A man with a tall body stood up while smiling. The people who saw him were amazed by the handsome man in possession of that handsome man. In addition to his good looks, he also works as a Doctor at Magesta Hospital and as a Director at one of the leading companies in Australia.

They also walked to the parking lot. As he was about to get in the car, Orlando pulled the woman's hand.

"Nazia, are you Nazia? You're still alive!" erlando said while holding the woman's shoulder.

Ahem, ahem. Ferdinan cleared his throat, causing Erlando to release his hand from the woman's shoulder.

"I'm sorry, you're wrong. She's my sister, Nadira. Not Nazia" said Ferdinan.

"Let's go, baby" asked Ferdinan then left the standing Erlando.

Erlando couldn't believe that the woman who looked so much like Nazia was not Nazia.

Ever since the accidental meeting, Erlando couldn't sleep. He was curious about a figure that resembled Nazia. He repeatedly mentioned Nadira. It was similar to Nazia.

"But how could she be Nazia. Wasn't Nazia dead." Inner Erlando.

Thinking about Nazia and Nadira made him unable to sleep well. Orlando chose to go out for a breath of fresh air. While on the way, he gets a phone call from the hospital.

"Good night Doc, sorry to interrupt. Can the doctor go to the hospital now?" ask someone across there.

Her name is Anatasya, she is a young Doctor at Magesta Hospital. Her beauty made the other young doctors jealous. Anatas likes Erlando. But not with Orlando. Erlando is still waiting for his girlfriend, his best friend when he was 7 years old. They met when the Orlando family was meeting with his client.

"Yes, I'll be there in 15 minutes" replied Erlando.

15 Minutes later, Erlando arrived at Magesta Hospital, where he drove his car in a basemend. Erlando descended quickly and walked towards his room.

"Doctor Erlan!" call someone.

Erlando turned his body looking for the origin of the sound. He saw Anatasya walking in a hurry.

Erlando scrunched his forehead.

Anatasha understood Erlando's change of face. He also said. "I'm sorry, I sent you here to replace Doctor Johan for surgery on a new patient this morning" Anatasya explained.

Erlando nodded with an understanding. They both walked towards the operation site. After the operation is completed. Orlando went back to his house.

Morning time...

Erlando did not stay silent, he told all his subordinates to find out. He didn't tell his parents, he wanted to be sure if it was Nazia or not. When he was in school, Orlando had become the Mafia, clearly without the knowledge of his mother and father. He was so good at covering it up. Erlando called his best friend and assistant.

2 Days Later...

"Have you got any info on him?"

"Sorry, we didn't find him, it looks like someone's closing the woman's information!"

20 Minutes later, Doctor Johan arrives at the Magesta residence. He also checked on Mother Melyana. Erlando told Johan everything. Johan gave him advice.

"Bring Nazia here, Lan," Johan told Orlando.

"That's the problem, Johan. Nazia doesn't know me, even she's with a man older than her,"

"Then what's your plan?" ask Johan.
