There's No Certainty

Cafe Owen looks different. This is the first time Frey has come to visit. His sudden arrival made the owner of the Cafe follow panicked like he had just hidden the girls.

One of the reasons Frey didn't call all her best friends was that her phone was gone when she just arrived in T country. The first person he met while vacationing in country H was Owen. His best friend said he had now opened the cafe, which is why Frey asked Owen to contact his other best friend.
