"Please call an ambulance !"

"Where is the patient's family?" ask doctor Mega.

"My mother" answered Nazia.

"Do anything for his recovery." Pinta Nazia pleaded.

Orlando was taken to the operating room, Dr. Alfano and Dr. Mega were getting ready.

Doctor Alfano entered the operating room, the lights have been turned on indicating the operation has been underway.

Nazia pacing back and forth in front of the operating room.

"I'm afraid Doctor Kaila, I'm afraid my husband is doing something. I can't imagine what my son's fate will be."

Doctor Kaila hugged Nazia, "I'm sure Doctor Nazia's husband will be fine."

The light is turned off, indicating the operation has been completed.

"How is the operation Doctor?" nazia asked as the operating room door opened.

"The operation went well. The patient will soon be transferred to the treatment room."

"Thank you Doctor."

"It's my duty, Doctor Nazia" said Dr. Alfano.

Erlando was transferred to the treatment room. Nazia entered the room and sat right next to her husband. His eyes began to glaze over.

"What should I do, brother. I hate you and want revenge on you. If you are sick like this how can I repay your crimes." Nazia said in tears.

"I thought seeing you like this could make me happy, I was wrong. I'm more hurt to see you like this than to see you with Anata's sister." Inner Nazia.

A few hours later, Erlando awoke from his critics. He moved his finger, trying to open his eyes slowly. A smile was painted on his handsome face, the woman he longed for was beside him.

Nazia heard someone say her name, she opened her eyes slowly. Suddenly her tears came back, not a cry of disappointment but a cry of happiness.

"I'm fine" said Erlando.

"I'm not as hurt as you are Nazia" said Erlando with a sad look.

"You must have a lot of rest, I'll call the doctor first."

Nazia pierced the button in the room. A few minutes later, Dr. Alfano arrived.

Alfano's doctor examines Orlando and approaches Nazia and informs Nazia of Erlando's condition.

Erlando glanced at Nazia and Doctor Alfano, there was a sense of annoyance approaching him. But immediately he threw away that taste.

Doctor Alfano came out, he glanced at Nazia for a while and then left Nazia and Erlando together.

"I've contacted Mom and Dad. Tomorrow they come." said Nazia.

"Have you married again?" ask Erlando.

"Yes. I'm married again." replied Nazia.

Deg. Erlando doesn't know what else to do. He tried to endure the pain that was now scratching his heart. His hopes of returning with Nazia were dashed already.

"Congratulations to your wedding. May you and your new family be happy and your future child." said Orlando, turning his eyes the other way.

"Thank you. Kaka should also be happy." said Nazia.

With a smile Erlando said "Is your husband nice to you?"

"Yes, he's very nice to me" she replied.

"How old is your pregnancy?" ask Erlando.

Nazia did not answer.

"I have to go. My husband is waiting for me at home"

"alright. Thank you for bringing me here."

Nazia came out of Erlando's ward.

"I'm sorry brother, I had to lie. I'm afraid I won't accept this child, I'm afraid if I know you'll tell me to abort this child in my womb." Inner Nazia.

In the room Erlando twitched with his mind.

"It's too late for me to mend my relationship with her, Nazia's remarried, she's going to be a mother. And I, I will live in solitude. Regret won't make me happy, I've been trying to find it. But fate brought me together at a time that was impossible for me. If I may ask, give him back to me, I am ready to be a father to the child he is born with." said Erlando as his tears broke.

Nazia comes with Melyana and Adiswa to visit Erlando. By the time they arrived, Orlando was no longer in his room.

"Did you see the patient in room 103?" nazia asked the nurse.

"Patients on behalf of Mr. Erlando Magesta was out this morning. The patient's family has come to pick her up " said the nurse.

Nazia held tight on her chest. Melyana approaches Nazia.

"Let her go, she doesn't deserve you" Melyana said.

"Excuse me Doctor Nazia. The patient on Mr. Orlando's behalf left something for the doctor" said the nurse, who gave Nazia a letter.

Nazia received the letter the nurse gave her.

"Thank you"

Nazia opened it and started reading it.

I'm sorry for the hurt I've been giving you since we were kids until you became my wife. You deserve to be happy, and I've seen you happy. Take good care of my nephew, I hope you're all right. Sorry I left without saying goodbye first. I can't watch you come with your husband. I realized my feelings, to say love I thought I was too late. But I'll keep saying it. Ilove you.

Nazia held onto her chest, feeling tight. He had not yet told Erlando the truth but Erlando instead went to bring his soul.

"I love you sister" she said as her tears rolled down her cheeks.

Melyana hugged Nazia again.

"You must be strong. Let her think about her mistakes." said Melyana

Cring..Cring....

Melyana ringtone. Melyana stared at her phone screen. Adrian's name is there.

[Hello, what's up Adrian] Tanya Melyana.

[Erlando aunt, please save Erlando." Adrian panicked.
