After the news that Salma was pregnant, her mother-in-law was more silent and did not say a harsh word to Salma. Her mother-in-law preferred to avoid Salma, because every time she saw Salma she could not hold back her anger.

Salma is now 2 months old. She had no complaints whatsoever because she no longer had as much pressure from her mother-in-law as she had in her first pregnancy. Salma was relieved, the content was fine.

One day, Burhan's mother gets a call from her sister, so she has to go to her sister's house with her husband.

"Same Papa will go for 3 months to aunt's house." Pamit Burhan's mom who has brought a suitcase is ready to go.

Burhan who was sitting casually with his wife in the house was surprised because his parents arrived at his aunt's house.

"Why sudden?" Ask Burhan.

"So the phone aunt told Mama and Papa to go there. Because long time no see." Answer Ms. BUrhan.

"Yes already. Mama Papa hatu heart on the street." Burhan.

"And you, you have to take care of your pregnancy. If you have another miscarriage, you're going to have to get divorced." Burhan's mother said to Salma.

"Yes Ma." Reply Salma.

Two months passed, now the age of Salma content is 4 months. Salma suddenly felt the pain of his stomach after yesterday did not feel what symptoms. Salma was very afraid because the pain she felt was becoming. Salma called to Burhan by enduring her pain.

"Maaaassa! Ahhhhh..." Shouting Salma.

Burhan who heard Salma's scream ran to the room and saw that Salma had been bleeding heavily. Salma suddenly fainted because too much blood had come out.

Arriving at the hospital, Salma was immediately handled by an obstetrician. Moments later the doctor came out to seek approval from the patient's family.

"So, how's my wife and baby doing?" Burhan asked worriedly.

"Sorry we can't keep the baby, because your wife is bleeding too much. And now your wife is being critical. We ask for approval from the family to remove her uterus, because if not removed it will harm your wife. If you agree, sign this consent letter immediately. We'll take the next step soon." The doctor's light.

Burhan was shocked to hear the doctor's words. Burhan was crying and couldn't hold back his sadness. His body suddenly became weak and walked backwards then fell to the floor. Upon awakening, Burhan stood up and asked for the file and signed it immediately. He loves Salma very much and doesn't want anything to harm her. After Burhan agreed, the doctor left to take the next step.

Burhan could not feel his sadness. He sat down, waiting for news from the doctor who handled his wife. Burhan sat with both elbows in his seat, his palms covered his face and occasionally rubbed upwards towards his hair, then again covered his face.  He feels very weak and hopes that the decision he takes is the best for all.

The operation was completed, after a few hours later Salma siuman. And then she suddenly cried.

"Maass.. We're losing our son again?" Salma asked weakly.

"Udah is okay. What matters is you're okay." Answer Burhan.

"But I ..." Salma.

"Here you rest first." Tell burhan.

Salma complied with Burhan because his body still felt very weak.
