulled from both sides of his foot.

"You still here?"

The man behind the table put down his pen and looked at Phan.

"Then what? Followed that girl everywhere?" he leaned his body against the chair and closed his eyes, "I knew he was going to the capital anyway."

Phan approached the tiger-patterned wooden table and placed a gold-framed invitation on it.

"That's an invitation to a party later," Phan took a step back, "make sure you bring it so the world doesn't suspect you."

"Alright," the man re-opened his eyes when he felt something coming, "it looks like you should leave immediately."

Phan's black eyes narrowed sharply as he watched around. The man opened the window so that the sound of the festival was more clearly heard. Before jumping off Phan uttered, "don't forget your duty."

The man nodded and stared at Phan's departure. He went back to writing on paper as if nothing happened.

The door was knocked three times and as usual the man checked the aura outside the room, "Get in."

"Geez, Mr. Baron. Why are you opening the window so wide?" a female servant immediately entered and closed the window tightly.

"Then your maid says that you haven't eaten at all, why can't the best restaurant owners eat regularly?" the waitress continued nagging as she tidied up the documents that were splattered on the floor due to the wind coming through the window.

"Ah, yes."

The female servant quickly turned her head towards the man, feeling annoyed at the original answer from her master. "That's all?"

He rushed over to the man who was still casually writing down the words, "Master, please eat regularly. I'll bring you food and you'll have to finish."

"Should I?"

"Just wait, I won't leave before master spends your dinner."

After saying that, the female servant immediately came out and closed the door loudly.

The man left behind shook his head in disbelief, "Actually who is the master here?"

Without thinking further about the impolite attitude of his subordinates, the man placed the finished checked documents at the end of the table and took out another stack of new documents.

"No matter if I eat or not, if the author doesn't want me dead then I'll still be alive here."

...****************...

"Sister, ugh, I want to puke."

The carriage bearing the Marquess Liez had just passed through the magic portal and teleported straight towards the Liez residence.

Viona who was not used to using teleportation magic certainly did not feel comfortable.

The train door was opened, the Marchioness came down first assisted by the butler. In front of the entrance of the mansion several servants lined up to welcome the arrival of the Liez family members.

"Prepare chamomile tea for Viona, then I want to take a proper bath."

The butler lowered his head in understanding after receiving the order from the Marchioness, "Well, Madam."

The butler immediately ordered the maids to complete the hostess' order. They move quickly to carry out their respective tasks.

Maid who was in charge of preparing the bathroom moved quickly towards the Marchioness' room using a shortcut. Meanwhile a maid walks towards the kitchen to prepare chamomile tea. Another man carrying a metal container and a towel approached the train.

The girl's face was pale. His hands kept his mouth shut trying not to vomit.

Victor watches around, trying to find a place so that Viona can rest faster without using magic.

"Viona, do you want to sit there first?" victor asked, pointing to the location of the chair. He eventually found a metal long chair.

Viona raised her gaze towards the designated chair, seeing it not too far away she nodded slowly.

"Make sure the park seats are clean" Victor told a nearby maid.

"Okay, young master."

The maid soon went faster. He checked the cleanliness of the chair with his handkerchief. Once it was safe he nodded at Victor.

"Sit here, Viona." The little girl could only obey her brother's words, "Do you still feel nauseous?"

Viona nodded, not strong to open her mouth. He would vomit if he said a word.

His stomach felt churned as a result of teleportation magic. He had also felt this when he first used teleportation magic with Kak Elvo.

But the difference, this time he did not feel too nauseous. Back then, Viona couldn't even resist vomiting in the slightest.

Warm feeling suddenly felt on her back, Viona turned to find her brother put a towel while draining his magic energy.

"Well..." After a while, Viona sighed in relief.

Victor smiled, "Feel better?" the tank still drains magic energy.

"Yes, it feels warm."

"Silver is happy to have fire magic" Victor said suddenly. Viona looked at her brother in confusion.

"Why?"

"Why? Hm... because you're happy to help you?" Victor chuckled softly as he stroked his sister's head gently. Hearing her brother's voice, Viona's lips pulled up weakly.

It feels like your happiness is so pure that it can be transmitted to people who see it.

The smile that appeared on the face of the nearby maid was caught in Viona's sight.

Right, kan. "Silver as an angel" chirped Viona involuntarily.

Hearing Viona praise him to such an extent made Victor laugh softly. "Thank you Viona," she hugged her sister affectionately, "you are also beautiful like a little angel."

Viona could only smile thinly. He really had no energy at the moment. Being able to speak well is enough.

A maid came carrying a tray containing a set of tea utensils containing chamomile tea and a plate of colorful macarons.

"Want to have some tea?" victor said as he watched the maid get closer and closer.

"You," hearing Viona's approval, the maid immediately prepared a table.

Viona sips chamomile tea slowly helped by Victor who helped lift the cup.

"Woah, finally." Then Viona looked at the macaron seriously, considering whether she would vomit after eating it or not.

Victor who felt the confusion of Viona immediately spoke up, "If you eat it slowly and little by little, believe me you don't feel nauseous."

"really?" viona's eyes became sparkling to hear her brother's words. Finding her sister nodding to justify her words, Viona happily began to eat the macaron.

"Yum...! Good hehe."

The brother and sister looked harmonious from afar. Everyone was happy when they saw the sight.

With the exception of a waiter who had just cleared the training area.

"Angel? Ha! No kidding. If that little boy knew what that brat had been doing all this time, he couldn't possibly smile."
