The Empty Table that Started to Fill

Of the many foods, Yuan Lu only wanted home-grown fried rice. He forced Zhu and Rui to make it. But they refused because they had to go to take care of their work.

"What is my stomach's business not important?" lamented Yuan Lu did not accept being ignored.

"It's not important. If I hadn't met the client today, I would've made fried rice until you threw up" Zhu said as he turned over some of the paper on the table.

"Then can I go?" ask Yuan Lu.

"Where?" asked Zhu and Rui.

"Feed to eat."

Zhu shook his head in thought and took his phone from his pocket. "Can you come here for a minute?" he said to the person he called, "ah, no. It's a little easy."

"Good, I wait five minutes, don't be late." After speaking Zhu immediately turned off his phone. He saw Yuan Lu tilting his head and the seated Rui staring at him while sipping chocolate milk.

"Yukihira will be here in five minutes, I'll go first" Zhu said, turning around, "Rui, wait until Yukihira comes and you can leave."

"Hey, why am I even being told to wait for him!" shouted Rui.

Zhu simply laughed and waved when he was about to close the door. Now only Yuan Lu and Rui were sitting on the sofa.

Yuan Lu looked at Rui's expression as he sipped his chocolate milk neatly and looked classy. The corner of her lips moved slightly ready to sneer, but suddenly Rui's hand was already on her face ready to squeeze at any moment.

"W-what did Brother do? Wanna kill me?" yuan Lu said somewhat fearfully.

"Why do you see me that? Wanna fight?" said Rui did not like to be noticed by Yuan Lu for so long.

Yuan Lu's forehead wrinkled. "Dear Baginda Rui. How do I do that while I'm just like a disabled person," he said.

Rui took off her hand and finished the chocolate milk. He looked at his watch which was already showing at 06:48.

The bell suddenly sounded twice.

"That must be him," said Rui rushing to open the door.

Allegedly right. That's Yukihira. He immediately patted Yukihira on the shoulder and said, "Please take care of this chatty princess. I'm too late to meet with a client." Rui immediately left without caring about Yukihira who was still unmoved in confusion.

However, not long ago Rui came out of the house, suddenly the door opened again. Apparently Rui came back, he walked up to Yukihira and asked for the keys of his bike.

"I'm late, if I go in the car, I'll be a macat. So let's trade it," Rui gave me the car keys, "Wear this."

Yukihira obeys Rui's orders. He pulled the key out of his jacket pocket. Rui immediately took the key and set off to meet his client.

Feeling that Rui had actually left, Yukihira turned to Yuan Lu who was watching her with a slightly tilted head propped up with her right hand.

Yuan Lu was about to speak but his stomach suddenly rang. It made her face red with embarrassment until Yukihira chuckled.

"You hungry?" ask Yukihira.

"It looks like I'm going to die from not eating last night." Now it was Yuan Lu who was chuckling. His hunger made his embarrassment suddenly disappear.

"Want to eat at home or outside?"

Yuan Lu flicked his finger. "Get out!"

All the waiters in the restaurant were surprised to see Yukihira coming with a woman. Their boss pushed the wheelchair towards the end table near the window.

For a long time they had not seen the table in the corner of the restaurant was inhabited. As long as Yuan Lu did not come to the restaurant, Yukihira always gave the order to empty her desk, but right now the woman who used to occupy the table was coming back.

The thing that made them even more astonished was the expression of their boss who could not stop laughing while talking to Yuan Lu.

"Don't you feel weird? Boss Yu is too happy! His handsome face is more beautiful when he is smiling" said one of the servants.

"Hey, isn't that good? All this time we've only seen his grim face, haven't we?" The servant touched his chest, "every time I see the Boss not smiling, it feels like my heart can stop at any time. The aura of his intimidation was terrifying."

"That's right!"

They continued to talk about their Yukihira until one of the chefs came to give a tray filled with food.

"Until when do you want to peek at the boss, huh!" cerca the chef.

The few servants who were peering at Yukihira and Yuan Lu looked nervous. They were caught enjoying a view that had not been seen for a long time.

"Pardon us!" said all the waiters and went back to work.

The chef looked towards the table where Yukihira was sitting. Yukihira's lively face made the chef smile.

"What would you do if the lady didn't come back, Young Master?" muttered the chef.
