Qwella's Ambition

After dark, Trissya and Raefal return home. Arriving at the doorway, Raefal staggered while holding his chest. Trissya who walked first looked over. He approached Raefal and helped him walk.

"You're gapapa?"

Raefal shook his head while raising his hand. The girl took Raefal to the room and put him to bed. Trissya poured water into the glass. Raefal watched Trissya's body from behind. Then the man shook his head.

Shit, I need human energy right now.

Trissya gave the glass to Raefal. However, the man grabbed his arm.

"Sleep, lock the room."

Qwella closed her eyes tightly. The clear circle drips through the corner of his eye. She cried.

"Qwella, you were born a beautiful girl. If you can conquer the heart of Prince Raefal, then your beauty will not fade. You will be immortal too."

The young girl looked at the white-bearded fortune teller in front of her, "Why should prince Raefal?"

The old astrologer rubbed his white beard, "He was born with a healing power that matches your water power. But remember, he can also control lightning. You know, water and lightning don't really match."

Qwella nodded in understanding.

"Remember, only Qwella, the woman you have in mind," whispered the girl. Without him noticing, Daeriel was watching them in the distance. The man smiled, "The same ability as me. Interesting as well."

Qwella got Raefal completely. The man loves Qwella and does everything the girl wants. They even had forbidden relationships outside the marriage of the drucless nation. Although they are not human, they also have traditions and norms that need to be adhered to.

Daeriel began to feel jealous. She controlled her father's mind in order to quickly convert herself to the throne and make Qwella his legal wife.

"Daeriel is the crown prince who will soon be crowned the new king" the king said. In front of him were Raefal and Daeriel standing tall. The queen mother approached the king, "Your majesty, I am worried about what will happen. Daeriel has great and dangerous power. Drucless's gonna freak out on him. Why don't you just make Raefal king?"

Daeriel knitted his brows and stared intently at Raefal. Raefal remained in position.

"Elleanor, those two men are your sons. How can you behave like this? It would be great if the drucless were afraid of Daeriel. My power will be even greater!" Jerky king.

Elleanor walked in front of the king, "King Baltazar, I want you to consider this."

King Baltazar looked at his wife seriously, "My decision is already unanimous, Daeriel will be king after me!"

Elleanor nodded slowly. King Baltazar looked at Raefal, "I've found a good companion for Daeriel. No one can stop me."

Raefal frowned. Daeriel smiled sinisterly as she passed following the father. Elleanor looked at her son.

"Mom, what do you mean? Whose good companion is it?" Raefal asked with a worried expression.

"Qwella's."

Raefal looked up, "But why should Qwella, Mom?"

"Qwella has the power to control the mind. He can take good care of Daeriel."

Raefal clenched his hands furiously. He passed while holding back the anger.

"Qwella's mine!"

"Raefala! Where are you going!" Elleanor.

The thing Raefal did was to look for her lover to all corners of the palace. He didn't find Qwella anywhere. Arrive at Daeriel's room.

The man opened the door and was shocked by what he saw. Daeriel smiled sinisterly while covering her body with a blanket. There was Qwella there with deep red eyes due to Daeriel's control.

"Daeriel!!"

There is a fight that makes them thrown into the human world.

The two men were fighting with extraordinary abilities. A hard blow keeps the opponent from slamming away and destroying anything on the highway.

Raefal raised his hand. Lightning from the sky snatched and was now within Raefal's grasp. Daeriel. Raefal throws it at Daeriel. The man floundered in the streets.

However, Daeriel disappeared instantly. Raefal has his hearing well. Suddenly the man was behind Raefal and kicking his back made Raefal slam into the asphalt of the road.

Daeriel touched her aching chest due to a lightning strike from her sister. The man raised both hands and a fireball appeared from his palm. Raefal turned his back and got up immediately, but it was too late! Daeriel directed the fire at him. Raefal was thrown and his clothes were slightly burnt.

He got up and took off his fire-eaten clothes. Daeriel changed the color of her eyes to dark red. Raefal's eyes were also similar in color.

Daeriel saw a car driving towards them, "Lu adek me, Raef. But, caves don't like you better than caves."

The car is getting closer.

"Jump in that car" Daeriel said.

Raefal blocked the road. The sound of the horn broke the silence of the night. The man's body was thrown into the car and fell into the street when the car brake suddenly. Fresh blood flowed from his head.

The driver looked frightened and he immediately drove his car away from the place.

Raefal moved slowly as he grimaced with the pain that spread throughout his body.

The footsteps approached. He looked at Daeriel's smiling face mockingly. 

"Looks like you're weak, Raefal. You better die in the human world" Daeriel said. Raefal blocked his brother's leg and stopped the man from stepping.

"Why do you.. want to get Qwella?"

