As usual, if my brain is in a bad mood, I go to the bascamp to meet the kids. Being at home makes me even more stressed let alone meeting that son of a bitch. My head would break just looking at his face.
"I don't think you're coming." Devin's voice greeted me at the bottom of the stairs. This place is two-story, usually I hang out on top while watching other children skateboarding on the basin whose diameter is not too large. It makes them fun.
Arriving at the top, I sat on a long bench with my legs dangling down, facing the children who were skateboarding. At first it was a bit horrifying to also sit at this height, but over time it became accustomed."Thanks," said I received a canned drink from Devin.
Devin took the drink back from my hands. "Let me open," he said.
I drank that drink. My dry throat feels fresh.
My head slowly looked to the side. Look at Devin's face from the side. Her nose is pointed, eyelashes are not too long, and her face is clean without black spots.
A brief memory with Devin came to my mind.
"Fris?"
I immediately turned my face forward as Devin turned his head towards me.
I folded my lips, holding something glazed over my eyes.
"Lo cry?" Devin's soft voice made the stone wall I built for him slowly erode. I promised myself that I would no longer accept Devin's kindness. I don't know why kindness makes me sick. The kindness that I was given made me wish there was little hope for me, but I realized, Devin is not Fandy who can stand with one woman. And I hate him like that.
"Lo's still expecting that jerk?"
"He's not a jerk!" chirps I don't like Fandy in the words.
"Then what? She left you because of that Miss Ball!"
I can only murmur in my heart, I know I'm not a good girl, but Devin is still loyal to me. I never scolded him twice, I told him he was stupid, but he still cared.
"Dev, I don't want to talk about that anymore. I'm here to get a brain. You understand, lo?" My voice is rising. Ever since I had feelings for Devin, I have always raised my tone. I don't know why he's still on my side to this day.
I exhaled while looking down, looking back at the children who were engrossed in their skateboards. My gaze was down, but my mind was floating considering Fandy, exactly two years ago, when he first met a guy who was a year below me. Honestly, at that time I immediately liked because he remembered me the same ...
"Gue cares, Fris, you're my best friend. If you don't deny me. It's over, boy!"
I looked up with enlarged eyes. "Dev, I warn you once again lo, yes. Never touch or hurt Fandy in the slightest! If not, don't think I'm your best friend anymore."
I didn't hold him back and didn't say anything.
Yes, you are my best friend from childhood, as well as the guy I liked before. But after meeting Fandy, my feelings are just as slowly eroded.
To be honest, when I first met Fandy, I found Devin in him. He made me comfortable, treated me well. Although rumors say Fandy playboy, but the fact that I know, he is the type of man who is loyal to his partner.
"Aarrrgh! I can't leave you alone here. If you fall, I'll be killed just as you are!" said Devin without looking back, back to land his buttocks on the bench, but he gave a fairly wide distance between me and himself.
I smiled thinly. Although viewed from the side, the wrinkles on his face could still be seen.
"What's this?"
I looked back because I hadn't heard that person's voice in a long time. "Gafa?"
"Tumben you're here?" devin turns the body around.
"Why is this here?" tanya Gafa lifted up and moved the paper that was in his hand. His face was already looking sour when he got here. Seeing my confused reaction, Gafa turned the sheet of paper towards me. There was a girl's face I hated.
"Why do you know him?" ask me curious. I am not surprised that Gafa does not know any rumors circulating in the school. This guy is insensitive and never cares about the environment.
Gafa snorts. "Why did you ask? So, you don't know this fat chick?"
"Lo can't talk a little softly to girls?" sambar Devin, but Devin's words were ignored. Gafa looked back at me, waiting for an answer. I also wondered why Gafa asked the girl.
"Of course I know. He made me break up with Fandy."
"So this fat chick went to school at our place?"
Devin nodded. "Yes, she's a tenth grader and now she's not the fat chick that's on that paper anymore."
"Lo go anywhere, Gaf!" I also told all the events that happened to Gafa and showed him the photo of the girl.
