Lost both

Sean's decision to bury Jelita's grandma finally falls in the afternoon. Sean is waiting for his sister, Zelene.

This morning, several family members went to the hospital to see the struggling grandma Jenica in her sleep. Grandma Jenica is still in a coma so all the families feel sad. How would it be if the old woman came to her senses and asked about the whereabouts of her twin sister?