Daeriel gave a cold snort, "Because she is beautiful. Besides, he has the power to control the mind. If I have any offspring from him, you can imagine my power, right?"

Raefal knitted his brows after getting an answer from Daeriel. The man crouched down and grabbed Raefal's hair.

"You're dying a storm!" Grumpily Daeriel while ripping off Raefal's chest. The man shouted loudly. Daeriel took out Raefal's blue diamond. Raefal's heart rate is weakening. Daeriel patted his sister's cheek.

"Good night."

The blue diamond was thrown away by Daeriel who instantly disappeared into the darkness of the night.

Qwella touched her pretty face, "I used to benefit you for your immortality. But, I feel like I really love you."

Trissya did not find Raefal in the room. He started to worry and searched the man throughout the room. Still not found.

There is fear if the man is really pegi. Trissya snorted in annoyance while shaking the dining table chair.

"I also care about him. I should've taken a penny if he came back to his place" Trissya murmured.

"You like to talk to yourself, don't you?"

Trissya flinched and looked over. Raefal stood nearby with a dark blue suit and robe on his body. The man's appearance was strange, but he looked cool. The girl looked in wonder at Raefal.

"Why not go to work?" Ask Raefal. Trissya is still upset by the attitude of her cousin Adry. The girl did not want to meet Adry. Raefal waited for Trissya's answer.

"Are you not working, either?" Trissya asked back. Raefal let out a long sigh, "Why am I going to work, if you're home?"

"Yes too, anyway."

"Let's go to work" said Raefal. Trissya nodded in annoyance, "Don't want to, ah! Males!"

Raefal pushed Trissya's back towards the bathroom, "Battle shower, change clothes, I'll wait outside."

The little girl was already neat in her work uniform. He came out and saw Raefal was ready too. The man sat on his motorcycle.

There was one bottle of milk whose packaging was broken. Raefal didn't realize that. He took it, the liquid milk spilled down his hands. Raefal was automatically stung by the milk. He shouted, "Aaarrgghhh!!"

Trissya who was cleaning the shelves stopped her activity because she heard the sound of Raefal's screams. The girl immediately went to look for Raefal. He looked at Raefal grimacing while holding his reddened, swollen hand. The girl covered her round mouth in surprise. He immediately approached Raefal.

"Why hands? What's going on?" Trissya blows off Raefal's swollen hands. The man looked at Trissya who always cared about him. Raefal smiled happily and momentarily forgot the pain in his hand. Trissya looked up at Raefal.

"You're not careful, are you?"

Raefal scratched his non-itchy head. Adry and Chilla approached the two of them. Seeing Trissya holding Raefal's hand, Adry felt sick.

"Why you?" Ask Adry. Trissya turned to Adry, "Sister, I'm taking Raefal to the hospital, yes."

With a heavy heart, Adry nodded his head slowly.

Trissya pedaled her bike with all her might. There was Raefal sitting behind him. The man was holding on to Trissya's plate. The girl shed her tears. His hand moved occasionally to wipe away the tears.

"You crying?" Ask Raefal.

"Why don't you just go home? You will not live in your palace. Being a mini market waitress, I can't bear to see you like that. You're used to living a luxurious life in Zeroun kingdom." Trissya was crying.

Raefal hugged Trissya's slender belly, "Why are you so good, anyway? I was being insolent that day."

They saw Adry standing in front of the mini market.

"Look at your hand" Adry told Raefal. The man showed his bandaged hand. Before returning, Trissya, still anxious, forces Raefal to treat her hand with an electric-induced painkiller from the pharmacy. Not forgetting the girl wrapped the bandage around Raefal's hand.

Adry stared suspiciously, "Still sick? But, can take a bike."

"I'm not pretty!" Grumpy the girl. Raefal chuckled while slightly accelerating the speed of his bike following Trissya.

"I'm ordinary."

"Ah, I know."

"Know what?"

"You're sexy."

"Ah? Sexy where? Not very tall."

Raefal turned his bike around Trissya, "Sexy if you don't wear a shirt!"

The girl turned her head while looking to the left right, making sure no human was listening. He pedaled quickly.

Slowly Trissya opened her eyes. He saw the place where they were. A dark forest. Trissya pulls Raefal's hand out of fear.

The trees were large and tall, really did not look like normal trees. The leaves are also very wide like an umbrella. Collision in the ground at waist level. The sounds of night animals are unfamiliar and unusual. Trissya could not guess what the animal was. The temperature in the area was cold. The red moonlight was so dim and gave a very thick impression of horror.

"The forest? Why are we in the woods?" Ask Trissya.

"This is a drucless world."

"Surprising than I imagined. I think the place will be the same as where Geross' grandfather lived." murmured Trissya. Raefal shook his head, "That's because Geross's grandfather's place is the borderline of the human world and the drucless world.
